It is a "nest" in the heart of Sète, in the authenticity of the area near the covered market, the fish market, shopping, and theater from the sea, opposite the Royal Canal, the port and the sea .

Charming place in a perfect location.

This was the absolute perfect place for my extended stay in Sete. Lovely views and fantastic location! Steps away from a bakery, local grocery market, and bus stop. Minutes walk from all the dining and activities of old city center. Couldn’t recommend more.

APPARTEMENT DECEVANT

Bonne situation en centre ville avec belle terrasse, mais des voiles d'ombrage tellement basses qu'on ne peut pas se tenir debout. Grand studio avec une pseudo chambre de 3 m2 donnant sur le salon, séparée par un rideau. Salle de bain et toilettes partiellement fermées sur séjour, aucune intimité. Sur 8 spots au plafond, seuls 3 fonctionnent. Entretien et ménage approximatifs. Stationnement impossible.

Superbe hâvre de paix très bien aménagé. Situation idéale en plein coeur de ville et vue exceptionnelle depuis sa grande terrasse sur les toits qui confère à cette location un charme et une intimité incomparables. Hôte charmant et très arrangeant. A recommander !!!

Un nid sur sete

Superbe vue a 360° sur Sète et la mer. Appartement très bien équipé, mais ce qui en fait son principal atout c'est sa magnifique terrasse ou nous avons passé la majeure partie de notre temps. Nous reviendrons certainement au pays de Candice Renoir !

Logement et emplacement au top

Très coquet petit logement, parfaitement meublé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Climatisé ! par 2 splits, peu silencieux surtout la nuit, mais ils font leur travail. Tous les accessoires sont présents, confort "comme à la maison". Très bon couchage pour le dépliant, nous n'avons pas testé l'autre lit, le coin nuit était trop confiné, notre préférence est allée à l'espace. Merveilleuse terrasse tropézienne, le regard porte loin, par delà les toits, jusqu'à la mer. Et pourtant la ville et la vie sont au pied de l'immeuble. A signaler toutefois, la présence d'une imposante antenne relais, à l'aplomb de la terrasse, fixée au mur même de l'immeuble, qui pourrait gêner les personnes sensibles aux ondes électromagnétiques. Ça n'était pas notre cas, nous l'avons vite oubliée. Juste en face une petite supérette, qui dispose de tout, bien pratique. Pour le stationnement, parking du canal à 3 mn à pied : il est grand, propre, il y a toujours de la place, voitures jusqu'à 1m90. Nous avons pris un abonnement pour 7 jours 75€. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour en route sérénité

sehr kurzer Aufenthalt

Lage und Gesamteindruck war ok, das Detaille ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Wohnung ist über 2 Etagen, da die Wohnungstür unten ist und man über eine Treppe in die Wohnung gelangt. Das Schlafzimmer ist auf keinem Foto zu sehen - es ist auch nur eine Bettnische. Sauberkeit ist eine Zier, weiter kommt man ohne ihr. Wir hätten uns trotz allem arangiert, leider war ich bereits am Dienstagmorgen ( Anreise Samstag ) Covid 19 positiv und wir sind abgereist - das Mietgeld ist weg.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement avec une vue superbe du port de Sète et la mer des lumières différentes entre matin et soir la terrasse est grande et prendre les petits déjeuner le matin c’est magnifique Je recommande Nous reviendrons.

Terrasse magnifique

séjour a été parfait, en plus du soleil nous avons eu un très bon accueil de la part de corinne et de très bon contact au préalable avec le gérant Alain, Nous avons apprécié ce superbe appartement en hauteur sur les toits, au calme de cette grande ville agitée, avec une magnifique terrasse appréciable car le soleil du matin jusqu'au soir. Appartement très bien équipé et disponibilité de corinne si besoin. Location à recommander sans hésiter.

Une localisation parfaite pour profiter de la ville

En tous points conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Le propriétaire comme la personne qui accueille sont parfaitement arrangeants. Nous avons trouvé le point de chute qu'il nous faut pour passer quelques jours à Sète.
