Completely remodeled and spacious home with open floor plan and high end kitchen. Five bedrooms all with queen size beds and three with en suite bathrooms, 4 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Great flow for entertaining inside and large covered front and rear porch areas for outdoor fun. In ground pool is open from April to September with hot tub also available. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to downtown Louisville where you can enjoy many attractions such as The Louisville Slugger Museum, The Big Four Pedestrian Bridge, The Frazier Historical Arms Museum, The KY Science Center, Actors Theater, The Kentucky Center for the Arts, and countless bourbon distilleries. The house is about a 15 minute drive to Churchill Downs, with easy access to numerous restaurants and bars.

Perfect Derby weekend visit. Backyard and pool area great for hanging out. Plenty of space for 4 couples. Owner always responsive and quick to provide information about the Louisville area.

Wedding Weekend in Louisville

Excellent home beautifully decorated and very comfortable for 10 people. Plenty os space, great back yard and pool. California young adults experienced fire flies like children. Just a fun fun experience.

Amazing pool, great location, responsive host!

My family and I had a great time at this property! There were 12 of us ranging in age from 1 1/2 to 72! Pool and backyard deck were amazing. Kids especially loved the treehouse with slide. The location is also great - quiet neighborhood but close to all Louisville has to offer. Would stay here again.

Amazing Kentucky Home!

This home and property was perfect for our 4 day family vacation! The living space and sleeping accommodations were beautifully and comfortably furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparation. The front and back yard had enough space for playing wiffle ball, badminton, kick ball, frizbee, and the kids enjoyed the 2 swings. The patio/deck area was wonderful for grilling, eating, and relaxing. The pool and hot tub was awesome and where the kids wanted to spend most of their time! The home owner, Jason, was extremely accommodating and maintained great communication with us both prior to and during our stay. Our family would like to thank his family for sharing their beautiful home with us!

Louisville family reunion

We gathered from as far away as California with siblings, nieces, nephews, grands to visit with our local matriarch, age 99! Despite the rainy 80 degrees, we enjoyed the amazing backyard covered deck with gentle lighting and comfy chairs and swing, to eat, toast, and visit for 5 nights. The kids enjoyed the pool, tree house and slide! The inside of the house was lovely, well maintained with plenty of room. It was so helpful to have so many bathrooms with plenty of towels. We all enjoy cooking, and the kitchen provided all we needed to create our family dinners. Jason was prompt in answering any questions, concerns with helpful information. He was flexible and accommodating during our stay. We have already been plotting the 100 birthday party, and look forward to possibly staying in this lovely home again!
