Ski weekend getaway

We really couldn’t have been anymore comfortable!!! The suite is was so cozy and has amazing views! Super close to charming downtown Nelson for amazing farm to table foods, coffee and local craft beer. About 20 minutes from Whitewater ski resort which had the most incredible snow quality. We will definitely come again!!

Amazing venu!

Corinne was prompt in communicating and was very accommodating with our requests. Very clean, very quiet, very spacious, amazing views and rules were not onerous. Be aware there are two sets of outdoor stairs and a bit of an inclined driveway - guest parking is on a landing at the top of the driveway.

Beautiful location

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights at this beautiful property in Nelson. The views are amazing! The accommodations are spacious, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has plenty of cooking equipment, plates, cutlery and glassware. Mike and Corrine were gracious and friendly hosts. We definitely recommend this place!

The unit was wonderful. Lovely location. Easy access to town. Spotless!!!! Well furnished. Pictures don't do the view or the unit justice. Our hosts were extremely friendly. We didn't want to leave.

Idyllic Nelson Home, away from home.

Corinne and Mike are superb hosts, lovely beings, and are informed & impressively involved local community members. We felt extraordinarily privileged to be staying in their exquisite home. Peaceful. Serene place with amazing view

Corinne’s place is lovely and peaceful. The mountain and river view is amazing! This is the perfect nook for us. Loved being outside the hubbub of turn but still close by.

Sweet Spot

We loved this place and would definitely recommend it. It lives up to the description and photos! The view is stunning day and night and it's 5 minutes from downtown. The kitchen was easy to cook in with everything we needed. We only gently heard faint footsteps upstairs and enjoyed being in someone's beautifully cared-for space. Only regret was not being there late enough in the season to see the gorgeous plantings come alive.

Beautiful property just outside of Nelson, but overlooking the lake and the city. It's a short 5-minute-ish drive to downtown but really only walkable for the adventurous. The Knox Hill property is beautiful and beautifully appointed. We stayed in the lower level apartment with an amazing view. It is warm and inviting and cozy for two. Would definitely recommend and revisit for our next trip to the area.

Mike and Corinne have lived in Nelson for 25+ years. Our kids have all left home and the house is too quiet for the 2 of us, so we thought we'd like to try a vacation rental. Mike is retired and likes to putter in his little garden after a long bike ride, and Corinne is currently working as an RN in our local hospital.
