Magnificent unobstructed view in this beautiful new house 100 meters sea, for 2 to 8 people, you will find all the comfort you are looking for, 100 meters from the sandy beach with a beautiful view that Saint Vaast la Hougue, its bars, restaurants, pizzeria, butcher, bakery, grocery store, biscuit factory with tea room ... Quinéville is a charming village where you will spend pleasant holidays. Our animal friends are welcome at the gite Le Moulin. You can take them for long walks on a 10 km sandy beach just 100 meters walk from the house. The house is located a few km from Saint Vaast La Hougue favorite village of the French 2019.
The house has a very nice terrace with magnificent open view where you can admire superb sunsets. Notice to photography lovers ...
The grounds and the courtyard are perfectly enclosed for safe animals. The yard can contain up to 4 cars.
In a modern decoration, you will benefit from four bedrooms, one on the ground floor with its private bathroom. the other 3 are upstairs with a bathroom. 2 separate toilets (one upstairs).

Quinéville is a village ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the landing beaches of UTAH BEACH and Sainte Mère Église. You will be able to see many museums dedicated to D-DAY You will also find excellent restaurants in which you will taste the local specialties (seafood, fish) but also excellent meats and local cheeses.

Very nice base for D-day exploring

Very nice and convenient house, places at the edge of Utah Beach. Small but very interesting D-Day museum only 300 meters away.

Clean, modern, convenient for Normandy history

A tidy modern house in a quiet village, overlooking a wild area with birds, owls, mammals and reeds. Enough services in the village such as boulangerie, bar and charcuterie to keep you going. 2 mins to a lovely beach with miles of walking. Would recommend if you are looking to explore the area.

Great house for a friends and family stay

This house was ideal for us. The location next to the beach and the enclosed garden were great for bringing our dog. Lovely clean modern house with good amenities and equipment. Lots of D Day stuff nearby as the beach is the furthest part of Utah beach of the Normandy landings. Found excellent food here too everywhere we ate. We had 3 weeks here too - found plenty to do even at Easter.

November in der Normandie

Für November hatten wir erstaunlich schönes Wetter, überwiegend trocken. Das Haus ist sauber. Es liegt nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt (eine Straße überqueren und dann noch ein paar Meter). Der Garten ist eingezäunt. Wir waren vor ein paar Jahren schon mal in diesem Haus. Es hat uns damals genau so gut gefallen, wie dieses Mal

Die Nähe zum Strand und das komplett eingezäunte Gelände waren für uns mit den Hunden ausschlaggebend für die Auswahl des Hauses und des Ortes. Die Umgebung ist himmlich und die Leute freundlich. Immer gerne wieder.

Hat uns gut gefallen

Wir haben die Zeit in der Gegend sehr genossen. Für unseren Hund war das Haus mit eingezäuntem Garten großartig. Die Aussicht auf der Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Und die Ruhe auch. Zum Strand konnte man schnell laufen und dort auch spazieren gehen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief völlig unkompliziert. Leider hatten die Bäckerei und der Metzger Betriebsferien. Die Biscuiterie ist wirklich großartig. Wir haben die ganze Gegend abgefahren und viel über die Historie gelernt. Die Menschen sind überall sehr freundlich.

Schönes Haus mit Garten, gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Alles mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Hervorragend geeignet für lange Spaziergänge am Strand was wir auch ausgiebig genießen konnten.

perfect stay in Normandy

Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Empfang. Yves ist ein toller Vermieter, der seine Gäste wamherzig empfängt und dafür sorgt, dass man sich in der Normandie sofort wohl fühlt. Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen in der Nähe des Strandes von Quinéville und auch ein toller Startpunkt für schöne Tagesausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Very friendly and uncomplicated welcome. Yves is a great landlord who welcomes his guests warmly and makes sure that you immediately feel at home in Normandy. The house is perfectly located near the beach of Quinéville and also a great starting point for nice day trips in the area. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. We would love to come back.

Tolle Lage und ein schöner Garten

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns in diesem Haus in Quineville sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strand war nur 100 Meter Luftlinie entfernt und in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss erreicht. Auch der interessante und wunderschöne Utah Beach war mit dem Auto nur 10 min entfernt. Unsere Hunde konnten sich auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück frei bewegen und Yves war ein sehr freundlicher und entspannter Gastgeber. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und bietet reichlich Platz. Es ist allerdings ein wenig hellhörig.

We hebben het super fijn gehad in Quinéville. Een heel leuk dorpje aan de kust! Van daaruit verschillende musea’s bezocht en prachtige wandelingen in de omgeving gemaakt. Het huis is lekker ruim en heeft een heerlijke tuin!

Sejour 1 semaine en famille avec chien

Merveilleux séjour, location très propre et bien équipée,très bien située,une vue magnifique de la terrasse sur la campagne et petit village ,très calme,très proche de la plage, une région très enrichissante par son histoire. Un propriétaire très agréable et disponible pour tous les renseignements et ne pas oublier la personne qui nous accueille qui est très sympathique,merci pour tout . Nous sommes enchantés.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir wurden am Anreisetag persönlich empfangen und Yves hat uns alles bestens erklärt. Toller Garten mit wunderschönem Ausblick von der Terrasse. Checkout hat ebenfalls sehr gut funktioniert. Wir hatten eine angenehme Woche und können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. rust en dicht bij zee

Prettige ontvangst door de heer Pernaudet. Rustige omgeving, dichtbij zee met prachtig uitzicht vanuit de huiskamer op de weilanden en kerk van Quinéville. Fijne grote tafel met 8 stoelen bij de prima keuken. Garage van binnenuit te bereiken, handig voor dakkoffer en groenten enz te zetten. De 2-persoonsbedden voor grote mensen wat klein en de badkamer beneden heel klein, verder ok. De 2 zitbanken waren voor 2 personen prima(met verlengd stuk voor de benen), het andere stuk was ingezakt. Wel veel kussens! Omgeving leuk om te wandelen (en fietsen). Tochtjes naar oa St Vaast-la-Hougue, Barfleur, Cherbourg en vogelreservaat domaine de Beauguillot.
