Gute Lage, Wohnung durchwachsen

Eine saubere, gepflegte Wohnung, in die sichtbar auch viel Liebe und Mühe gesteckt wurde. Die Lage ist sehr gut hinsichtlich der Entfernung zum Strand, liegt aber auch auf der Pommesmeile, die man mitunter riecht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, wir hatten nur per eMail Kontakt. Den Abzug auf 3 Sterne in der Gesamtbewertung geben wir vor allem aufgrund der Kellerwohnung (mit Hanglage) und der gegenüber leider überhaupt nicht schönen Terasse. Den vorhandenen Grill sollte man besser nicht erwähnen. Die sehr steile Treppe zur Wohnung mag für manchen eine Herausforderung sein.

Déçu du logement

En gros se n'est pas un sous jardin mais une cave très humide, perso je ne louerais plus labas , la télévision ne fonctionne pas, la cour et sale très dangereuse pour les enfants les escaliers pour descendre une horreur trop raides, ça sent l'humidité jai même prévu moi même des prises pour les odeurs, et jai même des photos à l'appuie, je mérite plutôt un remboursement parceque vu le prix et ne pas oublier quon nous a pas prévenu qu'il y avait plus de poubelles 🤔

Très beau séjour

Propriétaire agréable et très accueillant La bâtisse est assez âgé donc petit problème d'ouverture des portes. Juste un problème de box donc pas de télé ni de WiFi, à résoudre au plus vite.

Tres Propre et tres bien situé logement tres bien par contre pour moi ce ne sont pas deux chambres en enfilade mais une seule chambre separee par un rideau donc aucune intimité pour les parents meme chose rideau uniquement entre la chambre et le salon. Sinon salle de bain au top cuisine bien agencee ...petit jardin apreciable...par contre preciser que c est un sous sol...pas de fenetre en chambre et escalier raide et pas large pour descendre au sous sol...le fait d avoir une machine a laver tres bien...les propriétaires sont tres accueillant au telephone tres gentils et il fait calme dans l appartement ce qui est tres bien car la rue est tres passante.. merci

J'avais peur lorsque j'ai vu les commentaires précédents mais rien à voir du tout. Il faisait très bon dans l'appartement sachant que je suis frileuse. L'appartement n'est pas trop étroit du tout. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil et un très bon contact avec la propriétaire. Le seul point que je peux soulever c'est la raideur des escaliers mais sans plus. Cela n'est qu'un petit détail. J'y retournerai volontiers.

Appartement difficile d'accès (escalier), humide et froid. Je ne conseillerai pas cette location.

Pour accéder à l'appartement "rez de jardin" il faut descendre un escalier très pentu de 13 marches. A déconseiller aux personnes ayant des difficultés physiques, aux personnes âgées ou avec des enfants en bas âge. Chambre : très bruyante à cause de l'aération électrique, lumière toute la nuit (briques de carreaux posées sur le haut du mur au raz du plafond). Briques de carreaux étant au même niveau que le trottoir. La pièce de vie donne sur une petite cour où il n'y a jamais de soleil. Pour accéder au jardin (en travaux donc pas de possibilité d'en profiter) il y a 5 ou 6 marches à monter. Appartement très humide et froid, pas de luminosité ni soleil. Impossibilité d'avoir des vêtements secs malgré un été très chaud. Appartement et linge fourni très propres. séjour du 20 au 27 août 2016

Glacial...

Appartement en sous-sol, décoré avec goût et bien situé, à 5 min de la plage à pieds. Toutefois, nous avons été largement déçu par ce séjour : - Un froid glacial dans l'appartement ! (nous avons demandé aux propriétaires un chauffage d'appoint ou des couvertures supplémentaires, mais pas de réponse) - L'appartement est trop petit pour 6 personnes (nous étions 5 et avons été à l'étroit) - Attention : situé en sous-sol, l'escalier y menant est extrêmement raide (difficile pour personnes agées ou si vous avez des bagages à porter)
