Situated on an oversized lot abutting the Davis Canal and just a two-minute stroll (425 feet) to the beach, Changes in L’Attitude is a prime location for both relaxation and adventures on the water. Front and back decks, as well as a screened porch and an additional screened area under the house, offer serene spaces to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. The large fenced back yard is perfect for a cookout and lawn games. Changes in L’Attitude is around the corner from the 9th Place Scenic Walkway which hosts a dock to drop your fishing line, canoe or kayak. In the morning, guests in the king and queen bedrooms can step out the sliding doors onto the back deck to relax on the rocking chairs with their coffee while planning a day of fun in the sun. Two dogs per reservation are allowed, so the whole family is welcome.

Changes in L’Attitude features an open floor plan living space, three Roku TVs, wireless internet, a desk for remote work, enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, charcoal grill, beach toys and beach chairs. The Ocean Crest Fishing Pier and Island Way restaurant are a 10-minute walk. Don't forget to bring your boat, there is room for it in the driveway.

One bed in the second bedroom needs to be replaced. My 9yo slept in it and it swayed and squeaked a lot. Fantastic location and very short walk to beach or nature trail.

Lovely

My husband and our dog enjoyed this house. Everything was comfortable - especially the king bed! - and we enjoyed having a screen porch. The front deck has a gate at the top of the steps so that was good for our dog. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes - you can see it from the deck. Would stay here again.

Great location, great property!

Better than expected, it is close to beach access which is more important with the beach renouishment and new dune construction. Unit was clean and well equipped. Would consider it for future vacations.

Great Getaway Location

Property is a great location. A new deck and stairs helped the curb appeal. Interior was generally clean except for dishes, cups, and silverware. I believe this was perhaps due to aged dishwasher. Which, was fairly typical for interior finishes, appliances, and cabinetry. Everything worked but would have made stay better (quieter) with updated interior appliances and finishes. Location to beach was fantastic and layout of house was functional and worked well. I would recommend bringing a comfortable beach chair if you'll be spending time on beach. The 3 provided were the opposite of comfortable. Overall, we liked the location and were generally there only at night and used house as home base.

Wonderful location, very comfortable house

My daughter and I had a great time staying at this sweet home. It is well-appointed and the check-in and out process was easy. The house was clean and comfortable for stay. We would definitely recommend this house to friends.

Nice well maintained property

We stayed here for Thanksgiving and loved it. The place had several upgrades and was comfortable. A short, easy walk to the beach. Would gladly stay there again.
