Great Getaway Pool and Beach

Unpack and relax in this comfortable nonsmoking 5 Bedroom 2 1/2 bath single family home with private in-ground beautiful swimming pool. Home is located in a quiet upscale neighborhood. Rentals are for single families and their guests not to exceed 13 people. Lessee must be at least 25 years of age and be staying on site.
Cannot be rented to a group of individuals or a corporate entity.
First floor master king bed/bath. Fully equipped kitchen includes rectangular hardwood table with 6 chairs, flat screen TV's throughout, ceiling fans, gas grill, patio table with chairs and umbrella for poolside dining. Rinse the sand off using outside shower before jumping in the maintenance-free pool. Plenty of seating options for all by the pool. Second floor has 2 queen bedrooms, 1 king bedroom, 1 large bedroom with 2 Queens and 1 twin. Very quiet neighborhood, approx 2.8 mile drive to the beach. Approx 3 mile drive to Funland Amusements on the boardwalk. Tangers Outlets close by with in minutes. Enjoy the beach, bay or Delaware State parks. Lots of trendy Restaurants to choose from. Great boardwalk for kids to enjoy rides and games. Summer rentals are Sunday to Saturday.

Bed linens and bath towels are included for your stay.
Unheated Pool typically closes around September 15 and will reopen around May 15.

Guests will receive lock box code for entry to property from owner within the week of rental.

No Lifeguard on Duty, Please Swim at your own risk. Occupant has read the rental agreement. Agrees and accepts agreement upon making a request.

Family Vacation

Love this property. It is perfect for a family. Great neighborhood and so close to everything and yet so private. Owners are great and always respond quickly to any request. House and outside area are maintained beautifully. Would definitely rent again

Best Vacation Spot EVER !!

This was our 1st time using VRBO and we selected the PERFECT property as it had everything we need for everyone in our group. We had 11 people -from the Grandparents to the kids. The Pool was the BEST... the house was clean and enough space for everyone. I would love to book here again next year !!

Kids had a great time

Kids loved the pool, and the drive to the boardwalk was pretty short. Also played mini golf and had dinner out. The house was comfortable so that after a busy day everyone could just chill. We loved eating at the green turtle in Lewis. We make it a point to eat there every year. Great week.

Perfect place with private pool

Loved staying at this property. It’s located in a very quite neighborhood and the pool was the biggest plus. Getting to swim and go to the beach can’t beat it.

Fabulous Vacation

This house was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable. Sal and Wendy are always accessible and extremely pleasant to deal with. Due to Covid 19 we elected not to venture out this year. No one missed the beach, boardwalk or restaurants. Having the beautiful pool and outdoor grill is a big plus. Felt like we were at a resort. Thank you Sal and Wendy for sharing your home.

Wonderful getaway!

The property is very accommodating and the neighborhood is beautiful! We enjoyed laying poolside and long walks around the neighborhood. We hope to go back and stay again soon. Also, communication with the owner was great (she is super sweet) and securing the property and check-in couldn't have been easier!

We stayed a long weekend in October 2018. House is in top rate condition. We had no issues at all and everything is just as advertised in the photos and writeups. Having linens included was a great benefit. Even though the pool was closed for the season, I could see that being a great plus when in season. Owners are very responsive on any questions. Thanks to them for sharing their home.

Place was spacious, contained all we needed, including linens (a big plus!), kitchen supplies and more. Space was nice for a group of people, where folks could gather in different areas. Though it rained almost all weekend, we snuck in a few quick dips in the pool. Owners were very responsive to our questions. Accessing the house was efficient and easy.
