Contact with owner very slow. Late in getting details to enter. Caretaker very helpful in getting us in the condo. Beds comfortable. Our stay was for one month which required cleaning, vacuum barely adequate, no means to wash the floors. Kitchen knives as stated in other reviews require sharpening. Otherwise kitchen was well equipped.

The apartment is as advertised, spacious, in a perfect location and extremely well equipped. It would be helpful if there were dish cloths and T-towels included. Also, refuse bags and information on how to dispose of rubbish and bottles. As older ladies we felt perfectly safe.

tres beau appart propre bonne literie cuisine bien aménagèe bien équipée calme sauf aux heures de recreation de l ecole voisine mais bon il suffit d adapter ses horaires et un + le parqing souterrain tres bien situer dans le centre de menton 2 fois que l on le loue salutations

Appartement très bien situé qui permet de profiter du centre ville et du bord de mer. Plus besoin de prendre la voiture, c'est l'idéal! Très bon accueil également, la personne qui s'occupe de l'appartement est à l'écoute, ponctuelle et disponible.

Nous vous conseillons cet appartement. Décoration, emplacement et fonctionnalité au top et que dire de la literie dont nous avons pris la référence. Le garage est un faire plus. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Wir wurden ausgesprochen freundlich willkommen geheißen, der Kontakt war professionell und angenehm, die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Besonders angenehm war das parken in der Tiefgarage und das absolute Highlight ist die tolle Lage.

Logement super equipé

Le logement est très bien situé, très proche des rues commerçantes et surtout très bien équipé ! On ne manque de rien. La literie dans les chambres est super ! Lors de notre arrivée j’ai trouvé le sol légèrement sale, mais je pense que c’est dû à l’aspirateur présent dans le logement qui est plutôt fait pour un ménage d’appoint. Le logement n’est pas très lumineux du fait qu’il soit au premier étage avec un immeuble juste en face, mais ce n’est pas gênant quand on a prévu de passer la journée dehors ! Arrivée et départ flexibles pour notre part, top ! Le gros point noir c’est l’option linge de lit et de toilette, on y pense pas forcément étant donné que sur Airbnb c’est obligatoire, mais pas sur Abritel, et le coût de 50€ par chambre me semble élevé. Nous étions 6, il nous aurait donc fallu rajouter 150€ pour le linge si nous n’avions pas ramené le notre …

Bel appartement très bien situé au centre de Menton

Très bon emplacement au centre de Menton, bel appartement, très bien équipé, avec parking ,accueil gérant bienveillant et efficace. Un seul bémol: il faut apporter ses draps et housses de couette; cela ne semble pas, sauf erreur, être indiqué clairement sur l'annonce. Par ailleurs, l'immeuble est contigu à une école qui produit en journée une nuisance sonore, mais on s'en accommode...

Tolle Lage in Menton

Die Ferienwohnung liegt großartig. 100m zum Supermarkt, 200m zum Bäcker, 300m zum Strand, nahe an der Füßgängerzone/Einkaufstraße. Zusätzlich zum Duschbad gibt es eine separate Toilette mit Waschbecken. Die Wohnung hat einen großzügigen Küchen- und Wohnbereich. Im Küchenbereich vielfältig ausgestattet, wobei hier an mancher Stelle weniger mehr wäre (wenn z.B. von den alten, verbogenen Töpfen und Pfannen einige überhaupt für das Ceranfeld taugen würden). Seife, Toilettenpapier, etc. war nicht einmal für den 1. Tag vorhanden. Bettwäsche kostet extra. Achtung: wer selbst Bettwäsche mitbringt, braucht Bezüge für 2x2m! Eine Klimaanlage ist nur im Wohn-/Küchenbereich vorhanden. Da diese jedoch nicht so ausgelegt ist, dass es in den Schlafräumen auch nur annähernd kühl (erträglich) wird, haben wir uns gar nicht oder nur mit den Bettbezügen zugedeckt. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Eine Grundreinigung für diese Wohnung wäre dringend angeraten! (Keksreste in den Schubladen und unter dem Bett, Dreck in den Ecken, Staub, Krümel auf und unter den Sofas, dreckiges Wachbecken, altes Fett in der Fritteuse, dreckiger Backofen, und so weiter) In der Küche gab es genügend Schrankraum für Lebensmittel, etc. In dem größeren Zimmer gab es genug Schrankraum. In dem 2., kleinen, Zimmer sind die Schränke vollgestopft sind mit Decken, Kissen, Kinderstühlen, so dass man hier eigentlich nicht von vorhandenem Schrankraum sprechen kann.
