Welcome to your dream staycation! Nestled on 5 acres by the stunning Lake Legion, this grand estate offers the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and serenity. With space to sleep 16 guests, our property is designed for memorable family getaways.

Location: 13 minutes from Six Flags Over Georgia, in a peaceful neighborhood of Douglasville.
Accommodations: Spacious and well-appointed with modern furniture, stainless steel appliances, and 10-inch memory foam mattresses. Bed layout includes a mix of King and Queen beds, with additional sofa sleepers.
Outdoor Space: Expansive grounds perfect for relaxation or family activities.
What to Expect:

Sanitized & Clean: Our professional cleaning team ensures the property is thoroughly disinfected before your arrival.
Fully Equipped: Enjoy a kitchen stocked with essential cookware, and linens provided for every guest. Note that toiletries and consumable supplies are not refilled during your stay.
Pest Control & Maintenance: Regular pest control visits ensure a bug-free environment. Maintenance support is available for any issues that arise during your stay.
Guest Information:

Access: You’ll have exclusive access to the entire property. Keyless entry details will be provided before your arrival.
Early Check-In: Available for $50 if requested in advance.
Pets: Pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. If you have 3 or more pets, an additional fee applies.
Extra Guests: The property accommodates up to 16 guests. There’s a $19 nightly fee per guest after the 6th guest, and a $29 one-time fee for visitors.

Peaceful and Spacious

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The area is very peaceful and quiet. Surprisingly only 5 mins from grocery store too! The back yard and patios were perfect. Made a fire for smores! Tons of rooms/beds, perfect for large family get togethers. We had a group of 13 and we didn’t feel overwhelemed or like too many people were in the house. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. House was very clean. We did mop the back patio due to pollen (nothing the hosts could have done differently, pollen just collects this time of year). 10/10 experience! Had no issues during check-in, our stay, or check-out. We would stay again!

Family Christmas

Our family gathers the week after Christmas every year so we have stayed is numerous VRBOs…this one was among the best. We had plenty of room for our large family. The deck is amazing!!! Overall it was a great stay!!!

The property had enough bedrooms and the yard was great. My brother even did a little fishing in the pond. The outside deck was perfect for evening corn hole games. We could’ve used another bathroom. The master was updated. I wouldn’t say this property is upscale

Nice getaway

Very nice setting, very nice updated house. We spent 4 nights there, enjoyed the time. Nice for families, lots of room to spread out and a beautiful back porch that overlooks the lake.

Overall the house itself is nice. The neighborhood is quiet. The management was VERY accommodating to me and my guests. But literally almost every if not every piece of furniture in the house is slightly broken. Its literally as though they put it all back together just enough so you dont notice but the second you touch anything it would break. But in the most random spot so it was still technically functional. Super annoying to deal with. Especially since the place cost like 3500 for 4 days. Im not expecting the RITZ but damn. So overall it was cool. But ill definitely look differently at pictures on these apps moving forward.

Girls Getaway

I suggested this property for our girls weekend because my sister rented this property Nov. 2021, and I thought it would accommodate. This property did accommodate and everyone enjoyed the home. However, there were a few things that were an issue -hence the reason why I didn’t give this home 5 stars. First, one of the toilets did not flush during our stay. I messaged property manager early the next day and never received a call back the rest of our stay. This was very important inconvenient as it was 11 women with only two toilets. Secondly. You could tell the home had not been throughly cleaned because countertops, baseboards, floors were visibly dirty and stained. Additionally, the rooms downstairs were closed cold with only 2 additional space heaters. Lastly, while there were many beds to accommodate they were not comfortable. Most woke up complaining about the beds and with aches and pains. Overall our stay was decent, but it wasn’t as I remembered in 2021 otherwise I would have searched for new home.

This property is so pretty-but the pictures of the house are deceiving. The inside has SO many cosmetic issues-door knobs falling off-stair railing barely hanging on-lamps all damaged-light switches not covering live wires-beds falling apart-huge gap under downstairs door where critters can get in-lots of bugs in house-dishwasher didn’t work-first 24 hours two of the downstairs bedrooms had zero power and the bathroom-couldn’t see at night to use restroom-power outlets didn’t work and AC seemed to be very temperamental-worked some of the time then didn’t work. The furniture isn’t the same as the pictures-pictures ale house look a lot nicer than it is. Tried asking for a partial refund as the two rooms and bathroom had no electricity and property management keeps giving me the run around. Their business line was always busy-I was able to text emergency line. Super disappointed as we paid for a house that did not function as stated in description. Hoping they make it right by giving a partial refund.

Weekend Family Getaway

The home is immaculate especially if you are looking for a peaceful and serene getaway to spend family time with lots of space. The pandemic has shut us off from those we love for so long so we welcomed this time spent. Unfortunately I didn't receive the key code until I arrived by contacting the owner, so I didn't have immediate access. The wifi code in the home is incorrect. I did have to contact the owner the following day for it which is when I received the house rules. The owner does respond in a timely manner which is appreciated so I would just make sure to contact owner the morning of. To piggyback off a previous review that I agree with although I brought my own are: *Tissue and paper towels (bring your own) * Towels, blankets-winter months( bring your own) *Beds are firm(fine by me) others may bring there own egg crates. *Living Room couch, dining table, hardwood floors could be updated. Also, let guests know any flaws prior, so guest know if damage was done prior to arrival, like couch being bent out of shape. *Trash bins were full on arrival so I would definitely make sure they are emptied for next guests and more tops for trash bins are needed and space. *Update the broom and mop, also make note of where things are located & what you have in the house prior to arrival. Otherwise the place is beautiful, was pleasant, has plenty of space, I would stay again and recommend to friends and family. All guest please take care of the owners property because you can tell that they try to keep the interior and exterior maintained nicely!

Great house, great host

Great communication with the host, house was large and very clean on arrival. Awesome location in a quiet neighborhood right in front of a small but beautiful lake. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
