A lovely relaxing holiday

We had a lovely time at this property which was very clean and comfortable. It had everything you needed and well located with the pool being just a few minutes walk away, The shower was particularly good and Tim was very helpful.

Home from home

Lovely 2 bed townhouse on small gated development. We stayed for 3 weeks and found we settled into the Gran Canarian way of life easily. Location of the property is fab, 15 minutes walk to Melonares beach and few restaurants/ cafes, 5 minute walk to supermarket, 35 minutes walk to centre of Melonares. House is positioned literally 1 minute walk to pool area and padel court. Beautiful home, smartly dressed and has most things needed. Loved putting the bbq on and chilling in the quaint back garden. Kitchen well equipped if you prefer to eat in, which we did frequently. Beds comfortable and bathroom modern with lovely big shower. Washing machine a blessing for extended stay and clothes airer/pegs available. We used the padel court on site lots, which is a bonus. Pool area was fairly quiet with lots of sun beds available. Pool water temperature is pretty cold but refreshing once in. We hired a car and underground parking is very handy. Overall we had a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, Beschreibung passt zu 100%

Wir hatten 14 wundervolle Tage in der Anlage. Das Haus ist (genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen) sehr schön eingerichtet und auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Gerne kommen wir bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt auf Gran Canaria wieder auf diese Unterkunft zurück. Natürlich gibt es spielende Kinder in der Anlage....aber die spielen dort nicht 24 Stunden am Tag ;-) Uns hat es nicht gestört.

Excellent accommodation!

This 2 bed house is exactly as described. Spotlessly clean. Probably the best equipped holiday rental we have ever stayed at. Modern decor throughout with lovely little front and back yard with seating & loungers to enjoy the morning and afternoon sun. Location is great for supermarket, under 10 mims walk from the house. Its a good 20 mins walk to the nearest beach - its not the most interesting of walks and a bit of a hike to do every day. Underground parking if you have a car. The house is in an unusual secure estate with a good size pool and loungers. Tim was a great host and responded quickly to any queries. Overall, excellent holiday rental. Highly recommend!

hemos descansado 8 dias en este marivilloso duplex adosadoso, moderno y comodo. lugar muy tranquilo. para trabajar desde casa y descansar. Bien equipado y con acceso directo en coche hasta la puerta. Garage y piscina controlada con llaves. la atención a la llegada y la salida ha sido muy agradable. supermercado a 300 metros de lunes a domingo. todo corresponde con las fotos. estamos encantados y volveremos.

Großartige Unterkunft

Wir können nur schwärmen von der tollen Unterkunft. Ruhige Lage, nette Nachbarn und auch toller Poolbereich. Die Insel ist wunderschön und man kann viel erleben. Wer mehr erfahren möchte über die Insel, muss zwar in die Berge, aber hier erlebt man das Urgran Canaria. Der Vermieter, ein toller netter Mann. Hat mehrfach nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Auch Fragen und Wünschen waren kein Problem. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Danke an Tim unseren Vermieter!

Prima verblijf

Keurig net appartement met alle benodigdheden van dien. Tevens zwembad op het appartement complex aanwezig en bovendien een parkeerplaats in de parkeergarage voor een eventueel huur auto.

Lovely apartment and facilities

We stayed for 7 days and were more than happy with the apartment in terms of its amenities and comfort. Tim communicated clearly regarding check-in and we met him at the gates of the complex at the agreed time, before being shown around. Would definitely book again if staying on the island.

Einfach großartig, angefangen über den tollen Kontakt mit Tim bis hin zum Wohlfühlhaus, einfach großartig. Tolle Ausstattung, 3 Klimageräte, Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, 50 m zum Pool, 3 bis 400 m zum Einkaufszentrum, auf dem Hügel gelegen mit tollem Ausblick. Fazit, super Urlaub mit einem super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Residencial Las Velas war toll

Die Residencial Las Velas ist eine Art kleines Dorf in Meloneras. Zum kurzen Be- und Entladen des Autos darf man maximal 30 Minuten auf das Gelände fahren, so dass sehr wenig Autoverkehr dort ist und auch kein Autolärm wahrgenommen wird. Insgesamt war es in der Anlage ziemlich ruhig. Es ist halt ein Dorf und dort gibt es Kinder und die spielen auch mal. Das hat uns aber ebenso wenig gestört, wie der 6. Geburtstag der Nachbarkindes, der über zwei Tage gefeiert wurde. Alles sehr gesittet und abends war rechtzeitig Ruhe. Die Wohnung war klasse und die Küche hat den Restaurants einiges an Umsatz gekostet, weil meine Frau sehr gerne gekocht hat und wir in 9 Tagen nur einmal ins Restaurant gegangen sind. Tim war bei der Übergabe der Wohnung supernett. Wir konnten schon direkt nach unserer Landung um 11:50 Uhr in die Wohnung fahren und brauchten zum Abflug die Wohnung erst um 11:00 Uhr verlassen. Zum Kritisieren will mir nichts einfallen, außer dass der Belegungsplan für die Wohnung ziemlich voll ist. Aber das spricht ja auch eindeutig für die Wohnung. Wir werden in jedem Fall bei unserem nächsten Gran Canaria Urlaub als erstes den Belegungsplan checken und wenn die Wohnung verfügbar ist, wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.
