In the heart of the Loire castles, we welcome you to this large house in the city center (5 minutes walk from the TGV) with private heated and secure swimming pool and a garden with terrace. An unforgettable stay between history and gastronomy.
You will have a beautiful Touraine house of 230m2 on two levels with a garden of around 500m2! 4 beautiful renovated rooms are at your disposal (3 are with a double bed and one with two single beds). Two bathrooms, one with a bath and a shower and the other with a bath / shower. WC on each level. Beds made on arrival. Towels, linens, tea towels and hair dryer provided. Friendly equipped kitchen, reception in a row, dining room, a large living room, an office. Fully equipped: TV, telephone, wireless internet, Dvd player, Hi-Fi system, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, table and iron. Outside, you will find a terrace with a table and 8 garden chairs, a 10 x 4 m heated swimming pool with deckchairs.

Multi generational family holiday

Beautiful house with pool. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay with children and grandparents. The house is very close to the town centre and a lovely park. Excellent communication with the owner.

La maison est très spacieuse et bien équipée . Bien située dans la ville de Tours, on peut accéder à pied au quartier historique et aux différents points d'intérêt. Le jardin est très appréciable pour les repas et le repos, endroit très calme. Parfait pour un we entre amis. Tours est idéalement situé pour découvrir les châteaux environnants. Seul bémol l'accès au stationnement surtout lorsque l'on vient avec un mini bus.

Great location for extended family or friends

The owner and manager were very gracious and helpful. We stayed with our two sons and their wives and thoroughly enjoyed the home. Great back yard and very close to stores, cafes, boulangerie and train station. We would enjoy staying their again.

Perfect location and beautiful home in Tours

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this great home in Tours. The home is huge and beautiful. Private parking behind the house was a big plus. The owner was very easy to communicate with and checking in and out went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to Tours.

Très agréable séjour en famille!

Superbe maison très agréable et idéalement située! Adultes et enfants ont apprécié les lieux et se sont sentis "comme à la maison". Les 2 petits bémols que l'on pourrait émettre sont les difficultés pour se garer dans la rue (mais bon en même temps c'est top d'être si près du centre) et la température de la piscine (elle était à 25° et c'était limite pour les enfants). Merci à Lorène pour son accueil.

Beautiful restored mansion near center of Tours.

We loved staying in this beautiful old house. Our young children had toys and books, and our older teenagers had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped and we had no problem making meals. There is even a washer and dryer for laundry. It was very convenient to park the car in the yard and not have to find street parking. We loved the several boulangeries near by and Tony pizza just on the corner. Be sure to try a pizza with potatoes on it. It was surprisingly very good. Overall a very pleasant stay and we would have no hesitation booking again.

Super WE à Tours. Maison magnifique

Nous avons passé un merveilleux WE dans la maison de Camille. Nous étions en famille et nous y sommes sentis aussi bien qu'à la maison. Grande maison de ville avec une vraie âme, déco très très sympa et emplacement parfait pour découvrir Tours et les châteaux de la Loire. Nous recommandons vivement et espérons tous y retourner ! Belle maison mais piscine fermée

Maison tres agréable et très belle ! Seul hic la piscine chauffée etait fermée ! Nous n avons eu aucune information à ce sujet et je dois dire que c était le point important qui nous avait fait choisir ce lieu ! De plus tres belle journee chaude jeudi et nous avions donc tous nos maillots de bain ! C est vraiment dommage ! Cdt famille Williams

Séjour des plus agréable dans une maison splendide !

Très belle maison superbement décorée et très bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire. Les enfants ont apprécié leur chambre avec tous les jouets... Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine à 25•C et même faire un feu de cheminée dans la soirée... Top ! Elle est idéalement située pour visiter Tours. À refaire ! Merci à Lorène pour son accueil.

Très belle maison en plein cœur de Tours

C'était un we entre amis à Tours pour visiter les environs. La maison a vraiment été au dessus de nos espérances : très grande et belle, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et de charme. Très fonctionnelle, rien ne manquait et en plein centre ville de tours et pourtant silencieuse.... Beau jardin en plein soleil, barbecue et piscine à volonté. Difficile sur place de choisir entre visiter les châteaux ou profiter de la maison ! Si je dois revenir à Tours, il ne fait aucun doute que je reprendrais cette location ! La personne qui nous a reçu était tres sympathique, et nous a bien expliqué le fonctionnement des machines .... Bref, très bon we !

Superbe maison!

Wahoooo... Nous avons été agréablement surpris par cette location. Les photos étaient déjà top mais c'est encore mieux en vrai! Les chambres sont grandes et très bien décorées... La chambre des enfants est juste parfaite, plein de jeux. Ils ont adorés! Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Lorene, merci à elle pour ses conseils et sa disponibilité!

Magnifique maison familiale à Tours

Séjour en famille des plus agréable avec 3 adultes et 4 enfants. Toute le monde a apprécié cette belle demeure rénovée avec goût et entièrement équipée, on se sent comme à la maison! Situation idéale à deux pas du centre et des commerces. Excellent contact et parfaite réactivité de Camille qui nous a très rapidement confirmé notre réservation. Accueil des plus agréable de Lorène qui nous attendait comme convenu. Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir.

Exceptionnel!

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end chez Thomas et Camille. La maison est superbe, décorée avec goût, bien équipée et très confortable. Le jardin ensoleillé est très agréable en toutes saisons et l'on peut y garer facilement 2 voitures, ce qui est un véritable bonus au centre-ville. L'emplacement, dans un quartier calme à 2 pas des commerces, est idéal pour découvrir la ville à pied. Quant aux propriétaires, ils sont charmants et très accueillants. Non seulement je recommande cette adresse, mais j'espère pouvoir y retourner!

Exceptionnel !

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend dans cette magnifique maison, en plein centre ville de Tours. La maison est joliment décorée, spacieuse, lumineuse, très bien équipée, et confortable. Mention spéciale pour la cheminée dans le salon. Nous avons également profité de la terrasse orientée sud et ensoleillée. Nous reviendrons sans faute au printemps pour profiter de la piscine. Un grand merci et à Lorene pour son accueil fort sympathique.
