In the heart of the vineyards, 15 km from Bordeaux, 30 km from St Emilion, 1h of Arcachon Bay and ocean beaches, our cottage is located on the ground floor of a mansion built in the 19th century. It features 1 bedroom with a bed 140, an adjoining bathroom, separate WC, a large living room with fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, hob indusction, Nespresso coffee machine, ...) , sofa bed for 2 and a private garden equipped with garden furniture.
An Internet connection via Wi-Fi is available and free.
Towels and linen are provided. The cleaning products are available.
Possibility of access to the pool (8X4) unsecured from 17h and to share with the owners
During the summer period (July and August) bookings are only from Saturday to Saturday.
Tourist tax to pay on the spot (0. 80 euros per day and per adult)

St Loubes

Sandrine and Stephan were ideal hosts to their wonderful property. It has an almost unique charm due to its history and we really enjoyed the experience. The hospitality was beyond expectations and we would certainly return. Best wishes Alan and Jan

Clean, tidy apartment in a prestigious house

Nice, clean, tidy apartment. Quiet part of the garden for sitting outside. Very pleasant owners. We couldn't find a cafetière for making ground coffee. Written instructions for using the shower would be useful.

Séjour agréable

Beau petit gîte moderne et bien équipé quelques petits équipements de confort seraient à envisager tel qu'un grand miroir et une petite poubelle de toilette tout le reste est top avec un accueil agréable chaleureux et des propriétaires disponibles et réactif le plus la voiture est sécurisée je recommande

Accueil sympa. Des hôtes charmants. Le gîtes est très bien équipé et la piscine agréable. Il faudrait néanmoins revoir le salon de jardin qui a bien vieilli. Je recommande

Die Wohnung ist attraktiv eingerichtet,auch für Teetrinker geeignet!, das Bett ist wunderbar, die Dusche ist ein bisschen wackelig-aber funktioniert, der Pool wird mit den Vermietern geteilt - ohne Probleme, die Stimmung ist sehr freundlich, guter Anschluss nach Bordeaux, wunderbarer Bäcker im Ort

Logement sympa et bien placé!

Agréable location avec toutes les commodités (cuisine équipée, linge de maison, vaisselle...) charmante chambre avec petit coin douche attenant et belle terrasse côté piscine! Possibilité de garer son véhicule dans la cour. Point fort: piscine et terrasse sans vis à vis. Point faible: TV ultra petite dommage... Je recommande!!!

Nice and clean place

This gite is very close to a train station to take you in to Bordeaux and has a few restaurants that are within a 10 minute walk so you don't really have to have a car, although we did. It was a half hour drive to St. Emilion and Bordeaux. The place was spacious and clean. Very quite spot in a good location. Everything was great except for the Wifi, we had problems with it the whole time we were there.

A very comfortable holiday stay

This historic building has been well modernised inside. Spacious living room with well-equipped kitchen area. Warm welcome from our hosts which included the use of their swimming pool. Great location for visiting Bordeaux (take the boat: Batbus), St Emillion (map of walk through vineyards available from tourist office), fortress at Blaye ( take the lower riverside road between Bourg and Plassac).

Sehr nettes Feriendomizil in der Nähe von Bordeaux

Funktionelle Wohnung mit Gartenanteil und Schwimmbadnutzung. Für 2 Personen super. Guter Anschluss per Tram in die Stadt, aber mit Auto zur Tram (ca 15 Minuten). Freundliche Vermieter.

Vacances en couple avec visite de cette belle région.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce gite bien situé. Proche de Bordeaux et en même temps dans un quartier calme. Le logement est confortable et bien aménagé. La région permet beaucoup de visites. L'accueil des propriétaires est sympathique et ils sont très disponibles.

appartement sympa et idéalement situé pour découvrir la région

malgré une météo maussade pour ce mois de Septembre (dur pour les vendanges ) séjour agréable dans ce gîte de Mme Cresté , très tranquille et avec le confort nécessaire . Très belle région , Bordeaux très belle ville . Beaucoup de choses à découvrir et énormément de vins à déguster (St Emilion-Médoc-entre2mers-pessac Léognan-Sauterne).Il faudra revenir ...

top, je recommande

séjour vraiment très agréable malgré le temps plus que maussade. Propriétaire vraiment top, très arrangeant et soucieux du bien être de leur locataire. des prospectus sont laissés pour visiter les alentours et au besoin les propriétaires sont là pour nous donner des endroits Endroit calme et propre. Je recommande cette location sans hésiter

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful region

In begin July 2016 for two weeks we had a fantastic holiday. This apartment is well equipped. The location is well situated. Because of its central location in the area highly recommended. Visit Bordeaux , Saint-Emilion, the River Dordogne, the region Entre-Deux-Mers , and more: everything within reach. The owners are very helpful! Thanks Sandrine & Stephane !!!
