Very nice 2 br apartment. Clean & comfortable. Only complaint is that I requested a 1st floor unit because of mobility issues, but this VRBO is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Very nice

Very nice place. nice people that will work with you. If you have a problem, they’ll solve it and in the area very close to Atlanta, and very close to other places that you can visit too. like the falls and train tours either way 20 to 30 minutes away. And a lot of good places to eat in the area to.

Lovely condo

We were in town for Christmas to visit Dad in an assisted living home. Very nice condo that was pet friendly. Well stocked and comfortable. We were a little confused checking in but that was because it was dark and we weren’t sure where the unit was.

Great place!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and the apartment was in a great, convenient location to the highway, shops and restaurants. The unit was perfect for our family, It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our family also enjoyed the pool! I would highly recommend this property!

Fantastic apartment

Great place

Nice apartment, clean and in a great location. We would stay again. My only other feedback would be there was no soap, shampoo, etc and we don’t always bring those with us because they are typically provided. And there was only one roll of toilet paper on each bathroom so we had to purchase more. But we still had a great stay.

Another fantastic stay!

Great location in a gated community

The rental was beautiful and the washer and dryer in the apartment was an added bonus! The outside swimming area with a gas grill was nice for a family dinner while we watched TV. The pictures did not do this place justice. Stunning!

Great Apartment! Would rent again.

Fantastic place! Very clean, Nice size. Comfortable beds. Kitchen has all the cookware supplies you need. AC worked great. Apartment complex was very nice. Great proximity to KSU, highway, and shopping. Would 100% rent again! We didn’t bring pets, but they allow them. Which is hard to find! So we appreciate that for next time. Heads up: minimal toiletry supplies provided - so bring shampoo, extra toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags etc.. Walmart Complex next door rundown but close for shopping. Unit is on the third floor - no elevator.

The property was very clean and the Mangement was extremely helpful. Apartment is on the third floor so there are a few stairs. The water pressure was a bit light, but you could still take an ok shower.

Ran into some check-in issues, VRBO related as far as I could tell. The property was very nice and had a very secure and comfortable feel. Probably needs some refreshing - walls are due for a new paint job. But, we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place!

We stayed here in order to be close to KSU and the stadium. The apartment is beautifully decorated, well-stocked with the necessities, and conveniently located. The beds were so comfy that we looked at the brand and type of mattresses to hopefully buy similar ones! We were sad it was too cold to use the beautiful pool but we used the fitness center and visited the clubhouse just to see it. Top notch! The only downfall I can think of was that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. There was an incredibly strong, chemical smell when we first got there. It did go away after a few hours. The bed pillows were awful!! We tried reaching out to management for over two days to remedy this and we were not able to get a response. The pillows in both rooms were incredibly flat and hard causing us neck and headaches. The unit was decorated nicely and it was very spacious. It was much better than staying in a hotel. Like other reviews mention, there are two flights of stairs to climb with you luggage. It’s on the top floor. The complex’s are situated behind a mall so even though the pictures on the listing look like you are out of town, you are not. There are a nice lining of tress to look at, but just on the other side is a mall. Press # after entering the gate code. Tap the pool card to open the pool gate, the key on the sponge bracelet does nothing, but taping the card will open the pool gate.

A breath of fresh air!

Our 16 year old son plays travel baseball each summer and we go from hotel to hotel. When booking our lodging in the spring I thought it might be refreshing to insert a VRBO with a full kitchen and more space and it paid off! This apartment home was very clean, modern and spacious with a great balcony and gorgeous view! The trails were great for a few runs, the gym was larger and more equipment than any hotel I have been to and the pool was FANTASTIC! We even grilled out one night with some of our families and watched a baseball game on the TV in the community space next to pool. Wish I could rent this type of space everywhere we traveled!
