Hera's Chalet is located a short ten minute drive to Mount Rainier National Park. Built on a secluded lot in a quiet neighborhood you will find tranquility in your wooded getaway. A greenbelt out back gives you tons of privacy and makes for a great space to sit back, relax a watch the wildlife. This is a one bedroom/one bathroom cabin that's cozy and warm. Stocked full of all the amenities you may need, we want this to be your favorite getaway spot. Hot tub and Sauna for you to use at your disposal.

Relaxing Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was a little dusty and the pans for cooking didn’t work very well but we made do! The grill was dirty when we arrived and the lighter needed more fluid but other than that everything was perfect. We truly had a relaxing time and would love to come back.

Hera's Chalet

Over all it was a good weekend the cabin was cute and fairly clean, however when we arrived there was food on the front burner pan 2 out of the 3 coffee cups were dirty with coffee, had to wash those before we could use them took a shower and the towels smelt bad so I washed them thinking that it might help but it did not. I think the washer needs to be cleaned. The bed on the other hand was so comfortable and it was quite just what we needed and

Perfect couples retreat

This home is even better than the listing! The bed is luxurious, the hot tub was amazing, the location was perfect! After two nights we are fully relaxed and recharged!

Sweet Chalet

Perfect location to Mount Rainier National Park. The Chalet was cozy and had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The fire pit, sauna and hot tub were a bonus.

Hera's Chalet hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Alles sauber und tolle Ausstattung. Gut ausgestattete Küche und sehr bequemes Bett. Toller hot tob. Morgens und abends waren immer ein paar Rehe vor der Veranda

Cute place at the base of Mt. Rainier

We didn’t stay here long, but it was a perfect place for a quick trip to Mt. Rainier. It’s cozy and set in a very quiet location while being close to the handful of restaurants in the area and the Nisqually entrance to the park. We were even visited by some neighborhood deer, which was fun. Our only small complaint was that it was quite chilly inside. We layered up and managed, but the ability to make it a few degrees warmer would’ve made us more comfortable. The bed was very comfy and warm, though.

Relaxing modern cabin stay

My husband and I were looking for a cozy cabin to celebrate our anniversary and this was the perfect find! I appreciated all the thoughtful touches the hosts put into the house and the decor was lovely! I appreciated the cabin vibe mixed with the modern decor that left the house feeling cozy, fresh, and not too kitchy. It snowed everyday we were here which added to the cozy ambiance and made the hot tub even more amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

Yes! Just Yes!

If you’ve been searching a saving properties, stop the search because this property is everything and more! These owners care and it shows! Everything is new… EVERYTHING! These Owners didn’t just round up old furnishing and throw this together with a high rental rate; they built/remodeled until it all felt new and then furnished it with the cutest, comfiest and well designed furniture, blankets/bedding, kitchen ware etc. As a bonus, they put a covered area out back with a very nice hot tub and sauna! While this cabin is located within a housing community, it is completely surrounded by trees and very private! In the morning and at dusk there’s a doe with her 2 fawns and they just roam the yard and because the cabin has the neatest large windows, you can always see them! TV, fireplace and WiFi were amazing. King size bed… amazingly comfy with quality neutral bedding. I would stay here over and over again. I wish all VRBO rentals would tour this set up as a standard to accomplish. Only CON is the only bed is located in a loft; if you cannot get up and down some fairly steep steps, then this may not be for you. Well done owners, well done!

The perfect place for a couple of any age. An easy drive to Mt. Rainier National Park, wildlife in the yard, a few restaurants a short drive away and the communication from the owners make Hera's Chalet a must stay. The hot tub and sauna were an added bonus. We were thinking of reasons to revisit shortly after leaving.

Fabulous experience. Mountain Rainier is right in the neighborhood, sauna and hot tub, great Ukrainian restaurant, small town cozy feel. Perfect for two.

Mt. Rainier Vacation

Cabin is nicely decorated, and convenient to the N.P. Upon arrival, cabin needed to be cleaned. Sheets needed to be washed as they had a musty smell. The washer worked Ok, however the dryer took forever to dry clothes. The shower was very small, and the shower curtain needs to replaced. The sofa and chair were not comfortable to sit on. The cabin does not have A-C, but cools down quickly at night, and sleeping was not a problem. Cabin is in a quiet location, and about 2 miles from the entrance to the park, gas, and an Outfitters Co. that had great burgers, pizza etc.

Beautiful cabin near Mt. Rainier

My husband and I had a great time at Hera's Chalet. We had everything we needed for a laid-back vacation with heavenly views! It was nice to relax in the sauna and hot tub after long days on the mountain. The chalet was stocked with many little conveniences. The host was very responsive when we had Wi-Fi issues (we did have to leave the cabin to find reception). We felt secluded in the neighborhood and loved the proximity to the park. Thanks for an unforgettable vacation! We recommend driving through Gifford Pinchot National Park, it was a happy wrong turn for us.

Very relaxing and quiet

The place was so nice and relaxing i live to see the deer that hungout all day and i really injoyed the hottune and suana only thing is the shower curtain was very crust from not being cleaned and the smore stuff they left for us was very expired and it would have been nice to have directions on how to turn the sauna on
