Schönes kleines Häuschen

Wir haben die Woche in Dinard sehr genossen. Die Lage ist super zentral. Das Häuschen ist eine versteckte Perle. Sehr schön eingerichtet und dekoriert. Jedoch fehlt es im Häuschen an Stauraum. Alle Möbel im Wohnzimmer sind bereits mit Gegenständen gefüllt. Die Sauberkeit war auch nicht ideal. Unter dem Bett lagen riesige Staubansammlungen.

Entspannung am Meer

Die Ferien in Dinard im Ferienhaus von Isabelle waren wieder wunderbar! Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Ruhig und nahe des Zentrums von Dinard. Ausflüge waren schön in die Umgebung und mit der Fähre für einen Tag nach Jersey. Wir kommen gern wieder

Très bien en tous points !

Super semaine passée dans cette charmante maison. Nous nous y sommes tout de suite sentis bien. Tout est conforme aux photos et à la description. Le logement est très bien situé dans Dinard. A noter que l'escalier est un peu raide et qu'il faut faire attention avec des enfants en bas âge mais nous recommandons cependant cette location à 100%

Séjour automnal très calme et ressourçant

Logement très agréable, très bien situé pour découvrir à pied tout le littoral de Dinard. L'accès à Saint Malo par les bateaux est très pratique. Très facile aussi de se ravitailler en dehors des grandes surfaces. Tout était parfait pour profiter de la saison automnale avec moins de monde mais quand même de la vie.

Sehr schönes Häuschen in perfekter Lage

Wir nutzten das Haus sls Workation Station. Dennoch kam das Gefühl von Urlaub direkt mit Betreten des kleinen Gartens auf. Alles da was man benötigt, Internet okay. Wir können das gemütliche Haus nur empfehlen!

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Garten in zentraler und ruhiger Lage. Alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus hat allen Komfort. Wunderbare Ferien mit super Sommerwetter. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Niedliche Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte unkompliziert per Schlüsselbox, so dass eine genaue Ankunftszeit nicht vonnöten war. An Inventar ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht: Grill, Waschmaschine, Fön, Fernseher mit DVD Player, W-Lan, Kindergitter an der Teppe etc. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief super per Mail bzw. SMS. Fußläufig ist es nicht weit zum Strand und zu allem, was man sonst so braucht. Einzig ein fehlender Stellplatz für das Auto ließ uns des öfteren einen Parkplatz suchen, der sich jedoch immer recht schnell (auch bei viel Betrieb) finden ließ. Alles in allem: Klein, aber fein!

Petite maison très agréable.

Petite maison très agréable avec un petit jardin que les enfants (8 et 4 ans) se sont vite appropriés. Près des commerces, de la plage de Saint Enogat et du centre ville de Dinard. Super semaine ensoleillée. Accueil très sympa et installation rapide avec tout la confort. Ne pas hésiter.

La maison est restaurée avec goût,agréable, fonctionnelle pour une famille avec des enfants. Son grand atout: sa situation idéale, à 2 minutes à pied d'une petite place qui concentre boulangerie, boucherie, pharmacie, bureau de presse, épicerie, banque... A 10 minutes à pied d'une des plages et du centre avec halles, boutiques, restaurants... Pas besoin de voiture pendant tout le séjour, quelle aubaine!

Off season retreat

We visited Dinard in November to explore the wild coast of Bretagne and found comfort from the rugged weather in this very private cottage. Tucked into a narrow cobbled street in the historic Saint Enogat district, we walked 10 minutes to town center for morning coffee and just 5 minutes in the opposite direction to the neighborhood center for boucherie, épicerie, or restaurants. The property was squeaky clean when we arrived. Though the building is ancien, the interior decor is tastefully modern. The heating system was good, which is not always the case with older stone buildings with high ceilings. Despite some negative comments on the wi-fi, we found it more than adequate for streaming movies. We would give wi-fi an A grade and we think this is no small matter when traveling! On the whole, we were very happy with the property. On just two points we would caution:1) The stairs to the upper bedroom level are very steep. This could be an issue for the very young or the very old. 2) The kitchen has a microwave oven and cooktop, but does not have a proper oven and broiler unit. If you are a gourmet cook, this might be limiting.

