Lovely comfortable chalet near Balme lift

Can’t say enough nice things about this lovely comfortable chalet well equipped for a stay. Watch the Fernuy gondola and weather conditions on Balme from the windows and balconies. Quiet chalet with lots of light and views and nice decor. The chalet feels like a family vacation home not a rental. The garage is very nice if you have a car and we also used for ski and luggage storage as it is very deep. Bus stop less than 100 meters. 900 meters from Parking des Chênons at Balme. It is a quick ride from town. Little longer to town because of the one way winter road system. Dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer make this is a great place to stay. Well equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, and microwave. Lots of dishes and glasses. 2 sets of keys were appreciated. Separate toilets from shower and bathtub make it easy to stay with a number of people. 4 cozy bedrooms (for Americans - 3 with full beds and a bunk room for 3). Also for Americans there is one shower and one bathtub with a sprayer but not really a second shower. We had a toddler in a crib (not provided) and had to turn one of the beds around to make room for a pop up crib (available for rent in town at the dry cleaner). Check in and out with Charlotte was very easy and she promptly responded to the few questions and needs we had. We would love to stay there again when we return to La Clusaz which we intend to do.

Great chalet in La Clusaz

Very comfortable chalet with lovely Mountain Views. Close to Balme skiing and bus. 4 nice cozy bedrooms upstairs. Separate toilet and shower/sink upstairs and toilet and tub/sink downstairs. Nicely decorated. Well equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer a huge plus for family.

un gîte bien douillet au pied des montagnes

Nous avons été enchantés par le gîte de Madeleine. Il est douillet et bien aménagé. La cuisine est bien équipée, les chambres bien isolées, ... La navette passe vraiment tout près. Et la vue du balcon est ressourçante. Nous avons été accueillis par Charlotte et sa famille. Ils sont très sympas. Madeleine répond vite aux messages Bref, nous reviendrons!

Location à recommander sans réserve

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce chalet bien placé dans un environnement de rêve. Il est meublé avec goût et on y trouve tout le nécessaire et même plus! À trois kilomètres environ du centre où nous nous rendions à pied. Proche des pistes, accès facilité par une navette en bas du chalet. Très bon accueil de Charlotte!

Belles vacances avec deux familles

Nous avons passé une belle semaine de ski à La Clusaz avec deux familles. L'appartement est bien décoré et bien équipé. Il est situé un peu en dehors de La Clusaz avec une vue sur le domaine skiable et un grand balcon sur lequel on peut profiter du soleil du matin au soir. On peut accéder au domaine skiable le matin par la télécabine "La Balme" ou "Fernuy", le plus pratique étant le ski-bus, dont l'arrêt se trouve juste devant la maison.

Lovely apartment out of La Clusaz

The apartment was beautiful, well-equipped, warm and comfortable with plenty of room for 7 adults as in our family, or 6 adults with 3 children since one bedroom has a single and a bunk bed. For us being a party of 7 adults, one set of keys presented major logistical problems. A lady met us at the apartment and handed us the only set of keys, leaving her without any so our early start for the return home also caused logistical problems. We had travelled by plane then private taxi so had no transport of our own at the resort. This meant we had to dispose of rubbish using a 15 minute walk down towards the village or walk the equivalent time uphill to the nearest ski lift, the only other option was to take it by bus to the nearest public bins. The last bus back to the Village was at 19:35 except on Thursdays when it was 22:34. The walk home on the first night after eating out in the centre of the village, took us an hour. The apartment is on a circular bus route so the trip to the village was either a 3 minute walk uphill to the bus that carried on up the mountain past Balme to the terminus then back to the village by a higher route, or a 15 minute walk to the next downhill bus stop - that was the best option for skiing from any lift other than Balme (it has no green slopes and is challenging for beginners). Had I known all this, I would have hired a vehicle to get from Geneva Airport to La Cusaz. We had to rent ski lockers to facilitate the walks.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille et entre amis. La situation de l’appartement est parfaite (au calme mais bien desservie grâce aux navettes a quelques mêtre du chalet). Très bon séjour. L’appartement est très cosy joliment décorée.

Magnifique

Nous venons de passer une semaine magnifique, la décoration ,la literie , l'espace dans le chalet, la vue du grand balcon rien à redire ,conforme à la description.Nous étions six adultes et un enfant de 2ans parfait nous n'étions pas l'un sur l'autre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil téléphonique de Madame Dugua très disponible et l'accueil chaleureux de Talia lors de notre arrivé . Nous tenons à les remercier sincèrement en espérant pouvoir y retourner un prochain hiver.

Magnifique vue, appartement Chaleureux et reposant!

Nous avons passer une semaine de vacances parfaite! L'appartement est sur les hauteurs de la clusaz à la fois au calme et a 5 min du centre. L'appartement est très bien décoré avec une magnifique vue !! Nous nous sommes sentie a l'aise d'autant que la propriétaire est très gentille serviable et à vous écoute... bref adresse à retenir sans hésiter!!

Très agréable sejour

Appartement très bien aménagé et chaleureux, à deux pas du départ de Balme et des Confins. Nous y avons passé un très agréable sejour, avec une propriétaire au petit soin pour ses hôtes ! Cela donne très envie de revenir.

L'appartement est très agréable, décoré avec soin tel que sur les photos, il a une vue magnifique et il est au calme. Il est très bien équipé, il ne manque absolument rien. Nous sommes très bien accueillis par Lucie à l'arrivée dans l'appartement et la propriétaire est très sympathique et à l'écoute. Je recommande à tous ce superbe appartement. Bonnes vacances à tous à la Clusaz.

Super et à recommander chaleureusement!

Nous venons de passer 1 semaine à la Clusaz en famille et tout était vraiment au top! Logement fidèle au descriptif et aux photos. Confort irréprochable. Sans parler de la vue magnifique que nous avions de la terrasse: juste splendide! c'est certain nous reviendrons :-)

Un beau séjour familial

Nous venons de passer un très agréable séjour en famille à La clusaz et sommes entièrement satisfaits de notre location. L'appartement, situé dans un beau et récent chalet, bien exposé avec une jolie vue, est très accueillant de part son confort et sa décoration. Doté de tout l'équipement nécessaire, tout est prévu pour qu'on s'y sente bien. Ménage impeccable, lits faits, linge de toilette fourni et un très bon accueil à notre arrivée; rien de tel pour nous combler. Ca été un vrai plaisir !

Super prestation

Nous avons loue cet appartement en mars 2014. C'etait notre premiere location a La Clusaz et nous avons adores la station, parfaite pour les familles.Et la location de cet appartement nous a combles: La decoration est de tres bon gout, Le menage etait impeccablement fait a notre arrivee, les draps, serviettes etaient propres. Le garage prive est tres apreciable, surtout pour laisser les skis. Sa situation est parfaite avec la navette a 100m du chalet. En cherchant bien quelque chose a redire, je dirais qu'il il manquait peut etre un appareil a raclette... mais c'est vraiment pour etre pointilleux.
