Waterscape 1 bedroom with bunks walkout unit -on the beach-

Waterscape condominiums has a wonderful coastline view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier. Imagine one of the area's most luxurious beachfront condominiums with every amenity desired, plus three beautiful blue swimming pools, waterfall and a lazy river. This handicapped accessible walk-out unit has a king size bed, bunk area with TV's, stainless steel appliances, sofa bed, beach chairs, WIFI and Netflix. Kids will just walk to the pool and from there to the beach.

Upper Courtyard pool and two large hot tubs are heated and open during colder months.

We do not offer any military or other discounts. Applicable last minute specials are already built-in to the daily rates. -You pay full amount to confirm your reservation. Please check applicable cancellation policy below-

We do a credit card authorization of $300 as a security/damage deposit, one day before check-in, but never charge your credit card. We automatically release this authorization hold 3 days after check-out. -This item may be stated as "deposit paid at the property" in the quote-

The unit has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. There are additional fees for 5th and 6th guest so please make sure you enter the correct guest count at the reservation. We provide guest poll wristbands for the party size in the unit.

We are in the "B" area overlooking to the courtyard.

We offer discounted (Snow Bird) long term stays during Dec-Jan-Feb at this property.

If you reached us through vrbo/homeaway/expedia you will have to book through that channel as we do not accept direct bookings when approached through those channels. For repeat guests we may provide our vacationsatdestin site.

PETS are not allowed per the HOA (no matter how small).

Cleaning and linen fees are included in our pricing either under "Resort Fee". The longer you stay, the less rent you pay per night since the Resort fee is averaged over your stay.

There is no road to pass, we are directly on the beach. Since you directly go to the unit with your assigned door code, there is no deadline for checking in. You may check-in any time after 4 PM of the check-in day, just like you would at your own vacation home.

Our similar other unit's VRBO listing numbers are given at the end of this description. You may check those if your dates do not show availability.

Our check-in is at 4 pm. Check-out is at 10 am. .

We do not offer beach service, however we provide quality beach chairs and umbrella in the unit that you may use at the beach. You may also rent beach chairs from beach vendor if you so wish.

Bunk beds are custom made and we have placed very comfortable memory foam mattress to sofa and bunk beds.

Two adult size beach chairs, and a beach umbrella are stored in the condo and available for the use of our guests

Please note that Waterscape Resort has a heated pool and two large hot tubs open throughout the year. However other pools and waterfalls may be under maintenance during off season (November-February)

The condominium's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. The fully-stocked kitchen includes all dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware needed for your eat-in dining adventures.

We offer a combination Keurig and Regular coffee brewing machine as seen in the listing pictures. Please bring coffee and filters.

All mattresses are upgraded and are very comfortable. Even the sofa bed has a 5 inch memory foam cool gel mattress.

We provide pack n'play for your little one.

You will have access to the Resorts many amenities and of course to our beautiful Walkout condo. Kids walk out to the pool that is within couple steps.

I am only a phone call away if you would need me. I usually get back in an hour, if not right away when a guest phones.

There is no check-in or check-out at the lobby. You simply go to the condo, enter the door code and make yourself at home.

If you arrive early, feel free to enter into the resort and enjoy the beach. However we do not allow early check-in's to the unit especially during high season since the unit is mostly booked back to back and we need extra time to prepare the condo

The waterpark within the Resort is unique and one if its kind. You and your family will make memories that will last. Our condo is very clean and in the best location of Waterscape Resort. You are close to parking, close to the pools and close to the beach!

A car is not necessary but recommended.

Just walk out of the balcony to the pool or go towards the elevators (to South) and turn left to reach the pool area. If you go to floor 1, you may go to downstairs pools and to the beach.
