It was my daughter, myself and a friend. We loved the house but thought OIA could have prepped the house better before our arrival. The house smelled musty and was full of gnats. The ice maker didn't work and the washer and dryer were on their last legs.

Don’t waste your money!
Smelled musky as soon as we walked in, dishwasher full of dishes, kitchen smelled like fish and just overall nasty! Appears as if no attention given in years… beds uncomfortable, all the closets had linens and junk just thrown in. Rugs were visibly dirty… roaches and ants all week. I was in tears after checking in and spent over 3 hours attempting to sanitize - I wouldn’t even go barefoot in the house all week. Kitchen drawers and cabinets were very disorganized and all of kitchen supplies looked like yard sale “junk”- rather than washing everything in the kitchen, we used disposable utensils, cups, and bowls. Couch cushions felt dirty and someone else’s shirt and dirty socks were in the couch cushions. I have NEVER been so uncomfortable and disgusted while on a vacation !
The online pictures look lovely. The furniture was okay but almost every cushion had holes that the stuffing was falling out of. The toilet was leaking all over the floor. The floor, walls, cabinets behind furniture was not just dirty but crusty dirty with lots of spider webs and built up crude and dust meaning it had not been cleaned well in a long time. Every cabinet and drawer was overstuffed with unusable stuff, to many things that were just junking up the very small amount of space that really needed to be able to be maximized for a comfortable stay. The A/C unit I believe is remotely controlled by the property management because it just went off constantly. I would set it at 72 and it would be cool and run well for a small amount of time then I would see that it had been remotely controlled up to 76. A maintenance man had to be sent to not fix the toilet but he did fix the stopped up kitchen sink that had left over trash in the garbage disposal stopping it up before our arrival. The windows don't work, the screens are ripped out on the few windows you could open and the entire house reeks of mold.

Great location, but that's all
This place had a great location, but everything else for our stay was a disaster. The oven/stove didn't work, and the grill didn't even have a propane tank. After some back and forth, the owner agreed to replace the oven/stove, but this didn't happen while we were there. A propane tank was also brought to us, but only after a 24 hour wait. This meant that we had no way to cook any of the food that we purchased for our week. I definitely wouldn't stay here in the future.
Simply a very nice home for the 11 of us. Which included 7 adults and 4 children 9-12 We were all very comfortable without feeling like we were on top of each other and the 2 minute walk to the beach made it perfect. The property was missing a couple of items that we needed and management was right on it to take care of the problem. Would recommend this to anyone who wanted a nice home that was comfortable and we enjoyed the amenities. Made memories that we will have forever
Family really enjoyed the home, we would have given it 5 stars but fleas in living room rug and couches. Otherwise a great place. Frosty's is best ice cream on island with neat shops nearby.
This property is in the perfect location and the house was fantastic. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Had all the basics we needed for a fun relaxing week.
We were thankful for the prompt attention that we received when calling for assistance. The AC went out due to a storm on our last night there and we received some window units within the hour after we called for help. The front screened in porch was wonderful! The hot/cold shower was so convenient. We really enjoyed using the bicycles that came with our rental!
