Tolle geräumige Wohnung

Wir haben 18 Tage dort verbracht. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, kleinere Geschäfte in direkter Umgebung. Der Strand ist keine 5 Minuten Fußmarsch entfernt. bei Problemen wird schnell geholfen. Parkplatz im Innenhof. Alles sehr nette Menschen dort, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Questo immobile è stato la nostra base per quattro giorni e ha soddisfatto in pieno le nostre esigenze e necessità. Appartamento molto comodo, al quarto piano di un edificio a 300 mt dalla spiaggia di Cros de Cagnes. Pulito, ben attrezzato e luminoso. Affabile disponibile e cordiale il proprietario Alain. Precisa e attenta alle nostre esigenze il gestore Marie Cristine. Utilissimo posto auto all'interno del condominio. Soluzione consigliatissima

Appartement sympathique avec grand balcon, rue bruyante mais proximité de la plage, des commerces dont une très bonne boulangerie pâtisserie et un traiteur asiatique. Le plus de cet appartement est le parking au sein de la résidence

Our long vacation

We rented this apartment for 3 months, from March to May 1922. It's very good for a couple or small family, with plenty of space for your clothing and suitcases storage. The kitchen has pretty much all that is needed for your stay. There is a large shower room and a separate toillete. Mr Lamaitre is an excellent host and will do all he can to make your stay very pleasant. Thank you Mr. Lamaitre.

Superbe Adresse

Nous avonss tout simplement adoré cette adresse! Mr Le Maître est extrêmement agréable et accueillant, la communication avant et pendant le séjour a été très fluide. Et l'acceuil a été tout simplement parfait. L'appartement est quand a lui fidèle au descriptif, spacieux, propre et très fonctionnel. Il dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires au quotidien, voir plus. L'emplacement est très bien, il nous offre un accès aux plages à moins de 10 mn a pied. Un grand merci à Mr Le Maitre!!

zentrale Lage, fast alles zu Fuß erreichbar, sicherer PKW-Stellplatz, wenn im Herbst Klimaanlage eingebaut wird dann ist es auch bei sehr heißen Temperaturen optimal für längeren Aufenthalt

Séjour réussi

L'appartement est bien comme décrit dans l'annonce, idéalement situé avec tous les commerces à proximité et la plage à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Un petit manque de vaisselle et le bruit des motos dans une rue bruyante sont les seuls côtés négatifs.

Toller Kurzurlaub

Sehr zentral gelegene geräumige gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Hat sich auf Anfrage sofort um ein Babybett gekümmert. Konnte uns auch noch einen kostenfreien 2. Parkplatz besorgen. Der Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind alle in der Nähe und leicht zu erreichen.Wohnung ist auf jedenfall empfehlenswert.

Siamo stati ospiti in 5 in questo appartamento e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti,vicino al mare e centro

La casa è pulita,funzionale inserita in un contesto tranquillo e nello stesso tempo centrale,vi sono negozi di ogni genere,il mare è vicinissimo,e ci si può spostare facilmente per visitare tutta la costa azzurra.Consigliatissimo.

Schöne Wohnung an belebter Straße

Wir (5 junge Frauen) hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Wer allerdings Ruhe sucht, ist hier nicht richtig...die Wohnung liegt im 4. OG an einer vielbefahrenen Straße. Dafür gibt es einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar, Bäcker, Carrefour...) und der Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (ca. 7 Minuten). Außerdem sind zahlreiche Restaurants in der Nähe, da ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei...Kurz: wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Merveilleuse location

Quelle joie de faire affaire avec un propriétaire aussi gentil et accommodant ! Grand appartement très lumineux et très propre. Équipement, literie et lieux de grande qualité. Très bien situé entre Cannes et Nice dans une charmante petite ville. Tout est à proximité, épiceries, boucherie, traiteurs, mer, etc... Voiture en lieu sécurité. Une location exceptionnelle!

la résidence"champagne"est très bien situé entre plages et commerces.Le propriétaire est vraiment a l'écoute de ses locataires et fait le maximum pour leur "bien être" quand a l'appartement tout y est ,télé dans chaque chambre,wifi,cuisine très bien équipé avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin,lits spacieux et confortables.Nous avons passés de très agréable vacances et nous pensons revenir

L'appartamento è grande, arioso e ben tenuto, fornito di tutto ciò che può servire. Situato in zona centrale, vicino ai commerci e al mare, veramente comodo. Il parcheggio interno è la ciliegina sulla torta. Il proprietario è una persona disponibile e gentilissima , ritorneremo di sicuro!
