Furniture needs to be replaced. The listing was slightly misleading it is a one bedroom and open loft bedroom. And the driveway was steep. Cell reception at this cabin is spotty. That was is the negative. Now for the positive it was a cost cabin for three people and pets. It is conveniently located to all the attractions and shopping. Aunt bugs staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I would recommend renting from them.
Very nice cabin, very clean and comfortable, and nestled in the woods so it was quiet and peaceful. We appreciated that it was dog friendly, the yard and the enclosed porch were great for our fur baby.
The only slight negative to be aware of is that the driveway to the house is pretty steep, with the wet leaves all over the drive it was a little slick to get to the top of the driveway, other than that everything was lovely!
Great property except the sofa. Ii needs a new sofa.

Spend your money elsewhere
Cabin had cobwebs inside, didn’t feel homey at all, and almost everything was outdated. Cabin had k-cups but no k-cup machine, only a coffee pot which would have been fine but no coffee. You need to bring your own everything if you plan to cook or even shower. Backyard was tiny and pictures look deceiving. We asked to check in early and would have had to pay extra, which Im glad we didn’t because the cabin was very uncomfortable. So we left early.
You can tell that ownership is here to make money and not invest in their properties.
Definitely not worth it.
The cabin was great and the right size for my wife and I, and friends. It's near to town and close to lots of activities. We enjoyed the spa, billiards, and a few rounds of Pac-Man. The kitchen lacked dishes and cooking supplies, but was acceptable. However, there were no real cleaning supplies like counter sprays, and very little dish soap. There were only a few towels. The second bed is small, probably a full at best. The deck and porch were covered in cobwebs and birds nests, but generally in good condition. The spa has broken controls. The access road was probably our biggest concern for my wife's car as it was crumbling on the edge and the hedges were overgrown, crowding the road. A truck or SUV would be ok, but it was questionable in a car.
The check in process was a bit involved including sending photos of drivers license and debit cards.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would likely stay again if some of these issues were addressed.
Property was clean and had all the essentials needed. The cabin was larger than we expected. We enjoyed our stay immensely. It was difficult to find the cabin- the cabin sign was overgrown with weeds so it took us a couple minutes to find the turn off.
We got an text asking when we would be in town to check in. I told them we were already in town. Then I got a text back saying our cabin was ready and we got to check in earlier than expected. We will definitely be back.
We loved our cabin and especially the enclosed wrap around screened in deck. The place was gorgeous and displayed exactly as it was online. A little fire pit is the only thing we were wishing it had. I would definitely book again. Close to everything ! We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and video games as well.
Cabin overall was perfect!! House keeping needs to pay better attention to detail. Dog poop all over the carpet in the living room carpet. Construction of new property next was a pain, as they block the drive way every day during our stay.
This property was clean and well equipped. The hot tub was enjoyable as was the video game table. The street was perfect for walking my dog.

Disappointed
A major kudos to Aunt Bug's rentals. They were super nice and super accommodating. I would definitely rent from them again, just not this cabin.
When we first arrived, took dog to the very small yard. Dog stepped in poop left from previous occupants. I went to clean yard of poop and ended having to throw my gym shoes away they were covered apparently by hidden gems under the leaves. The direct road to get up to cabin is treacherous, rocky and deep holes in gravel. Not good for low profile cars. The roads getting there are a bit scary as well, deep inclines and declines with blind spots. The driveway and turn around are very small and narrow. We had two cars and one of us would have to back car down driveway in order for other car to turn around. Location is nice because it's not too far from main strip.
Stay at many cabins in this area as i am older getting into them can become a challenge. Only 3 steps unlike some in the area with flights of stairs. This cabin is very well maintained has everything you would want for a fun cabin adventure. Hot tub jets are fantastic and not pictured on the photos the dog run leads up to the porch into the cabin. The entire staff is very polite and helpful enjoy your cabin stay. Like this cabin so much i booked it for a week in the future.
Property was clean and there extra towels which we appreciated. Location was in close proximity to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We spent most of our stay indoors reading by the fire.

Bad cabin experience
First of all we rented this cabin specifically because it had recliners . My husband has a medical condition where he has to keep his feet elevated. The owners took the recliners out and put in a arcade came which left only a couch to sit on which was very uncomfortable for my husband so he spend most of his time laying in bed which made for a horrible vacation. Also the kitchen is not stocked well at all, no dish soap or extra trash bags so we had to go buy those things. The kitchen was very sparsely furnished. Toilet seat in the downstairs bathroom was broken, when we called to have it fixed they tried to tighten it but it didn’t work so we had to go upstairs to use the restroom. The maintenance guy from the management company was very nice, but the owners seem very cheap! Over all it was a horrible trip for my husband and I and we felt like some sort of compensation should have been offered since the cabin was not as pictured.
The cabin is nestled in the woods and to us was very peaceful. I would definitely make sure my vehicle is an SUV. The cabin was clean, and not far to most amenities. Definitely allow extra time for traffic. We’re there second week of October 2023. Whenever I had a question or needed something the staff was attentive via text. We did check-in and out via text. When you do it they let you know to text if you need anything. They were really great about getting back to you. Over all it was a nice place to stay and a good experience.
Perfect little cabin in the mountains. Great for a family of 4. I was impressed with the cookware, most places do not have the best to cook with. Very clean and well put together. Easy communication with the rental company with immediate response. The well water did have a sulfur smell but was tolerable. The only thing that could have made this better is a fire pit to sit around and make s’mores! I Would definitely come back to this quaint little cabin.
Loved the location of the cabin! After a day in Pigeon Forge it was real nice to come back to the peace and quite of the area it’s located in. Loved the fenced yard for our dogs, that was a real plus for us
We had a relaxing, much needed, stay. I came with a lot of OFF products but to my surprise… The porch is completely screened in!! The place was clean, the second bathroom has a shower and the water pressure never changed with both being used! Management checked in to make sure I didn’t need anything and always let me know if I did, to reach out!! The fenced yard was great for my fur baby. I have never cooked on a grill that small but I made it work anyway! We will definitely go back!
Great place to stay with family and pets!! Is clean, cute, and everyone is super friendly! The hostess is very attentive. We enjoyed a ton our stay!!! Looking forward to go back someday!
The Cabin was so nice. Loved the huge porch. Nice hot tub and pool table. Lots of privacy. We took our miniature schnauzer with us. There is a fenced in yard, but we just let her out in the yard. Nice to have washer and dryer.
The place was nothing fancy but it was perfectly adequate and affordable for what we needed. It’s quaint and good location. We did have some water issues early on but management responded quickly and sent someone out to fix.
This cabin is super cozy and has everything you need for a family of 4 and a dog! We thoroughly enjoyed the coziness and our kids enjoyed the PacMan game table and pool table! It's not too far from Dollywood and downtown Pigeon Forge and convenient to pretty much everything!
