Enjoy incredible mountain views from the spacious wrap around deck. Catch the nightly star and firefly show from the comfort of the private deck on the upper level or the quaint lower level patio. "Smoky Mountain Splendor" is perched on a .62 acre wooded lot which affords privacy for your Smoky Mountain Vacation.

This beautiful property features:

1. Gorgeous hard wood flooring throughout except for the loft
2. Tongue & groove pine cathedral ceiling
3. Over-sized stone gas log fireplace in the living room
4. Lots of windows to let in that Smoky Mountain Sunshine
5. 3 gas log fireplaces and one electric fireplace

Seasonal outdoor pool is located about 14 minutes away down Wears Valley Road.

The open floor plan comfortably accommodates your family and friends. Smoky Mountain Splendor has two spacious king master suites, (one on the main level and one on the lower level), each having a gas log fireplace, whirlpool tub and luxurious private bathroom featuring custom cabinetry with double vanities, tile flooring, and walk-in showers with seats.

The living room has a pull out sofa bed.

Upstairs, the loft is serving as the third bedroom. You will find the bedroom/game room with pool table, arcade game, shuffleboard table, high definition TV, electric fireplace, queen bed and another full bath. The loft is partially walled. The queen bed is in the corner to create the sleeping area. There is a closet and a small dresser up there.

There is a wheel chair ramp from the parking area to the deck. There is a French Door from the back deck that can be opened to allow a wide access. If only one door is open, the opening is 33". The front door is 32" wide and the bedroom is 30" wide. This cabin is not ADA compliant. There is still a little bump at the threshold. There is no turning radius in the bathroom. The toilet is to the left of the shower in the main level bathroom. There is a small recess in a tight corner.

The parking area has amble space for 3 large vehicles or 4 small vehicles.

The distance to local attractions by the map on VRBO is in miles "As a crow flies".

There is an additional charge for any adult in your party over 6 adults.

The pet fee is per pet per stay. When you check the box that you are bringing a pet, VRBO will only charge you for one pet. Please let us know how many pets you will be bringing so we can charge you accordingly.

Exceeded Our Expectations

Could not have been happier w/ the property, amenities, booking, checkin, and checkout procedures. Teen girls and mom and dad enjoyed it equally. The views and serenity were exquisite! Checkin procedures does a GREAT job telling us everything we need to know to maximize the property. Much appreciated. Will never stay anywhere else. Can’t wait to come back.

Majestic Darling

Absolutely beautiful. No need to leave the property with all the amenities available. Large with 2 master bedrooms, Loft bedroom, 4 fireplaces,2.5 bathrooms, laundry room, two jetted tubs, multiple TVs, Media room, Hot tub, two porch swings, multiple hang out areas for kids, pool table, multiarcade, shuffle board, tons of video games, great books, board games galore and shuffle board. Multiple places to retreat for privacy. Outdoor space with firepit, grill, room for dogs and kids. Stunning views. Easy to get to Kroger, and shops all within 10-15 minutes to the middle of Pigeon Forge. Had a great time taking in the Comedy Barn and Moonshine tasting. The Old Mill serves wonderful full course homemade meals. The Old Mill district offers many crafts including candles, wood crafts, pottery, candy, and more. Highly recommend for families or just couples wanting to get away.

Beautiful Cabin with everything you could possibly need!

We enjoyed our stay here so much. The cabin was almost immaculate as far as cleanliness goes. It smelled wonderful & had air purifiers throughout. The hosts really thought of everything to make their guests feel at home too. From a towel warmer in the main floor batheoom to saran wrap & seasonings in the kitchen....you pretty much have it all but the food & clothes you bring. If i had one to say one slightly negative thing or give the owners advice i would say i wish the hot tub was under cover of the beautiful wrap around decks as it rained alot when we were there & couldnt get in & enjoy it but once during our stay. Would definitely stau again & recommend to anyone, especially families with children.

Super Relaxing

From the views to the amenities, this place was very nice and inviting. The property was clean and we had no issues with checking in at all. The owners have a great communication process and will send you pretty much everything you will need to know. Our trip was a family get away and this property really helped everyone to relax and enjoy our time together. We’re already talking about our next trip down.

Privacy, Views, nearby towns with all the best amenities!!!

I searched high and low for the perfect cabin as I wanted seclusion, Mountain Views, not too far from the attractions with a long list of amenities including king size suites, fireplaces in bedrooms, jacuzzi tubs, stocked kitchen, hottub on deck, pool table and outdoor area for grilling/games. This place literally had it all!!! There are cabins that can be seen but still plenty private. We did have an issue with fireplace in king suite which was disappointing because it was a big reason I selected the property but I felt like management was responsive and tried to resolve the issue. Will definitely make sure it’s in working order ahead of time next trip but overall did not affect our satisfaction!

