the farmhouse, while apparent stone is spacious, very bright in a quiet area, consists of a large plot of 4000m2 garden with lawn, swimming pool 5x10 with stairs and depth to water activities.

The interior consists of a kitchen opening onto the terrace with vine pergola, 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, a mezzanine with sofa bed.

Ideal for a family, group of friends, retired from rejuvenate but also to visit the area and are discovering many activities. (Eg canoeing in the Ardeche, Randonné Mont Ventoux, Roman Theatre (Orange), the Mediterranean at 1:30, Haribo Museum (Uzès), the Crocodile Farm 25 minutes.

In summer you can enjoy all the activities surrounding villages, while rejuvenating yourself in an ideal setting

The weekly price includes all utilities (including internet) but also: the maintenance of the pool and garden made by the owner at least once a week.

Magnifique maison

La maison est située en face des vignes, très calme, sans vis-à-vis. Elle est grande, très bien équipée et propre. A noter qu'une des chambres ne possède pas de fenêtre. La piscine et le jardin sont superbes. La propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible. A recommander sans hésiter !
