Unbelievable view!
My husband and 3 friends stayed here for the first week of July. We were almost 2 hours late arriving to the apartment because of a delayed flight and a long line at the rental car agency but Eric (property manager) was there patiently waiting for us. He even hooked us up with some baguettes and prosciutto from the restaurant down stairs even though it (and every other restaurant in town) was closed.
The view from the balcony is even better than the pictures. The apartment was very clean and came fully stocked with plenty of dishes, a few rolls of toilette paper and paper towels.
The town of Propriano was the perfect size to stay in. It had all the amenities that one would need while on vacation: grocery stores, pharmacies, souvenir shops, and many fabulous restaurants. All of these are also within walking distance of the apartment.
If I had to say one negative thing about the apartment it would be about the kitchen appliances. Even though there were operating instructions for them we had a hard time getting the oven and the cooktop to work properly. My husband is a chef and was looking forward to cooking with some local ingredients but the cooktop would over heat and turn off if all the eyes were on at the same time. If only one or two were on it worked fine, though. And who besides my husband wants to spend their vacation cooking;)? There were plenty of great restaurants to make up for it anyway.
All in all, the apartment was great and I would still be there if I could.
