Perfect Spot

This place was the best for a quick girls’ weekend. It was easily accessible, clean, the bed was comfortable, and whatever they did to the towels was great! They were so soft. The only thing I would note is the bathroom door is a barn door, and that doesn’t leave much privacy in the way of sound if that’s something you’d be worried about. Overall excellent and would 100% book again.

Perfectly located modern apartment

We had a great time staying in this apartment - everything was as described, location was perfect, and there was no street noise to note even with us being on the square. Will absolutely stay here again during our future Paso trips!

The apartment was very stylish - perfect size and layout for a long weekend. Very well appointed and comfortable. The view from the double height window was beautiful! Parking was close - food and drink was abundant! We will definitely stay again on our next trip.

Terrific getaway!

Location can’t be beat! Such a lovely place to stay with a great patio to enjoy coffee in the morning and wine in the afternoon. House well outfitted with all the necessities to make anyone’s stay enjoyable! I didn’t want to leave!

Wonderful stay in Paso Robles

My husband I stayed here for a long weekend and we loved it! The unit is right downtown and walking distance to everything, it was perfect. Only downside is the parking, as you have to pay to park everyday if you have a lot of luggage and want to park super close. Other than that slight downside, everything was 10/10. We will be back!

Hands down perfect place to stay in Paso

My husband and I had to stay in Paso for a wedding and stayed another night to enjoy the city. The moment we got out of the elevator and then stepped into our room, we new we were going to have such a great time. The first impression was more than we had hoped for. The space was the perfect size, not too big, definitely not too small. I loved the distance between the bed and the front door. Loved enjoying the balcony in the mornings and evenings. Wasn’t too loud, was nice and cool and so very clean. I loved all the added details, such as the choice between brewed coffee or keurig, providing more than enough of both types of fresh coffee and half/half in the fridge. They had all the right amenities, including very yummy smelling shower soaps. We most definitely will be enjoying this exact room again in the near future.

It was a bonus to have a washer and dryer available. Only two issues: When we arrived the codes provided to enter the property did not work. We called the number provided and were given new codes immediately. Last issue, the previous guests trash was still under the kitchen. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Perfect spot downtown at the park

This spot surpassed our expectations. It was perfectly appointed to meet our needs (well equipped kitchen, bath and main unit, generous closet) and filled with useful and tasteful convenience items. The little balcony overlooking the park was very pleasant. Although the restaurant below was lively, noise was not an issue for us (and sound shielding devices were provided for those who might feel the need). The convenience to downtown eateries, gift shops, galleries, local markets and services was wonderful. Parking is on the street - a downtown daytime payment system offers 2 free hours per day - which worked out just fine for us (the max cost would be $16 per day, if you kept your car parked all day). The unit was clean, very well organized, and artistically consistent and tasteful. The security entrances, elevator and stairway worked well. The in-room check in/out and information screen made things easy. We would definitely stay here again, and would encourage our friends / family to do so as well !

Cozy in a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed on multiple occasions at the Park-side suites with balcony and the location is everything. So close to bars, restaurants and tasting rooms. We love sitting on the balcony in the evenings with a glass of wine. This time we stayed in room suite 203 and its cozy and very well furnished. Couple complaints are that this suite is much louder than 201. In the early morning you can hear people in 204 walking around and it sounds like they are right above you even though they are next door. The floor looks clean but is very dirty and this was a complaint of mine in room 201 and lastly, the only blanket on the bed was a very stiff quilt. I would prefer a comforter with a duvet cover that is easily washed. I feel like this quilt is not washed very often. I do love the location and convenience of everything so these things are not deal breakers and I would definitely stay again.
