Great holiday!

We had a great week here in La Cotiniere, at this property. Spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable, within easy walking distance of the town itself. Good outdoor space as well. Note that no linen or towels are provided, you will need to bring your own. Pictures on site don’t do the property full justice. Thank you!

Maison très grande et au calme

Séjour en famille avec 3 grands enfants. Nous avons pris tous nos repas sous la pergola. Possibilité de rentrer la voiture. La maison est très pratique, calme et spacieuse, proche du port de la Cotinière et 10 min à vélo de belles plages.

Une location qui répond bien aux besoins...

Cette location, propre, bien équipée, bien conçue,bien placée, au calme mais à deux minutes en vélo de l'activité du port, des poissonneries , boulangeries et autres commerces, permet de rejoindre rapidement les pistes cyclables et de découvrir Oléron au nord ou au sud. Elle répond ainsi à ce que nous souhaitions pour notre séjour. Y Pajot

Excellent sejour

La maison est bien placée , à 5min à pied de la cotiniere et de ses commerces, 10/15min en vélo de la belle plage de la perroche, 15/20min en vélo de st Pierre. TB équipée. Rien ne manque ! Accueil attentif et chaleureux de ses propriétaires , nous recommandons vivement !

A refaire, sans aucune hésitation!

Tout était parfait ! Les Propriétaires sont charmants, à l'écoute, disponibles et extrêmement sympathiques et il n'y a absolument rien à redire sur la maison qui est d'une propreté remarquable, très bien équipée, située près des commerces et de la plage et avec un calme très reposant. Tout était conforme à l'annonce, et même encore mieux!!! Merci!!!

Excellent séjour en famille

Maison très agréable à vivre, très bien équipée à 10/15mn du centre de la Cotinière. Grande pièce à vivre avec terrasse couverte. Et 4 vélos à disposition ! Un accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. On recommande.

Au top !

A proximité du centre de la Cotinière (quelques minutes à pieds), de ses commerces et restaurants. Maison très spacieuse, fonctionnelle et surtout bien équipée . Rien ne manque (sauf une râpe électrique pour les légumes :-) !!!!!, certains sont difficiles...) Des vélos sont à disposition dans le garage pour profiter des pistes cyclables de l'île. Mention spéciale aux propriétaires pour leur sympathie et la qualité de leur accueil avec, en prime, une bouteille de pineau en signe de bienvenue.

Wie schon gesagt, alles bestens, sehr sauber, überreiche Ausstattung, netter Kontakt und Empfang, zuverlässige Abwicklung. Das Haus bietet alle Möglichkeiten für einen entspannten, erholungsreichen Urlaub. Haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und würden gerne wieder dort verweilen. Eigentlich hat das Haus fünf Sterne verdient. Kleiner Abzug wegen einiger völlig unnötiger Einschränkungen, die auch nicht nennenswert kostenträchtig sind: Kein WLAN Ausschließlich französiche TV-Programme unpraktische (alte) Kaffeemaschine ohne Thermoskanne Staubsauger ohne Ersatzbeutel, auch nicht im großen Supermarkt zu beschaffen Unzureichende Reinigungsmittel für die spezielle Einrichtung Katastrophen-Besen 20cm für Riesenflächen Wenn diese Kleinigkeiten - die dennoch über die gesamte Urlaubszeit wirken - bereinigt würden, wäre die Bewertung 5Sterne+ Wir wünschen weiterhin alles Gute!!

Maison très agrable et très bien située

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison, très bien située à la Cotinière (tout près du port auquel on peut se rendre très rapidement à pied, mais cependant dans une ruelle très calme). La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée et très lumineuse. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
