It is a typical Aeolian house just renovated in a central position a few meters from the square of Marina Corta. The renovation has retained the ancient flavor of the typical island houses, spread over two floors; the first living room with kitchenette in concrete and resin and induction hob, double bedroom with whitewashed ceiling and bathroom with shower, on the upper floor the second double bedroom with beautiful frescoed antique Sicilian ceiling and a second bathroom, The location of the home is unique for those who want to stay in the country. ... a few steps away we are in the piazzetta of Marina Corta
ideal for having breakfast with a coffee granita in one of its outdoor bars and then take a boat to be taken to any beach on the island or to visit one of the other seven islands of the Aeolian Islands!

Un logement idyllique avec un emplacement parfait
Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans le logement de Nicoletta. Tout à été au top, ce séjour restera gravé dans notre mémoire. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter les îles éoliennes et en faire son camp de base. Juste à côté de Marina Corte et à 10 minutes du port principal. Petit plus, la petite placette pour que les enfants puissent s'amuser et rencontrer des amis pour jouer ensemble. Le logement est bien équipé, les.chambres sont très grandes, on s'est senti vraiment bien. Je recommande sans problème, on peut profiter de.Lipari en étant très bien situé avec un logement typique. Nicoletta est en plus très reactive.

Casetta nel centro di Lipari
La casetta è molto graziosa e curata nei particolari. Si trova a pochi passi da Marina Corta ed essendo al centro di Lipari, avrete bar, ristoranti e tanti negozietti a portata di mano. Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno.

Séjour à la casa Eoliana
Très bien placé pour se promener dans Lipari et les îles Eoliennes. Beaucoup d’informations de la propriétaire par mail ou whatsapp, récupération de la clé avec un code sans problème. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à la casa Eoliana.

Charming house very close to Marina Corta
Grazie mille to Nicoletta for our pleasant stay at Lipari. We spent wonderful days in this charming little ancient eolian house at Lipari. The house is located only a few steps away from the historical harbour Marina Corta with many shops, bars, restaurants etc in the direct neighbourhood. The kitchen is well-equipped and thanks to the local pescheria we were able to cook great fish dishes. The facilities are functional and the whole athmosphere in the house is kind and pleasant. Great ceiling fresco in the upper room. In october 2020, we experienced a very calm and fewly visited Lipari.

Logement très agréable et bien placé
Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans la maison de Nicoletta qui est décorée avec gout. La Marina Corta est à 2 pas et les environs ne manquent pas de bons restaurants. En face, il y a l'incontournable Enopaninoeca Gilbert e Vera où vous trouverez toutes sortes de très bons paninis. Les chambres sont belles et grandes. Le salon est plus petit, mais en ouvrant la porte on a une belle vue sur la rue. La rue est passante (principalement des piétons) mais cela ne nous a toutefois pas gêné en avril. Nous n'avons pas eu froid du tout dans la maison à cette période. Les échanges avec Nicoletta ont toujours été sympathiques. Elle a eu à coeur de nous donner satisfaction. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter

Spacious appartment in the center of lipari
Very nice and spacious appartment in the center of lipari (marina corte). Many bars, restaurants, shops and excursion booking offices are around the corner. Boat excursions to other eolian islands departs 1 minute walking away. See people strolling below from the balcony. Unfortunately due to the size not possible to view this sitting on a chair. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 kids (2&3 years).
