Take a short stroll out onto miles of white sand beach just steps from your condo. Book a tee time and take on the 18 world-class holes of nearby Kiva Dunes public golf course, then grab a bite to eat at the Kiva Grill or the beachfront Sassy Bass Island Grill. Hop in the car and head east to hike the trails of Gulf State Park or cast a line or two from the Gulf State Park Pier, offering 2,500 feet of fishing space.

Older unit that needs attention.

This unit had a great view. But outdoor furniture was rusted and broken. Good appliances. Twin beds did not have a mattress only quilt and thin foam pad. When we enter the unit, the living room was piled full with patio furniture that had been brought in several days before due to storms. This made me question the care given to this unit.

Easy Access to the Beach

This particular place was literally right on the beach to where I could get the kids ready and walk down there and when we got done we walked back and they even have a place to wash the sand off before you get back to your room. It really was the best. Will definitely be staying again.

Great view, less crowds.

Wonderful location for this condo. Second floor view of the ocean and dunes. The resort complex has amenities and a restaurant. Nearby coffee, ice cream shops. It is a little way from the main strip, but you get quieter beaches and less traffic. The unit was clean and stocked with supplies (tp, pt, detergents..). The bed was comfortable.

Great view

Love sitting on the balcony you can see the beach and water from there. (Watch your step when going out the sliding doors it’s not flush with the floor, stumped my toes a few times) Really close to the boardwalk. Would recommend this spot.

The restroom was not flushing as it should, it kept running and they told me to turn the water off and they would come look at it but no one ever came or called or texted to come look at it, we made due with what we could

Great Location/Property is Old and Dirty

Location and complex are great. Unit is very old and dingy. Mattresses very uncomfortable and old. Mold on shower curtain. They are $2 to replace those plastic ones. Smoke detectors all started going off and no one could get to the unit. I finally gave up at 11 PM and took them out of the ceiling. Felt dirty and I didn’t want to walk on floors. View is absolutely amazing.

Location- perfect. View - perfect. Furniture - very uncomfortable and broken down. Bed - uncomfortable and broken down. No recliner or other chair to sit in. The pest control knock and came, I was asleep, felt very exposed.

Cozy waterfront condo

The view was great and the bed was pretty comfortable. There were not many pots/pans to cook on the stove, which was ok since the restaurant on site was open. However, if I hadn't been feeling lazy, that would have been bothersome. Definitely needs some updating and repairs. It was perfect for what we wanted (cheap, clean, and by the water). Kid did not like the tiny bunk in the hall, so we're glad the pull out couch was an option. Totally would stay in this unit again. Looking forward to coming back after the indoor pool is finished being repaired from hurricane Sally.

If cleanliness doesn’t matter to you, this is the condo for you.

You could tell the condo was made to appear clean, but wasn't at all. The floors needed to be swept and there was hair that wasn't ours in the bathroom. I understand this can be inevitable, but to drop something and pick it up covered in hair that wasn't ours and dirt was absolutely disgusting. There was also a strange smell that we couldn't locate until we took the trash bag out of the trash can and discovered what appeared to be a good bit of vomit in the bottom of the can. It was disgusting and smelled awful. We kept the trash can on the balcony the rest of our stay and just used a trash bag without a can. We will not be back to this particular condo.

Views great location great condo - ok

We loved the views and the amenities at the condo having the pools and such close by and we loved that it’s quiet and in a secluded area. We would stay again if a few things are fixed. This condo is more for smaller families and just couples. I would recommend that you include more cleaning supplies like a mop and broom as there was only a small vacuum that didn’t pick up everything on the tile floors. The bathroom vent doesn’t work which has allowed mold to grow in the vent and the toilet flushed properly after about every two flushes. There is also a gap under the front door that if you don’t block at night the bugs come in. The place appeared pretty clean when we got there it was just missing a top sheet on the bed. It was made with just the sheet. Called and they sent someone to give us the top sheet for the bed. There also was no hot pads in the kitchen. We had to use towels to pull our dishes out of the oven. Also just some odd half done repairs like drywall patches and a whole in the ceiling in the master bedroom where a light or ceiling fan used to be. Otherwise it was a great stay and I’d go back if a few things were repaired like we suggested. They have a great area so hopefully they will make the necessary changes to make this room better. The views and location is top notch!

Dirty room and safety issues

The kitchen tub and lien was all clean but the floors were so dirty you didn’t want to walk on them. Some over the outlets were broken and having my kids there it did not feel safe at all. I tried getting ahold of management and vacasa and they were no help because my son had locked the bathroom door with my phone and stuff inside the day we were checking out. Vacasa said they were getting someone there right away, no one came two hours later. Finally a local helped us because maintenance was off on Sunday’s. Despite vacasa assuring that they spoke with maintenance and they’d be there. The number provided to me on my reservation sent me to the vacasa in Portland or and of course they couldn’t help at the way from there.

Great Place with Great View

We were very pleased with our stay in this unit. It was very clean and everything was in working order. It is located on the second floor, but the stairs were not difficult to climb. The balcony overlooks the sand dunes and beach with a direct line of sight to the ocean. We will consider staying here again in the future. Additionally, the Vacasa team was easy to work with, and we had no issues with them.

Great family getaway!

We had such an amazing trip! The condo was a little on the small side, but fit our family of 5 comfortably (3 kids 12 and under). It was as described and very clean. The location can’t be beat! The direct beach view from the balcony and the close proximity to the boardwalk and two pools were awesome! It’s maybe a two minute walk and you’re on the beach! The pools weren’t too crowded. We will definitely be back!
