Beautiful house of 100m2, with a large private garden of 820m2 in Mimizan Bourg (Landes). It is located 5 km from the beach and connected by a bike path, which makes a beautiful walk to the sea. Still closer to the lake Aureilhan, which can also be reached by bike. It has 3 bedrooms, living room - kitchen - dining room, a bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. It has a porch on the main facade and is situated in a natural setting, surrounded by trees and family houses. Near the center of city centers and shopping centers.

Individuell eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Zum Stadtzentrum oder Strand sind es ca. 5 bis 10 min mit dem Auto.

Une maison idéale pour la famille

Une semaine particulièrement agréable : La maison est grande et comporte les équipements suffisants pour passer d'agréables vacances. Le terrain immense nous permet de stationner plusieurs véhicules et notre petit-fils a pu faire du vélo en toute sécurité. Le quartier est particulièrement calme : le bonheur ! Tout est impeccable, le rapport/qualité prix est imbattable. Les procédures d'entrée/sortie sont très souple. Si je peux revenir a Mimizan c'est là que j'aimerais séjourner. Merci aux propriétaires !

Trop bien

Vacances en famille avec nos enfants et notre petite fille nous avons découvert un avre de paix nous avons vécues plus de 25 ans de vacances a mimizan et nous sommes encore heureux de revenir même avec les odeurs (pour nous cette papeterie nous donne la tendance météo)qui ne dérange pas et cette maison je vous la conseille il y a une âme

Ein prima Ferienhaus

Es ist ein schönes Häuschen mit einem großen Garten, der auch fast eingezäunt war, ein kleines Loch hinten. Eine sehr ruhige Gegend, etwas weit vom Meer aber mit dem Rad sehr gut zu erreichen, fast schneller als mit dem Auto. Die Küchenausstattung war okay, die Spülmaschine war aber nicht gut, sollte nachgebessert werden. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist okay, die Wände, wie meist bei solchen Häusern sehr dünn. Insgesamt ist das Haus zu empfehlen. Ein Kritikpunkt ist der Ort und die dortige Papierfabrik, je nach Wind stinkt es doch öfters, was den Aufenthalt draußen unangenehm macht. Warum man so ein Monster in einem Urlaubsort positioniert, weiß ich nicht. Rest war prima und die Vermieterin sehr nett.

Bonjour merci pour cette location où nous avons passé 14 js avec nos 4 enfants ..maison propre..très spacieuse.. il ne manque rien.. à proximité des commerces, des plages avec le calme assuré.

Belle villa

C'est une belle villa, un peu trop encombrée par les "affaires" des propriétaires surtout dans la cuisine et le cellier. Beaucoup de produits d'entretien, non rangés etc... L'aménagement est très bien pour une grande famille. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas le wi fi comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour, et l'odeur de la papeterie est très supportable, c'est la deuxième fois que nous venions à Mimizan qui est une station balnéaire très agréable.

agréable maison, spacieuse pour 8 personnes. Quelques imperfections relevées qui ne nous ont pas gâché les vacances : rond des wc cassé et poêles vétustes et sales (nos prédécesseurs n'ont pas lavé la vaisselle) et certains matelas de lits de 90 cm sont à revoir. Salle de bain très agréable et grande. Les enfants ont pu jouer sur le terrain, celui-ci étant fermé. La surface du terrain est plus qu'honorable. Emplacement très calme et pas loin des commerces.

Propriété bien située au calme en retrait de la route

Un bel espace de vie mais un ensemble plutôt défraîchi (décoration et matériel à disposition). Un bémol pour la papèterie qui, suivant le vent, envoie ses mauvaises odeurs mais désagrément lié au secteur.... Par contre la nature est proche ainsi que tous les commerces et la piste cyclable.

Gros problèmes d'odeur!!!

La maison est bien, grande, pour un couple avec 4 enfants , c'était parfait. Par contre 2 baies vitrées ne se verrouillaient pas, la pelouse n'a pas été tondu avant notre arrivée les enfants ne pouvaient donc pas y aller car ils avaient des mauvaises herbes jusqu'aux genoux. Le plus gros problème est la localité de la maison! il y a une papeterie juste à côté et selon le vent l'odeur est insupportable, on ne peut pas déjeuner sur la terrasse.

Manque deuxième salle de bain

Il manque une cafetière pour 6 personnes. Nous avons eu la gentillesse de vous réparer la fermeture de deux portes fenêtres mais nous n'avons pas réussi à réparer le volet de la chambre au grand lit. La région est tres belle. Comment recupere-t-on la caution? Bonne journée.

Tanto spazio dentro e fuori e massima tranquillità

La villa di Alicia è davvero spaziosa e confortevole e corrisponde alla descrizione. Anzi ha anche una lavanderia spaziosa che può servire da sgabuzzino. Noi eravamo in 7 e ovviamente sarebbe stato più comodo avere due bagni ma comunque la toilette separata e il fatto che il bagno avesse due lavandini e una doccia + vasca da bagno ci ha consentito di organizzarci bene. Per raggiungere la spiaggia abbiamo noleggiato delle biciclette, il tragitto è piacevole e interamente su pista ciclabile (circa 7 km). In alternativa si può raggiungere il mare in macchina in circa 10 minuti. Mimizan è un paese grazioso e molto pulito e le spiagge oceaniche davvero fantastiche. In 1 ora abbiamo inoltre raggiunto la Duna di Pilat.

La maison est très spacieuse et bien équipée pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Proche du centre ville à 20 minutes à pied (rythme balade) et 10 minutes de la plage en voiture et à 5 minutes du carrefour market. quartier très calme.
