We are a couple from Florida who decided to explore living in another country. We found Medellin to be ideal for us. We love to travel and explore which is why our apartment is available. We are excited to share our fantastic apartment and location with your family.

We have spent the past decade traveling and looking for the ideal location for our second home and we finally found it in Medellin Colombia. Specifically El Poblado, Medellin Colombia.

The location is so close to Parque LLeras, Parque Presidenta and Provenza.
The building is typically pretty quiet as it doesn't allow for anything shorter than a month at a time rental. So, this is not a party building. It is full of families from Colombia. It also has 24 hour gated security.
We refurbished the apartment in late 2015-2016 so, it is fresh, open, modern and comfortable.

What makes this property unique
The weather is considered Eternal Spring and that is one of the reasons we fell in love with Medellin. Our apartment is on the 16th floor and we get a cross-breeze in our living room when the window/sliders are open. Another reason is that the people of Medellin are the friendliest that we have encountered in our travels. The local food is great and the variety of restaurants and cuisine in our neighborhood is amazing. There are hundreds of restaurants with in a 10 minute stroll of our home. Transportation is inexpensive, so no need to rent a car. The views from our home are wonderful. Enjoy the sunset and an evening cocktail from our balcony. There are plenty of things to do in and around our neighborhood both day and night. Come stay & Enjoy!!
