tres pratique et confortable

Tout est a proximité a moins de 50-100m. Vue sur les pistes. Casier a ski avec accès directe aux pistes. L'appartement est confortable et bien équipé.

Situation idéale et appartement très pratique

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour dans la résidence du sapporo. L'appartement était idéalement situé juste au pied des pistes avec une vue idéale depuis la loggia qui est très agréable. Avec 3 enfants en bas âge nous avons vraiment bien pu profiter du ski et des animations. L'appartement est bien équipé et fonctionnel. Contact avec le propriétaire très bien et aucun soucis avec l'agence qui nous a donné les clefs de l'appartement comme prévu. Appartement propre et en bon état.

Conforme au descriptif

L'appartement est conforme à ce que l'on peut voir sur les photos: un peu vieillot mais très bien agencé avec 1 lit superposé et 2 lits dépliants offrant chacun 2 vraies places adultes (matelas de très bonne qualité, ferme et neuf, ça se voit). Le balcon converti en véranda souffre par contre d'un manque d'isolation qui ne permettra pas d'y faire dormir un petit enfant dans un lit parapluie. Le plus surprenant est la gestion des locations: une agence immobilière toute proche se charge de vous remettre les clefs et de les réceptionner à votre départ. Aucun état des lieux n'a été fait après notre départ ce qui laisse entendre que le ménage reste ENTIEREMENT à la charge des locataires. J'ai comme un doute sur la propreté de l'appart et des couettes en fin de saison ! De plus le locataire suivant s'est présenté à notre porte à 10h du matin alors que notre remise des clefs était prévue pour midi. Du jamais vu ! L'emplacement est par contre de 1er choix à 1600m avec un accès direct aux achats de forfaits, aux pistes, aux zones de jeux pour enfants (luge etc.) et aux front de neige (commerces et terrasses). Notre petite de 2 ans a adoré jouer dans la véranda et passer des heures à regarder dehors le balais des skieurs.
