BRITTANY HOUSE BY THE SEA MORBIHAN

This holiday home in Morbihan in Brittany literally has its feet in the water; at high tide and as you lounge on the balcony, you will be ABOVE the water.
On the ground floor, this house is composed of a kitchen open to the dining room and the living room of 37 m² illuminated by two large bay windows facing south with a wide view of the sea. One bedroom with a large 15 m² bed and two single beds, one of which is a bunk. Sanitary and shower.
Upstairs, a 12 m² bedroom with a double bed and the sea view, facing south. A small 8 m² TV lounge with a sofa bed and access to the 40 m² terrace where the garden furniture awaits you.
You will have the choice between a stroll by the sea or the practice of nautical activities for you or your children right in front of the house. The south orientation of the house will make you enjoy magnificent sunrises and sunsets until the late season.

Parfait pour découvrir les environs

Très pratique, dans un petit village calme mais vivant, avec bcp de choses à découvrir aux alentours. Nous avons passé un très agreable séjour avec nos enfants ! Merci.

Merveilleux séjour

L'annonce est conforme à la réalité, c'est meme mieux en vrai ! Le logement est moderne, propre, fonctionnel et est très bien positionné. La vue est bien évidemment superbe ! Le séjour est relaxant. Allez y les yeux fermés.

Haus und Lage super, Ausstattung kl. Mängel

Das Haus und die Lage sind wirklich toll. Die Möblierung des Hauses ist auch geschmackvoll und hochwertig. An so ein paar Kleinigkeitenkönnte etwas nachgebessert werden. Es gibt zum Beispiel keine tiefen Teller für Suppe oder Ähnliches. in den Pfannen war es unmöglich etwas zuzubereiten ohne es anbrennen zu lassem. Ich habe eine beschichtete Pfanne im Lidl gekauft und dagelassen.Und es gibt nur 2 Töpfe. Diese sind aber sehr groß. Ich war alleine dort und es war fast unmöglich darin für eine Person Nudeln oder Couscous zu kochen. Die Dachterrasse ist toll und auch die Außensteckdose sehr hilfreich. So konnte ich meinen Elektrogrill dort benutzen. Ansonsten war ich da ein bißchen von der leiblosen Möblierung enttäuscht. Ein Tisch mit den günstigsten Kunststoffstapelstühlen ohne Sitzauflagen. Ich war sehr froh, das ich mir meinen eigenen Campingstuhl mitgebracht hatte und auch noch einen kleinen Tisch, auf den ich meinen Grill stellen konnte.Aber da es in der Bretagne fast immer windig ist, wäre ein vernünftiger Ständer für den Sonnenschirm am Wichtigsten. Aber insgesamt waren es Kleinigkeiten, die man teilweise schon vorher in den Bewertungen lesen konnte und sich darauf einstellen. Insgesamt habe ich dort 2 Woche wirklich tollen Urlaub verbracht. Man hat von dort aus sehr viele Möglichkeiten Ausflüge zu unternehmen und viele Ziele sind auch mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen

Sensationelle Lage

Bei diesem Objekt steht die Lage und die traumhafte Aussicht im Vordergrund. Wie im Inserat beschrieben. Näher am Meer ist nur ein Boot. Die Terrasse ist groß. Das Bad ist klein und da es nur eine Toilette gibt, passt das Haus meiner Meinung nach eher für max 4 Personen. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus war ein Plus. Boulangerie und Restaurants, sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt und weitere Geschäfte alle fußläufig gut erreichbar, Leclerc und Intermarché in wenigen Autominuten. Schade das man bei Mieten der Bettwäsche die Betten selbst beziehen muss. Aber alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

C'est une maison très agréable, avec une vue magnifique. Les chambres sont spacieuses, tout est pratique avec beaucoup de rangements. De plus elle est très bien située, à proximité de tout. Le calme et le dépaysement étaient au rendez-vous!

Même si les conditions météo n'étaient pas au top, le séjour avec notre petite fille était vraiment superbe. nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir à l'occasion. En tout cas nous le recommandons fortement à qui souhaite trouver un logement de qualité.

Séjour idyllique « Les pieds dans l’eau »

La maison est super, accueillante, confortable, spacieuse et la vue est sublime de l’intérieur comme des terrasses. La communication avec M. Le Borgne est fluide ainsi qu’avec l’équipe de la conciergerie. Allez-y les yeux fermés… ou plutôt grand ouverts !!!

Insolite..

Maison sur la mer où vous pouvez assister aux marée en direct.. Super endroit avec restaurants tout proche.. Petit centre ville à proximité où vous trouverez l essentiel. Nous avons bien décompressés dans cette charmante maison aux matériaux soignés. Navette bateau dispo pour Lorient.. Ile de groix.. Tout était merveilleux!!!! Nous étions très triste de partir... Merci Mr LE BORGNE pour votre gentillesse et mention spéciale aux charmants sourires de nos hôtesses....

Vue incroyable que l'on soit dans la cuisine, la salle ou de la chambre au premier étage. Location conforme a l annonce. Maison spacieuse, tout confort, literie au top. Site idéal pour passer un séjour au calme face à la mer. Je recommande à 100%.
