In a hamlet, between land and sea, renovated house with heated pool from April 15 to September 30 and a park of 4300m²

I will have the pleasure to welcome you and give you the keys from 17h.

In the rdc a room of life of 65m ² with entirely equipped kitchen, room, living room, Internet and a room180x200 (possibility to separate the beds) with shower with the Italian and independent TOILET, a buanderie and garage

Upstairs 4 bedrooms including 3 with walk-in shower and toilet and in addition separate toilet.
The beds will be made upon arrival and towels will be available.
Outside, terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and deck chair.
The pool is heated from April 15th to September 30th with a mobile shelter.

House in the countryside for rest and the pleasure of meeting with family or friends.

Fantastic property

Firstly Josiane is a lovely lady very friendly and helpful showed our group around the property and explained everything we needed to know.Beautiful house nice and quiet area only 5km from Baud handy for shopping in supermarket swimming pool outstanding and gardens immaculate quality of fittings and finish inside house 5 star photos on website do not do house justice I would stay here again and would have no hesitation in recommending this property to family and friends thank you Josiane for a lovely holiday in Brittany France

Glorious

Amazing - such a lovely house and worked perfectly for three generations. Josiane our host had hought of everything to make our stay very comfortable and very well equipped. The house is situated in a peaceful location with two supermarkets a few miles away. The nearest town Baud has ample shops for locals and visitors. There are many beautiful towns and beaches located 30 mins or less to visit by car. The swimming pool on the grounds is the icing on the cake!! The pool can be used in all weathers. We were very sad to leave the holiday house and we highly recommend it as a perfect holiday stay. Thank you.

Se trata de una casa en la que te encuentras tan cómodo como en la tuya propia., es una fiel realidad de la fotos publicadas, sin ninguna sorpresa. Absolutamente equipada con todo lo que puedes necesitar y tanto los electrodomésticos como los muebles, menaje, vajilla, etc. son de calidad y están como nuevos. No se puede poner el más mínimo defecto a nada, y hay que destacar tanto el diseño como la limpieza. Además Josiane es una persona tremendamente amable y agradable a la que quedamos agradecidos tanto por el trato recibido como por lo que hemos disfrutado de su casa, aprovecho para mandarle un fuerte abrazo. Guardamos un magnífico recuerdo de la semana tan maravillosa que hemos pasado conociendo la Bretaña y sus habitantes tan simpáticos y atentos. Javier del Monte

Ein perfektes Haus in der Bretagne

Das Haus in der Bretagne mit den fünf Schlafzimmern und dem großen Pool ist perfekt für zwei Familien. Im Umkreis befinden sich viele interessante Ziele in der Region und im Ort Baud gibt es alles, was man zu Leben brauch und eine tolle Creperie Au Bon Vieux Temps. Josiane ist eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Best holiday home ever

We loved our stay,the property was amazing and just like home from home. The pool was a great size for 8 of us and the garage was full of garden games and activities that kept us all entertained. The owner was lovely and very accommodating with all our needs,any issues she was with us within half an hour. Can’t rate this property enough,also close half an hour away from a beautiful sandy beach and harbour.

Alles klopt!

Super groot en zeer compleet huis. Zoals je het op de foto ziet, zo is het ook echt. Aan alles is gedacht, je kan het zo gek niet bedenken of het is er. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en alles werd uitgebreid uitgelegd . Het zwembad was geweldig, verwarmd en het kon overdekt worden. Heerlijk als het niet zo warm is. Het ligt wel afgelegen, maar binnen 10 minuten ben je in het dichtbijzijnde dorp, Baud. We hadden een heerlijke vakantie, bedankt Josiane!

Das Rundum-Wohlfühl-Paket

Wir waren mit einer sehr altersgemischten Gruppe unterwegs und alle haben sich SEHR wohl gefühlt. Ein Luxushaus, was hält, was die Fotos versprechen. Das geht los beim Inventar, von allem ist reichlich da, es fehlt kein Küchengerät, alles sehr modern und sehr sauber. Es geht weiter mit einer sehr geschmackvollen Einrichtung und einem sehr gepflegten Anwesen drumherum. Und als i-Tüpfel obendrauf haben sich die netten Vermieter sofort gekümmert, sobald ein kleines Problemchen auftauchte! Vielen Dank für zwei sehr erholsame Wochen!! Caroline

A l'extérieur: vénérable maison familiale dans un environnement bucolique. A l'intérieur: décoration d'un goût irréprochable digne d'un hôtel cinq étoiles et aménagements d'une modernité surprenante. Tout est grand, tout est propre, tout est extrêmement bien pensé. Excellente literie, chauffage efficace et précis. Accueil chaleureux par la propriétaire. Bref, dommage qu'on ne puisse pas aller au-delà de "cinq" dans l'appréciation.

Traumhaus

Wir haben mit 10 Personen zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem Luxus Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Es fehlt einfach nichts. Geschirr, Küchenutensilien, Handtücher, Föhn in jedem der vielen Bäder, alles ist vorhanden und von bester Qualität. Es gibt fünf Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten. Josiane setzt bei allem auf höchste Qualität. Zudem ist der Empfang und die Betreuung vorbildlich. Das Grundstück ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Pool ist einfach traumhaft und sehr groß. Unsere Teenager waren ständig im Wasser. Dazu ist die Umgebung landschaftlich sehr reizvoll. Das nahegelegene Baud ist ein lebhafter kleiner Ort, der eine Vielzahl wirklich guter Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet. Zudem gibt es sehr gute und nette Restaurants. Auch das Meer ist gut erreichbar und es gibt viele historische Stätten und Orte in der Umgebung. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Wonderful location

We had fantastic holidays in this estate in France. The children loved the swimming pool and the surroundings to play. Everything you need for a perfect holiday is available. We can fully recommend this beautiful house.
