About this property

Completely renovated apartment in the center of the resort. Very well located, very bright, facing south with a view of the ski area and the Caron peak.
In the residence of "lac du lou" you'll be close to the central square, and two shopping galleries, the sports center (swimming pool , sauna, hammam ....), restaurants and shops. You are really close to everything!
The departure and return of the slopes is done on skis directly at the exit of the ski locker.
38 m2 completely renovated

Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and classic coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, ....), dishes, quality kitchen knives, champagne glasses, raclette and pancake machine.
Plenty of storage space in the bedroom and in the main room, storage drawer under the beds, in the kitchen, and in the bathroom, .....

4 to 6 beds:
1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed, 1 closet and 1 window.
1 small bedroom closed by a sliding door with 2 bunk beds (It is a small mountain-type bedroom with a fixed window).
1 pull-out sofa (140cm) in the living room (for 2 people).
The beds have duvets. You can either bring your covers or rent them on site with towels and sheets.

Bathroom with bath, cupboard and heated towel rail. Separate WC.

Balcony with SOUTH exposure. Ski room.

For your comfort in the living room: 81 cm flat screen TV + DVD player. We have made some DVDs, books, board games and card games available to you.
Possibility of having Wi-Fi under the conditions of the tourist office.

WARM DECORATION BOTH MOUNTAIN AND CONTEMPORARY with parquet in all the appartment (even bedrooms).
For your comfort, we brought in a geobiologist during the renovation of the apartment.

Covered parking is close to the residence.

Logement correct et bien équipé. Des entrées d'air extérieur importantes au niveau de la porte fenêtre de la terrasse. Pendant notre séjour, le quartier a été bruyant la nuit. Accès à la piste direct depuis le casier à skis appréciable : 10 mètres à marcher et on chausse...

Great apartment in a fab ski in-ski out location!

Two adults & two teenagers stayed here 6-13 April. Typical French style, double bedroom plus bunk room perfectly adequate but not huge. More than enough storage and we brought loads of stuff! Lovely decent sized living area. Great apartment in a central location - great for bars, supermarket & amenities and for ski in /ski out! Sunny balcony with view of mountains to enjoy a beer at the end of the day! Highly recommended!

Appartement fonctionnel, bien décoré et surtout bien équipé. on s'y est senti très bien. La literie est de bonne qualité. L'espace de vie est assez spacieux.Il est proche de tout. Un vrai plaisir d'y avoir passé notre séjour. Je recommande fortement.

Perfect location and everything you need for max 4 adults

Nice and clean apartment on perfect location in centre of ValTho (ski in/out). Corresponding perfectly with description and photos. Well decorated and very nice shower. Clear and good correspondence with both the owner and the service agency on site. Only minus: small (and warm) beds for four tall Dutch guys ;) Overall: good value for money! We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend it

Très décevant - ca ne vaut le prix demandé

Très deçu par la taille de la deuxième chambre - ce n'est pas une chambre mais un placard. Nous avons 2 adolescents et nous l'avions specifié c'est une pièce suffocante, sans fenêtre qui s'ouvre, sans aucun rangement et pas assez de rangement en general. Nous avons trouvé pleins de problèmes à notre arrivée; les vitres de la baie vitrée étaient absolument dégoutantes, le verrou des toilettes defectueux et notre fille est restée coincé, la brosse des toilettes cassée, le verrou des locaux a skis fonctionnent très mal et il n'y a pas assez de place pour 4 paires de chaussures et rien n'est prévu dans l'apartement. La moquette dans la chambre principale etait levée au niveau de la fenêtre sous le lit et le faux cuir sur les chaises autour de la table/bar sont abimées et même déchiré et l'une est cassée. Nous avons demandé une remise car le prix est bien au delà de ce que ça mérite et la propriétaire , bien qu'en s'excusant des problèmes, n'a jamais daigné répondre à notre demande. Nous avons envoyé 2 emails et elle nous a ignoré. C'est inadmissible. Service clientèle inexistant et si vous y allez en fin de saison, vous avez vraiment l'impression que tout le monde se fout de tout.

Super appartement bien équipé et très bien placé

L appartement correspond à la description. Très beau fonctionnelle bien équipé et surtout bien placé dans la station. Facile de rentrer en ski jusqu'au local à ski juste à côté des pistes.

Bel appartement très bien situé

Appartement propre très bien agencé, rien ne manque. Le coin nuit est indépendant ce qui est fort appréciable avec des enfants en bas âge. Il est situé près de tout (commerces, marché, pistes de ski...), bien exposé avec jolie vue sur les pistes. Propriétaire très sympa. Nous recommandons cette location.

Great apartment, right by the slopes.

We were three people who rented Stephanie's apartment for our skiing trip in Val Thorens. The apartment was perfect for us, nice and modern with all the comforts we needed for our stay. And the best thing is the location, close to the slopes and you have a grocery store and a bakery within walking distance of the apartment.

Nice and modern apartment by the slopes

We were three people who rented the apartment for a week on our skiing trip to Val Thorens. The apartment was perfect for us and had all the comforts and necessities for a pleasent stay. The location of the apartment is excellent, right by the slopes and a short walk to the nearest bakery and a good grocery store. Our contact with Stephanie has been great as well, very friendly and helpful.

Tres bon appartement au pied des pistes / Very nice flat straight on the slopes

L'appartement est tres beau et bien agencé, avec du mobilier et cuisine moderne, une salle de bain (baignoire et chauffe serviette), balcon et un local a ski individuel verouillé. Il est situé en plein centre de Val thorens, et au pied des pistes (litteralement 5 metres de marche avant de chausser les skis) d'une des meilleures stations de ski. La propriétaire a aussi été tres reactive, et nous a tres bien conseillé. Vraiment recommandé. Very nice flat, well arranged with modern furniture and kitchen, a bathroom (bathtub and towel heater), a balcony, and its own ski locker(which actually locks). It is located at the centre of Val Thorens, and straight by the slopes (literally a 5 yard walk before binding up the ski/snowboard) of one of the best ski resort. Our contact was very good as well, and answered all our questions promptly. All in all, very recommended.

Parfait!

Nous sommes arrivés juste après les travaux de rénovation. Très réussi, très bien décoré, bien équipé. L'appartement est parfait avec le coin nuit séparé du coin jour. Il est situé au centre de la station mais dans un coin qui semble calme. Pour le ski, on ne sait pas (nous y étions fin août) mais la piste semble juste au pied de la résidence. On y reviendra!
