VEHICLE MAXIMUM: 4 vehicles (includes golf carts, or any other recreational vehicles. BOAT TRAILERS ARE NOT PERMITTED!)
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Restricted to Immediate Families Only. Immediate families are considered children, parents & grandparents only. No spring break groups will be permitted, regardless of age. Identification will be checked upon arrival. Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time.

***IMPORTANT NOTE: This property is located within a gated community that has strict HOA rules and regulations. All reservations are subject to approval from the HOA. All guests are required to wear wristbands at all times, for the full duration of the reservation. Wristbands can not be taken off, and/or exchanged with any other person. A guest list is required in advance of check-in. ONLY those listed on the guest list will be provided a wristband and will be allowed on the premises. DAY GUESTS OR VISITORS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT ALLOWED. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN EVICTION.***

Location and Luxury!

We invite you to stay at one of the most prestigious beachfront rental homes on South Padre Island. Sleeping 12 people, this oceanfront property is a great vacation rental! This custom beachfront home located in the gated community of The Villas of South Padre is waiting just for you! The main floor entails a large living and dining area. This open concept includes a huge kitchen perfect for cooking family meals. All three of these areas share a magnificent oceanfront view that can be seen through the wall of windows on this floor. The 2nd-floor waterfront balcony spans the width of the house!

The first floor encompasses two bedrooms and secondary living room, and kitchen area. It was built for entertaining! Access to the pool is easy through the living area. Two of the guest bedrooms in the home feature ensuite bathrooms. The entire 3rd floor is the master suite. The master bathroom has dual sinks, a huge walk-in shower with tile murals, and a jetted tub with an ocean view.

The pool area in this private beachfront home is amazing. The oceanfront pool has a swim-up bar, large hot tub with a waterfall and fountain.
This is beachfront luxury living at its finest!

Poor

Not a luxury rental. Outside furniture is minimal, cheap, and deteriorating. Inside furniture poor quality and recline features not working. Reported broken ice makers on first day. Repairman said they needed to be replaced. Never happened. We have stayed in many luxury units around the world and this one would be the very worst. Pictures for unit were very deceiving. Rusted door locks, rusted door knobs laying on the deck. Seal on outside door in lower level was beyond repair. Several windows that had lost their seals and allowed air into sealed double pane space. Several minor problems occurred during our stay and they were taken care of. But not the ice makers.

Great location, needs upgrades.

The location, neighborhood and size of the home are great. The house needs some work, cleanliness of the house was not good, things in/out of the home were broken like dishwasher and fire pit. Overall, this house needs improvement, for that reason I would not book this again.

Would not rent again

Great location and pool. Beautiful view. Second time renting. Furnishings need updating. Outdoor grill was poor quality. Dining room table was stained and nasty. Quality of the interior did not match the price charged. All the people at SPI were extremely friendly and helpful.

Wonderful!!

I cannot say enough good things about SPI Rentals. Check in was smooth. Julie and Claudia were professional and kind. The maintenance crew was informative and friendly. The house was perfect, clean and well stocked. I really appreciated there being extra trash bags and laundry detergent. 5 stars!!!

Summer Get Away

We had a great time at the beach. The location was perfect for our family, as was the space. We had a few little housekeeping issues and SPI was very responsive, sending someone over right away. The decor is a little heavy and dated and the kitchen isn't all that well stocked and the upstairs deck chairs could use an upgrade, but hard to complain when you're at the beach with your family.

Great location!

Great location with easy beach access and a house large enough for 10 people. Wish the gate around pool to public area would lock. Also we didn’t have any directions on how to run the pool, hot tub or fire pit.

Quick Christmas Get Away

Comfortable for our family lots of room to spread out. Enjoyed the views, quick access to the beach, beach toys in the garage. Lots of stairs in the house, we didn't mind, just a heads up. Trouble figuring out the pool and hot tub because it self cycles. In the mornings hot tub would be half empty. Took some time to understand the TV remotes. Jets in master tub don't work, window blinds on main level don't work. Would be nice to have a garage opener.

Great location!

This house has the perfect location and an amazing pool and hot tub. Access to the beach was just out the side gate. Multiple ice makers made life easy for drinks and coolers for the beach/pool. The only suggestion I would have is to invest in a new couch/sectional for the main floor living room. We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful home marred by maintenance problems

Beautiful home, great location, lots of room. Air conditioning was marginally effective, internet had to be reset almost daily, one of two wine fridges could not cool below 58 degrees, electric blinds in living room could not be lowered and one was halfway down could not be raised. With the exception of two lightbulbs in kitchen which were burned-out and were not replaced even four days after reported, maintenance was responsive. Unfortunately, many issues were owner concerns beyond what maintenance could correct. Overall it is a good home, but it is overpriced based on concerns listed above.

Great location next to beach walkover

Nice, large home that was perfect for our adult children and grandchildren. Gated community and easy check-in process. Private pool for relaxing after a day at the beach. Large kitchen with plenty of cook ware and multiple coffee makers. Our family really enjoyed our stay!

Big Beach House

Following are pluses. Large oceanfront house. Convenient to beach. Walk out side gate to beach access. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Large living areas on first and second floor. Kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils. Two dishwashers were great. Ice maker in kitchen was a benefit. Plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, kites, etc. Several negatives. The home booklet was missing. Needed to have maintenance come out to instruct on the use of the electronics and wifi access. Remotes needed new batteries. Several wine coolers were not working. The ice maker on first floor not working. Oven needed to be cleaned. Built in microwave not working. Dishes and glasses misplaced and chipped. Wear and tear issues with all the utensils. Great views of the beach from sitting areas, but could not see out thru the dirty windows. Don't think they have been cleaned in months, or maybe a year. Rugs needed to be cleaned in all areas of the home. Sectional on second floor in disrepair. Potential slipping issue on steps due to glazed tile/marble flooring.

Family vacation - adult siblings & parents

My siblings & I decided to take our parents on vacation. This was a great location for us to spend time together in one house. Most of our time was spent on the patio & in the hot tub or around the large dinning room table eating together. We all enjoyed our time this week! I do wish there would have been a "guest book" to write about our time at the house & also read about others who were there before us.
