LUSH SPACIOUS OASIS & PRIVATE POOL!

Ease your mind & refresh your soul surrounded by lush landscaping in our mid island 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home that features a full sized private pool* and large furnished deck (seating & tables for 8 and 2 loungers). The property sleeps 6 comfortably. The living room has 16' ceilings with a decorative fireplace. The queen bedroom and “quilt room” are upstairs and both have skylights. This solar powered home also features A/C in each bedroom & in the main living areas, Xfinity WiFi, Bluetooth connect receiver with speakers indoors & on the deck, a fully equipped kitchen with 2 electric ranges, 2 refrigerators, W/D, dishwasher, several Vornado & box fans if you need them, wireless Canon printer, Bluetooth speaker and large Weber gas grill. 1 block from “Wave” shuttle stop. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach bag, cooler bag are on site for your convenience. Dishwashing capsules, laundry detergent, Bounce sheets & even coffee/tea K-cups (often) are available for your comfort.

If you return year over year, we honor the rate you paid your first stay.

* Pool typically opens Mid June & closes mid September.

PARADISE ONLY A FERRY RIDE AWAY

From the keyless entry to the pool and air conditioning this house was the perfect find for mt family of six and me. The proximity to town and various restaurants on the island, as well as the prestine beaches made this the perfect three week getaway!

Lovely and convenient to town and beaches

Perfect proximity to town and beaches! The house was clean and cozy with every amenity on hand for evening grilling and chilling by the pool! Plenty of space for all of our kiteboarding and surfing gear in the garage. Quiet neighborhood located just a few minutes from all our favorite restaurants and outdoor activities!

Great location with outdoor space!

Tom's house was perfect for our stay. The location is tucked away enough to feel relaxing & secluded, but still close enough for a quick 10 min bike ride or walk into town, Cisco Brewers, and beaches! The house has a ton of space indoors, and a big BEAUTIFUL outdoor space with pool, deck, and seating areas. Tom was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay, leaving instructions, treats, and recommendations. I would highly recommend staying here!

Relaxing getaway

We had a wonderful three-week stay. The house was comfortable, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed from cooking utensils to bikes to a printer for the computer. The location great -- close to the beaches and the brewery, and far enough from town that it's quiet, but not so far that you feel isolated. And of course, it was amazing to have the pool! Tom could not have been nicer or more accessible, answering any questions we had right away. Thank you!

Excellent!!

Really enjoyed our stay here! We wanted a place that was close to town and also had a pool. Luckily we found this place as there are not too many houses with pools on the island. The house was beautiful and perfect for our family of 5. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen was great and it has a beautiful new deck out by the pool. It's a short bike ride to the beaches at Surfside and Cisco, and a short walk to town. Between bikes and Uber, there's no need for a car. We couldn't have asked for more. We are hoping to return next summer for a longer visit. Thank you Tom!!

Perfect Vacation Rental!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The home was lovely, really clean, spacious and in a perfect location for access to town and the beaches. The kitchen was very well appointed. The owner was great to work with; immediately responsive to our questions. And of course, having the pool and the large deck were huge perks for when we needed a break from the beaches. We highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to be near town, but would also like more outdoor space!

Amazing home

Wonderful house located close to downtown. Awesome owner who was very responsive and easy going. He has a list of recommendations for restaurants and ice cream. We checked them out and they were fantastic. The house is so beautiful and spacious. Gorgeous backyard. I highly recommend this house and great owners too 👍👍👍

Beautiful home!

Lovely house and perfect location. Loved the pool!! Tom the owner is very communicative which was great:) unfortunately the key system didn’t work when we stayed, but it was ok. The trash/recycling system was a bit confusing and would have been easier to separate if there were separated bins in the kitchen. We stayed with 7 women and assumed there would be an iron and ironing board, which there wasn’t (it was ok!), but might be a nice addition to the house:) either way lovely place the pool and deck was fantastic we loved every second and hope to come back !! Thank you!

He and his family enjoy cooking at the home, visiting the wonderful beaches of Nantucket Island, going to the Dreamland Theater, fishing for blues & sea bass with Bob DeCosta (and his father before him) on the Albacore and swimming at the house pool among other activities. Over the years we've celebrated Birthdays, Independence Days, Thanksgivings and Christmases on this special island.

Very high ceilings on the main floor, amazing trees and other landscaping, the oversized deck and magnificent pool make our home unique in the area.

What makes this property unique

The full sized pool is private and refreshing in the summer. We open it at the end of June each season.