Heerlijk rustig, privé en toch vlak bij het centum

Leuke woning, mooi aangekleed. Prima uitgeruste keuken. goed voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Voor 4 volwassenen wel erg klein. De decoratie is helemaal in stijl, maar het is teveel. Er blijft geen ruimte over voor je eigen spulletjes. Minpunt is de badkamer, klein en geen enkele ruimte om je kleding op te hangen, zelfs geen haakje in de muur. De stoelen bij de eettafel zien er leuk uit, maar hebben geen enkel zitcomfort. Tuin is heerlijk privé. Eigenaresse is erg vriendelijk.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem, was man braucht und in toller Lage.

Im Juni 2017 haben wir zwei Wochen mit unserer zweijährigen Tochter in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Einrichtung und Details wurden sehr geschmackvoll, zum Teil im Beach House Stil, ausgewählt. Alles Notwendige und einiges darüber hinaus war vorhanden. Auch die Lage in Dinard ist prima. Fußläufig zu zwei sehr schönen Stränden, Restaurants und Geschäften, dabei sehr ruhig in wenig befahrener Einbahnstraße gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus unseren Freunden empfehlen. Vielen Dank, Daniela und Niklas aus Düsseldorf

Petit bijou

Adorable maison, petit bijou dans laquelle nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis bien. Pas une faute de goût au niveau de la décoration, tout est fait pour que les hôtes ne manquent de rien. Le quartier est calme, près de la plage de St-Enogat (à pied). De petits commerces sont également accessibles à quelques 2 min. à pied également. Si nous revenons dans la région il est clair que nous y reposerons nos valises. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur sourire, leur discrétion et leur confiance. Isabelle et Laurent (Les Suisses)

Excellent holiday hideaway

Had a lovely stay at this Property, the Owner Isabelle is very helpful, and the property is well laid out and has a fantastic private front garden and a lovely secluded read decked patio area. the Kitchen is well appointed and there are plenty of cups plates etc. Plenty of hot water from the shower and both upstairs bedrooms are comfortable. 7 minute walk to main Dinard beach and just 3 minute walk to St Endgate beach , which i think is better, and there are two patisserie/bakeries plus a couple of restaurants especially Le Maregraphe which does great galettes and a great steak Pave. If you need a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle its ideal. The only minor issues were the wifi was a bit slow and the TV channels are only in french, so satellite or freeview in english - But they are only minor issues - Great place to stay

Idyllique...

La maison d'Isabelle est une petite demeure pleine de charme et de chaleur,décorée avec beaucoup de goût, dans laquelle on se sent d'emblée comme chez soi. Nous avons été accueillis avec convivialité, et Isabelle et son époux sont restés tout à fait disponibles pour rendre notre séjour agréable. L'atmosphère qui règne dans ce petit cocon, ses lumières et ses senteurs, le rendent attachant et lui donnent des airs d'une maison que des proches nous auraient confié pour les vacances... Elle est merveilleusement bien équipée et dispose de tout le confort nécessaire. La literie est de parfaite qualité et d'un confort absolu.Ses deux terrasses lui confèrent douceur et lumière. Elle est idéalement située, entre les plages et le centre ville, permettant ainsi de se passer de voiture pour savourer le quotidien des vacances tout en étant parfaitement au calme. Cette adresse rare et précieuse nous a permis de découvrir Dinard, sublime et chaleureuse, ainsi que la Bretagne, dont nous sommes tombés sous le charme incontesté. Nous avons passé des vacances merveilleuses, sous le soleil, et cette petite maison y a largement contribué! Elle sera indéniablement notre port d'attache si nous étions amener à revenir...
