Appartement super agréable

Séjour au top, l’appart est idéalement placé, perso j’ai vu des avis où le bruit de passage dérangeait moi ça ne m’a pas embêté c’est les vacances. Juste il est précisé climatisation mais c’est un ventilateur, après le soleil ne tape jamais direct sur l’appart donc ce n’est pas étouffant et la Clim pas forcément nécessaire. Si je pouvais faire une petite remarque je dirais qu’un petit aspirateur serait top pour le ménage car le balai ça en laisse tjrs un peu. Mais sinon je reviendrais sans hésiter 😁😁😁

Vacances Sympathique

Je peux dire que nous avons eu la chance d’avoir eu cette location à proximité de tout ce dont nous avions besoin… mer , boulangerie, pharmacie, marché…. Vraiment situé au bon endroit et pour nous c’est important et plaisant de poursuivre des vacances ainsi…cela nous a permis de faire de belles promenade le long du littoral… du port… et même au musée d Ephebe …

Petit appart sympa

Appartement idealement situé, à 2 min de la rue de la flanerie, à 5 min du port, à 2min de la plage à pieds. Bien agencé. Bon accueil. Possibilitéde faire tout le séjour sans prendre la voiture. Appart sympa, bien équipé, facile à vivre. A relouer avec plaisir.

Appartement relativement vétuste besoin d un rafraîchissement

Pas d alese de matelas et oreiller de changer depuis le début de saison , triste matelas plein de tâches de pis..., Lampe de chevet ne fonctionne pas, douche et syphon non nettoyée pas de ménage de fait par l agence .... Le code du portail ne fonctionnait pas il a fallu demander le code a des locataires , pas cher mais vraiment moyen

appartement trés agréable est trés bien situé

très agréable et très bien situé. mon fils qui dormait dans la chambre m'a dit que c'était un peu bruyant du fait que tu le monde empruntait la ruelle.

Bien situé!

Dans l'ensemble, nous avons bien passé un bon séjour, bien profité des activités d'autours: plages, ports, commerces jour et nuit, Luna parc .... Points faibles : 1. Il n'y a pas de clim réellement, mais on peut bien s'en passer car l'appartement a l'orientation Sud et près de la mer (appartement bien aéré). 2. Pas d'ascenseur. Pour la famille avec poussette de bébé, ce n'est donc pas évident. Mais pour nous, avec le plus petit qui avait 5 ans, on s'amusait dans l'escalier pour deux étages seulement. Merci.

Parfaitement situé

Logement parfaitement adapté pour un couple et un bébé. Tout est à proximité et logement parfaitement équipé. Attention camping très proche donc bruyant jusqu’à minuit facilement. Je recommandes :)

Logement idéalement situé et très bien exposé. Permet de visiter le Cap sans véhicule. Conciergerie spéciale, mais efficace. Propriétaire très disponible, même si non sur place. Contents de cette location.

Très bon séjour

Appartement spacieux et fonctionnel, vue sur la mer, près de tous commerces et de la plage. Le seul bémol, assez bruyant, le soir tard, à cause des groupes qui passent par le chemin piétonnier juste en bas de l'immeuble. Très bon séjour. La propriétaire n'est pas sur place mais très disponible et sympathique par téléphone.

Tres bon séjour

Un séjour les pieds dans l'eau dans cet appartement bien équipé dont aspirateur etc. Place de parking privative et close parfaite!!! Vraiment a conseiller.

Einfach und sauber

Das Apartment befindet sich in 2. Stock. Fenster gehen nach Norden. Ausstattung einfach aber mit viel liebe gemacht. Man findet alle nötigste und mehr. Sauber. Fernseher nur in Französische Sprache. Sehr gute Sicht auf das Meer und Stadt Sete. Eigene Parkplatz vor der Tür. Bis zu "Innenstadt" nur 30 m. 100m bis zum Strand. Trotzdem relativ leise. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und lieb. Lebt selbst in EG, spricht nur Französisch. Trotzdem gab es keine Probleme mit Verständnis. Es gab eine Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel. Preis/Leistung ist super. Kommen gerne wieder.

Appartement agreable et a proximite de tout

Appartement tres bien agence, tres bien situe, a cote de la plage, des commerces et du port! Nous n'etions pas vehicule et ca n'a pose aucun probleme! Je recommande vivement
