Family room has QUEEN SIZE PULL OUT MATTRESS SLEEPER SOFA(this is high quality pull out mattress), FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, dinning table with 3 sitting chairs.
Hotel-like treatment:
- Clean, soft and comfortable bed sheets, pillows, duvets, blankets. All mattresses covered with high quality mattress pads.
- 3 sizes of towels and hair dryer, iron and iron board.
- Fully-equipped kitchen: refrigerator, range stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, one cup k-cup/drip coffee maker, etc.
- Living room equipped with Smart TV .
- Premium speed Wifi
-central air and heat for entire apt.
-Coin laundry room for your connivence.
This is ground floor unit but it does has 3 steps at front door entrance. There is not stairs inside.
It is a pedestrian friendly area with sidewalk at our neighborhood. There is not assigned parking, we provide one free parking space for vrbo guest at apt. off street parking lot at back of the building by the wooden fence. Please do not use the parking spaces next to the driveway entrance during business hours 8am-6pm and do not block the driveway.

Nice and cute

I only stayed the night here but everything was so clean and cute. The check in process and check out we’re perfect. A little hard to find and had a strong air freshener smell even after I unplugged it but I would come back if I needed to stay in the area again.

Very clean and nicely furnished.

The apt. was very clean. It had everything we needed. The parking area is definitely on a steep incline. Just took a little getting used to. Overall I would stay there again.