Very nice and clean cabin. Enjoyed stay. All cooking utensils there with charcoal grill. Only issue was the email from vbro to me ststed do not leave for tour vacation until i recieved my address with key code. As of 1100 am on day to be there still no email. Its a 7 hour drive one way. Sent previous emails requesting it. Still no redponsw. Called the number and she took care of it pretty fast. Lost whole day as didnt get there until bedtime

Anniversary Trip!

We wanted a quick getaway and we wanted a place for our dog to be able to go with us! This place was great! Super clean, perfect location and perfect for our dog! We will definitely always look for this cabin the next time we come back to the area!

Family meet up.

My brother and sister in law live in South Carolina, so this was a good halfway point for us to vacation together. They have four kids and we had one dog that all stayed. We really enjoyed the cabin. We had a couple small issues which had nothing to do with the owner. The previous guests were extremely disrespectful and left four hours late so we had to wait outside for a little bit till the cabin was finished being cleaned. The cleaners were super super nice to us though. If I had to complain about something cabin related, both swings need to be replaced. I did not feel safe sitting in them. I weigh 185lbs so not a super big person. Would definitely stay here again. Had a beautiful view from the top deck.

Short Family Getaway

We were very impressed with the entire house! Well maintained, very well stocked kitchen and had more entertainment for the kiddos than they could possibly ever do in our 4 day stay. They loved all the games, movies, ect. and the Kids Cave downstairs. The pool was a short drive down the road and was so nice, the kids loved it! The handicap accessibility worked well for the rotator my brother uses. Within a 5 minute drive from the house is a couple small grocery stores, a gas station and a pizzeria. I will definitely book again.

Splendid for sure. Perfect peaceful place close to the action

First of all… This place is just gorgeous. Plenty of driveway space and really close to all the things to do in pigeon Forge. Yet we felt like we were 1,000,000 miles from the busyness. We loved this cabin. Plenty of space and plenty of comfort and the best part was sitting out on the deck and just enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning before we went out for all the activities. The Owner was really easy to work with and there was even a pool that we could access and the kids loved that. We are totally coming back to this cabin. Very close access to the national park which is something we love. Thank you for letting us enjoy the Smokies in your place. All the bedrooms and the media room were fantastic.

New cleaning person

There was laundry in the washer and the dryer. Spider webs all over the house. There were humidifiers all over the house. Very noisy. No privacy. They couldn't even spring for real flowers. Way too many emails. Not enough hot water to fill the bathtub. The water shut off in the shower while I was soapy. The owner admitted to a leak in the upstairs. Will not return.

Our 2nd year in a row at Smoky Mountain Splendor

We absolutely love this cabin. The location and the views are fantastic. The furniture is so comfortable and again after staying in cabins where you can't even stand to sit on the couch's it is such a nice change to just be able to relax. There is ample space indoors and outdoors. My in-laws spend most of their time on the wrap around deck. It is large enough that even when it rains we can all sit out there and not get soaked. We have already booked the cabin for next year before we checked out this year. The only cons for us, which were probably pros for other people were the upgrades to the loft and the kids cave. We loved the big theater chairs upstairs to be able to watch our sons play the gaming console. I know most people love a good pool table but it made it awkward to be able to sit and watch them enjoy all the great games they have. My 8 year old fell in love with the kids cave last year it was a way he could have his own COOL room to sleep in. He was especially excited to go down this year since his little brother would get to stay in there too. However when we got there it had been converted to just a game room for the PS. That took some figuring out since we had banked on the kids being able to sleep there so we had to do some shuffling and air mattress them for the week. As I looked back on the website we seen pics of the kids cave had changed but honestly we booked for this year when we were there last year because we enjoyed the cabin so much that I never bothered to look at pictures again. The kids cave was such a cool experience we never would have thought it would have been different. Again we figured things out and again this was probably a pro for most people that come to the cabin however we just enjoyed the set up so much last year we couldn't wait to enjoy it the same this year. The owner Mary Beth is extremely nice and always a text away if you need any help. We cannot wait for next years repeat vacation.

All you need

Smoky Mountain splendor was built in a nice community, high on a hillside with great mountain views. The cabin which has three levels, bottom floor, main floor, and a large loft is beyond beautiful. It is a luxury cabin with beautiful furniture. They have thought of everything to keep you entertained on your vacation. There was so much to do at the cabin that we did not venture out. My husband said before we left home that he wanted to be able to rest and that is exactly what we did. Thank you Mary Beth for all of your help. We enjoyed our stay at Smoky mountain splendor. I have made note of this Cabin and will be calling you when we’re able to schedule another mountain getaway.

My husband and I have two young adult children. We have a boy and a girl. They are both still going to school for higher education.
I have been trying to take my children to different National Parks every summer before they get so old they do not want to vacation with us. We hit the Smokies and now we normally spend our time there.
My husband was very resistant to travel on vacation somewhere that was 10 hours away. But, when we got to the cabin, he said I could drag him 10 hours anytime.

We love the mountain views. The kids love all the activity. They never get bored. I love the hikes in the Great Smoky Mountains. I also love all the history in the area. This seemed like the perfect place for us to buy a vacation home.
