Relax in a beautiful studio guest house. French doors open onto a lovely California garden and large refreshing pool. Enjoy your morning coffee in a private yard full of hummingbirds, fruit trees, and native plants. A swim and a glass of wine at the end of the day will whet your appetite for incredible restaurants choices all close by and convenient.

Inside the studio you will find a new queen size bed with memory foam mattress, a sitting area with Smart tv, wireless internet access, a kitchenette outfitted with fridge, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, glasses, electric kettle, coffee maker. Peaceful beauty

Debbie’s guesthouse was the perfect sanctuary for my time in LA. The space is exactly as advertised, warmly decorated, comfortable, clean, quiet, within a beautiful yard and neighborhood. The bed is very comfortable and there’s everything you could need for your stay. Debbie was a wonderful host, helpful and generous. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Owner was very nice. Living space was clean and comfortable. No oven or range, but had hot plate, electric wok, and toaster oven. Pool wasn't ready to use, needs service. Perhaps because the weather had just turned nice, wasn't time.

Quiet and peaceful

I will be staying here again. Five blocks away from my grandsons made it a perfect spot. I walked to their school, grocery store, library, and church. My grandsons especially enjoyed the pool, even though it was too cold to fully jump in – – they liked fooling around at the edge.

The property was so beautiful and comfortable in a wonderful and convenient neighborhood! I was so comfortable and the place was roomy yet cozy. It was very clean, organized and well stocked. The host was very kind and so responsive!!

Awesome spot!

This is a great little spot if you need something more cozy and personal than a hotel but not quite so much a house. My kiddo and I celebrated his 9th birthday at Universal studios and this was just right for us to come home to at the end of the day! Was a little hectic at check in since it was my first time not utilizing a self lock box check in but we figured it out and had a great stay! Thanks again Debbie and Benn!

Wonderful place to stay

Debbie was a kind and thoughtful host and her dog Moose is a sweetheart. The guest house was terrific - perfect size, comfy bed, walk in closet, amazing shower and the kitchen had everything we needed. Really comfortable and clean accommodation. The pool is lovely - I only wish we had had time for more than one swim. The neighbourhood is quiet and it’s a great location. Thanks Debbie - I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Los Angeles and I’m looking forward to coming back!

3 of us stayed there, the couch was big enough and comfortable for my teen daughter. The pool was amazing, poolside morning coffee watching the lizards was heavenly. Debbie was great with lots of good tips. Safe area close to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay there again. Friendly Doodle on site who will give snuggles if requested.

Super schöner Aufenthalt in einer kleinen Oase in L.A.

Debbie ist eine sehr liebenswürdige und aufmerksame Gastgeberin, mit der man auch mal ein nettes Gespräch führen kann. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft. Der Pool ist traumhaft, sehr sauber, groß genug zum Schwimmen und rund um die Uhr nach Belieben zugänglich. Wir finden es sehr empfehlenswert.

Owner was pleasant and reachable. Property does not contain the spa tub it advertised. Really hoped to enjoy that! Owner didn't know that was advertised. Some mold on the bathroom floor. Overall, sufficient, but not ranked in our top third.

Perfect LA getaway!!

We were in town for work and wanted to extend our stay to explore LA without breaking the bank. This beautiful property was a win in every respect! Debbie was such a friendly host and made sure we had everything we needed. The pool was a perfect spot to enjoy the afternoon sunshine, and we loved being within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery. Easy to hop onto the highway to explore other areas too. Thank you Debbie for sharing this lovely spot - it made our weekend!

Great place

This rental is a studio apartment. Has comfortable accommodations and very clean. You can cook in the kitchen. We did not. Great shower. Loved sitting out by the pool even though it was too cool for us to try it. Great location. Quiet neighborhood yet close to restaurants, shopping. The rental , location and friendly landlord met all of our needs. Debbie is a wonderful landlord. We’ll definitely rent again if it’s available. Thanks Debbie. Hope to see you again.
