About this property

RUSTIC TREEHOUSE HOUSE CLOSE TO SEATTLE, WA

Unique home in a tranquil arboretum setting, a fun and cozy house with lots of inviting spaces, dramatic outlook to wooded ravine where birds and wildlife find sanctuary. Vaulted ceilings, skylights, and large windows bring the outdoors inside. loft office perched just above the master bedroom. Great location, 5 minutes to the beach, great hikes, rainforest-like walking trails and Juanita village. St. Michelle Winery/concert venue. 20 minutes to Down town Seattle 10 to Kirkland
This house is one of the kind. I also can provide kayaking and hiking tours.

My place is close to nightlife and parks. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the neighborhood, the outdoors space, and the light. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

clean and comfortable

we went for a sporting event, 20 min drive to closest light rail station, easy to get to and plenty of parking (uber is also an option). 20 min train ride to get to the stadium. jamshid was very responsive in providing any details we inquired about. his place is clean and comfortable, set in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. thanks again!

Wonderful quirky home

This is an unusual and interesting home on a wonderful natural site. It is obvious the owner lives here, since there are many pictures and personal effects throughout (which is a bit different than some rentals). The owner was excellent about responding to questions promptly and was most accommodating. The rooms were comfortable, on multiple different levels, with essentially three bedrooms served by two full baths (neither en-suite). The kitchen is well equipped and functional. HVAC and wi-fi were excellent. Overall, a good option, unless you are looking for bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The setting and architecture of the home are both interesting and unusual.
