We rent a beautiful new apartment, facing south, with a garden in a chalet located in a quiet location on the heights of Briançon, facing the Prorel with a view of the mountains.
To recall the mountain atmosphere, a gondola fitted out with a small table will allow you to spend convivial moments + at your disposal a ski room and a boot dryer to warm up every morning.

Séjour d’hiver à Briancon

Superbe semaine à Briancon avec ski à Nevache le matin. L’appartement est bien situé, belle vue sur les montagnes et jardin au top pour les enfants avec sa fameuse télécabine qui plaît tant. Nous avons passé un séjour reposant, ressourçant, c’est très appréciable d’avoir de l’espace et du calme.Merci

Séjour merveilleux

Nous avons été accueillis avec un sapin de Noël décoré et des lits délicieusement faits. Les lits sont vraiment très bien. Cuisine très bien équipée. Les enfants ont apprécié le charmant jardin. Vraiment recommandé !

Beaucoup de générosité pour cette location où tout est fait pour que l’on se sente comme 1 la maison. Environnement superbe, le nez dans la montagne, Il serait cependant peut-etre nécessaire de signaler l’escalier d’accès très raide qui ne convient pas forcement à tout le monde.

Un havre de paix

Location très agréable tout confort bien équipée, idéalement située au calme et proche de toutes commodités. Le plus: un petit chemin en sous bois qui mène directement au Parc de la Schappe!

Location très agréable dans une région fantastique !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement vraiment bien conçu et accueillant pour notre petite famille (2 enfants). Très bien exposé et ouvert sur une grande terrasse il permet de profiter au maximum du climat et de la vue sur les massifs environnants. Calme et frais nous y avons très bien dormi ! Le centre ville est accessible à pied par de beaux sentiers dans la nature débouchant au parc de la Schappe, au prix de quelques efforts à la remontée. Joëlle a su nous orienter vers des randonnées adaptées à nos envies et nous l'en remercions. Qu'il a été difficile de boucler les valises pour repartir !

Superbes vacances!

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances chez Joëlle. L'emplacement de la location est idéal, la propriétaire très sympathique et disponible, la maison est très bien équipée. Le jardin est trop petit pour que les enfants puissent réellement y jouer mais les environs proposent tellement de possibilités que cela est vite pallié ! A recommander!

Il soggiorno presso questo appartamento è stato gradevole. Il riscaldamento ha funzionato bene, il bagno con box doccia molto apprezzato, stanze da letto calde e con letti in ottimo stato. Un comodo spazio in corridoio per stendere e depositare i propri bagagli ed un salotto ampio con cucina abitabile attrezzata di tutto quel che serve per vivere una settimana bianca in tranquillità. All'esterno uno spazio al sole per godersi il panorama con tavolo e sedie da giardino e 2 sdraio con le quali riposare al sole. Parcheggio OK, villaggio e vicinato discreto e luogo tranquillo. A 10 minuti da qualsiasi supermercato e servizio del centro città. A 20 minuti circa da qualsiasi impianto di risalita del comprensorio in auto. Ritorneremo!

Very nice place and people.

A beautiful, clean and modern apartment. Nice little garden with a great view, accomodation for ski's and boots. Top wifi connection and very helpful hosts. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Great place with stunning views

A newly built ground floor part of a larger house in a location above town. Albeit city centre is a bit far to walk, it's only a 5 minute drive and the scenery from the place more than makes up for this. The house is new and fully equipped, which is very convenient for buying your own food and cooking. The terrace is fantastic with a superb view of the valley and serre chevalier across.

Great place to stay in Briancon

My husband and I spent a week in this very nice apartment in the hills above Briancon. It has been tastefully decorated and furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our hosts, Joelle and Didier, could not have been more welcoming, and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. We would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation, and will hopefully visit again one day.

excellent séjour dans cet appartement refait a neuf, très propre, très confortable, totalement équipé et tout a fait conforme à la description. son petit éloignement par rapport a briançon est très relatif: serre che n'est qu'a 10 mn, et sa localisation permet de bénéficier d'un calme extraordinaire, ainsi que des levers de soleil sur le Prorel... préparez vos appareils photo!! merci à Joëlle et Didier pour leur accueil.
