Welcome to Beau Rivage! We purchased this home because we love Annecy and the beauty it provides. This building used to be called Hotel Beau Rivage and was converted to residential apartments/condos in the 1960 so there is a lot of history here. It is located on the edge of Lake Annecy between Annecy and Sevrier.
The condo is located on the 2nd floor facing the lake with 180 degree panoramic view of the mountain and lake. Additionally, there is a private beach access for you to enjoy!
Location, location, location with a view. This condo is located on the 2nd floor facing the lake with 130 square meters (1300 sq ft) remodeled while respecting the hotel original design. The bedrooms are facing the back of building towards the mountain providing fresh air and calmness during the night. Living, Dining and Kitchen faces the lake with 180 degrees of mountain and lake views.
You have access to the following:
1. Entire home minus a small closet,
2. A privage parking using the remote provided with the keys ($150 euros will be charged if the remote is lost)
3. Bike garage
4. Private lake/beach access with tables and chairs across the street
You can get to the old town of of Annecy by car (5 mins), bike (10 mins) or walk (20 mins). There is a bike and pedestrian paths that leads to Annecy where most of the spectacular views can be seen. There are many areas along the path where you can stop to enjoy the view, have a picnic or just take a rest. In the Summer, there are many areas/vendors along the lake where you can rent equipments to do water sports. In the Winter, a nearby ski resort, Semnoz, is just 20 mins away from the condo.

I was born in France in Annecy and spent all my childhood until university in this wonderful town. Annecy combines the beauty of its lake and mountains which is quite unique and exceptional in France. I got my master in Paris and moved to the USA with a french oil service company moving to Mexico, Alaska, Singapore and back to USA.
Why they chose this property
I never forgot my roots and have kept going back every year several times a year. It was natural for us to finally purchase a home for our family of 5. We actually discovered this property 15 years ago from a mutual friend and promised ourselves back then that we would purchase this place one day. When the opportunity present itself and the condo became available to purchase, we didn't hesitate. This place is so magical that we would love for you to see it and enjoy the view.
