About this property

Very nice duplex apartment tastefully renovated in early 2015 with three terraces, two with magnificent views of the sea and the famous Sant Bartomeu de Sitges church, 50m from the beach.

Immediate proximity to shops, restaurants, promenade and numerous beaches.

Air conditioning in all rooms, central heating for winter. WIFI, television, a bluetooth column speaker.

The apartment was completely renovated in early 2015, triple glazed windows, electric blinds. The kitchen has all the equipment, oven combined with microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (take your capsules ...), toaster, fridge, freezer.

The two bedrooms each have a double bed and a private shower room with sink, heating, electric towel dryer and hairdryer. The large bedroom also has its own WC. A second WC is independent. Each bedroom has access to its terrace, the large bedroom terrace located to the east has an area of 13m2. It has 2 sun loungers and a comfortable seating area for an aperitif, reading or having a good time.

The terrace of the second bedroom to the west is the smallest and has the washing machine and dryer. It allows you to appreciate the setting sun.

The 2 bay windows of the living room open onto another terrace is where it is pleasant to eat. It has a table that can seat 6 guests.

A 140cm wide sofa bed can accommodate two additional people.

By car: by the C-32 highway 30 minutes from Barcelona and 45 minutes from Tarragona.

By plane: Barcelona El Prat Airport is 20 minutes by car, 30 minutes by bus or 30 minutes by train.

Amazing apartment - amazing host

We had an amazing time in Sitges. The location of the apartment is perfect and the communication with Christophe and Horacio was always excellent. We forgot some things in the apartment after we left, but the issue was solved within a day. Everyone was super kind and most supportive. The apartment itself is very clean, modern and has all amenities. The highlight of course are the terraces, especially the ones with sea view. We’ll definitely visit again.

Wow! Nous avons eu de magnifiques vacances en grande partie parce que cet appartement est encore mieux que sur les photos avec ses beaux balcons.Il est vraiment bien situé. À deux pas de la mer, rue très tranquille, ville beaucoup plus tranquille que Barcelone, des restos partout et des marchés tout près. L'hôte est très courtois et, sincèrement, c'est un coup de coeur. We loved the neighbourhood only a few steps from the beach and the center! The apartment is in the 3e Floor without An elevator but it is a good exercise! Cynthia responsies in a few minutes when I contacten her. We had a great time.

Home from home

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Tolle Ausstattung und sehr sauber. Sehr gut mitten im Ort gelegen. Das einzige was fehlt ist ein Aufzug in den dritten Stock.

Everything you could possibly need

Great! impressive, clean, bright, modern property. Everything you could need. Including beach towels, beach umbrellas, kitchen utensils, etc etc. There are about 50 or 60 steps / stairs to access the apartment but it’s worth the climb up if you don’t have any mobility issues. The beach is almost outside the front door and the bars / clubs are also a stones throw so it’s perfect stumbling distance if you like that sort of thing. Had a really amazing week. Thanks.

Amazing Unforgettable Spanish Vacation

My patent, a friend, and myself stayed here for our first 4 night in Spain, and could have asked for a better place to stay! Location was amazing, the beaches were absolutely amazing and close, the local shops and restaurants were amazing, the gay scene was absolutely amazing and we made many new friends, and we found it so easy to orient ourselves with Sitges based on the location of our VRBO location. There was a slight hiccup with the water pressure in the showers the first day, but the property manager, Cynthia, and property owner, Chris resolved the issue very quickly and effectively! We couldn’t thank you enough for allowing us to make life long memories! I highly recommend this property!! Thank you!!!!

Schöne Wohnung in der Altstadt von Sitges

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen in der lebendigen Altstadt von Sitges. Man hat drei Balkons, zwei davon sind sehr nett. Leider gab es einige Probleme mit der Heizung, da wir im März da waren, wäre es wichtig, da sie funktioniert.

Fantastic apartment. It is right in the centre of Sitges close to the beach . Once in the apartment it is quiet. Bed very comfortable . Susana met us on arrival and was very helpful during our stay. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and will definitely stay there again.

Absolutely superb !!

Wonderful central duplex apt in the heart of the old town. This place literally has everything and is finished to a very high spec. It is short of nothing. The balcony’s are fantastic size for eating and chilling with a gorgeous view of the sea. Although an attic feel and not huge the utilisation of the space means it’s feels bigger. Coffee machine, comfy beds and fantastic wet room style showers! This place certainly contributed to a very special week in wonderful Sitges. Susana as host was just adorable. Nothing too much trouble and she feels like a friend by the end of your stay. Highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat 💗

Another Amazing Stay in this Incredible Spot!!!

This was our second visit to this amazing apartment, and it was just as spectacular as last time! Christophe's place is absolutely stunning. Absolutely every detail is incredible. Two levels, with three terraces! Both beds are so comfortable, amazing living space, and kitchen. Fantastic to have AC andWifi. From the very first contact, Christophe is polite, kind, responsive and helpful. You could not ask for a better host!! Susanna who greets you is absolutely lovely and sweet. perfekter Kurzurlaub

Wir haben die Wohnung für einen Kurzurlaub gebucht und sind begeistert. Die Lage, der Schnitt, die Ausstattung, alles hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die freundliche Dame vor Ort, Susana, ermöglichte uns eine stressfreie Anreise und auch die Abreise klappte reibungslos. Hier wird dem Gast bestmöglicher Service geboten. Wir überlegen nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen. Einzig ein Kinderbett und einen Hochstuhl sucht man vergebens.
