On the third floor of a 4-story building and located 500 meters from the city center in a highly sought-after area overlooking Trestraou beach.

This apartment has a large living room of 25 m2 on balcony (convertible sofa bed "daily bedding" of 160x200), a bedroom with two 90x190 beds, a large dressing room adjoining the bedroom, a bathroom with bath, fitted and equipped kitchen, separate WC.

Lovely apartment in best location.

Everything is very nice. We were punctually and cordially met. The apartment is comfortably furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. The view is incredible. We were very happy with our choice.

schöner Urlaub an traumhafter Küste

Der Aufenthalt im Meerblick-Apartement war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, der Blick auf den Strand, auf das Meer und die vorgelagerten Inseln traumhaft schön. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - Bäckerei, Metzgerei u.a. sind im Ortszentrum und zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Strand und der Promenade mit Restaurants sind es auch ca. 10 Minuten, der Weg dorthin führt allerdings über Treppen. Als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Wanderungen und Ausflüge war die Lage Apartements perfekt. Der GR 34 beginnt am Strand in Richtung Ploumanach, dem schönsten Abschnitt der Granitküste, die Schiffe zu den Sept-Iles legen auch am Strand von Perros-Guirec ab. Als Ausflugs.- und Wanderziele sind zu empfehlen: Ile Grande, Halbinsel Remote, Plougrescant, Lannion und Abbaye de Beauport. Die Eigentümerin des Apartements war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung, dem Ort und der Küste sehr empfehlen.

Une vue imprenable!

Christiane, la propriétaire, est une dame agréable, très respectueuse et discrète. Si vous la contactez, elle montrera toujours de la disponibilité . Son vaste appartement dispose d'une vue sans pareille et je ne crois pas que nous aurons à nouveau l'occasion de pouvoir nous ennivrer d'une vue plongeante de 5 m de long sur la mer. On a l'impression de voir un tableau: impressionnant, inédit, incroyable!!!!! Nous avons pu en profiter depuis la table d'intérieur du logement . Il nous a par contre été plus difficile de profiter de la terrassse extérieure, qui située au nord était assez fraîche fin août.

Super séjour !

Superbes vacances dans une ville en bord de mer très agréable. Tout près de randonnées bien connues par les amoureux de la côte de granit rose. Toujours contents de regagner la location avec sa grande terrasse avec vue sur la grande plage de Trestraou. D'où l'on observe les surfers du lever au coucher du soleil. Appartement très fonctionnel et agréable, propriétaire très sympathique.

Le séjour à été parfait. Le calme recherché était au RDV. La vue sur mer est exceptionnelle, L’appartement est très fonctionnel, belle déco, literie confortable, dressing hyper pratique. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Grandiose Aussicht

Madame Tilly ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Das Apartement ist sehr hell und sehr schön eingerichtet. Ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank sorgt dafür, dass nichts unnötig im Appartement rumliegen muss. Die Küche ist klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Ein Vorteil ist sicher auch, dass Madame Tilly sehr schöne Bettwäsche und Handtücher zur Verfügung stellt. Der Ausblick über die Bucht ist grandois. Selbst aus dem Apartement läßt er sich dank des riesigen Panoramafensters bei jedem Wetter genießen. In ca. 8 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strandboulevard oder im Dorf am Bar Tabac. Wer gerne kocht findet im Dorf alles, was das Herz begehrt. Beonders die süßen Kunstwerke der alteingesessenen Patisserie sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub mit Strandleben, Wandern und Fahrradfahren!

1 Woche im Mai in Perros Guirec

Die Lage der Wohnung zum Strand und zu den Geschäften ist perfekt, der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer atemberaubend, die Vermieterin sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen.

Très bon séjour en bord de mer

Nous sommes partis sur le grand pont de l'ascension. Appartement très bien situé entre lieux touristiques et le centre ville. Vue imprenable et magnifique. Terrasse suffisamment grande pour y manger. Accès à la plage en 10 minutes à pied ... ce qui évite de chercher une place pour se garer. L'hôte est accueillante et à l'écoute.

Schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick

Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Blick über die Bucht und den Strand. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und die Vermieterin begrüßt einen persönlich und gibt eine Einweisung in die Wohnung und Tips für Unternehmungen. Restaurants und Geschäfte sind gut zu erreichen. Leider war die Wohnung schlecht geputzt und wir mussten zuerst saugen und Bad und Küche putzen. Die Dusche lief kaum ab, so dass man immer Gefahr lief, dass Bad zu "überfluten".

Appartement agréable avec une très belle vue

Une semaine agréable dans cet appartement très bien situé. 10 min du centre ville avec tout les commerces utiles. 15 min de la plage de Trestraou et du chemin des douaniers. La pièce principale est agréable à vivre avec en plus une superbe vue sur la plage de trestraou et la mer. Ce fut top et inspirant pour nos vacances et bosser sur nos activités. Vue superbe sur mer

Logement bien équipé, au calme et des places de parking gratuit dans la rue. Il est situé à 5 min à pieds de la plage et du centre ville avec toutes les commodités. Vue superbe sur la plage de Trestaou, c'est un plaisir de passer une semaine en profitant de ce magnifique cadre ! La propriétaire Mme Tilly est accueillante et arrangeante. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Perros-Guirec

L'appartement est très lumineux avec une vue imprenable sur la plage et les 7 îles au large. Vous profiterez également d'un grand balcon pour prendre le petit-déjeuner tout en profitant des embruns. Cet appartement est également assez bien équipé pour ceux qui veulent cuisiner. Je recommande cet appartement sans hésiter !

L'appartement correspond exactement à la description, juste la vue est encore plus belle que sur les photos! Mme TILLY est adorable, l'appartement est propre, il y a des places de parkings facilement dans la rue même lors d'un gros week end comme le mien!
