Rim Village Vista Condominium's are by far the nicest accommodations in Moab. This unit is beautifully furnished and fully equipped to meet your every need.

Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condominium has spectacular views of the Moab Rim and the La Sal Mountains. It is very comfortable, and stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy a rejuvenating stay in the beautiful red rock desert of Moab.

With a full kitchen, 2 car garage, and pool and hot tub just around the corner, it's far superior to staying in a hotel room. Rim Vista is located about 5.2 miles south of downtown Moab and close to a 18-hole golf course, Ken's Lake, the Slickrock trail, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks and other recreational trailhead's.

This unit is a two level condo and spacious at 1600 square feet. It sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. The large master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and large bathroom with two sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed for adult comfort and one additional twin bed. Entire unit sleeps 10 including fold out couch in the living room.

The outside patio is private, has a commercial gas grill and accommodates outdoor seating for 6. You can enter the unit directly from the garage. There are two bike racks in the garage to enable you to tune your bike. Four additional cars or two cars with trailers can be parked in the driveway. Additional trailer parking is close by.

Good house but parking is rough.

The home part was fine. It's pet friendly for sure which was awesome! But there was plenty of hair left on couch from previous renter. Inside and out. Beds were marginal on comfort but it served our needs. We had 2 long trailers which needed to be parked down the road. They said plenty of parking and 4 extra spots but that is for the whole complex. They were always full. Nice garage area though. Kitchen was adequate. Limited soaps, paper towels and trash bags, but being careful on use we made it all work. Fair price for what you get.

The townhouse itself was great with a large garage. The location was close to town, but not close enough to safely bike anywhere. It was about a 5 minute drive. There was only a small hot tub with a max of 8 people that usually had over 10 people in it. Both pools were closed despite us being told they would be open and heared

Easy access. My son and daughter-in-law ran in the Moab marathon and this was so easy. They had their 18 month old and it was just perfect. They had a booster chair and a pak and play crib. Great kitchen and other amenities. I’ll definitely stay here again. See you next year.

We ran out of garbags and paper towels there wasn't any extras. There was no dishwasher soap. The floors were dusty you could see the layer of dirty when you got to the top of the floor.We swept the floor and mopped it. The owner called me and said the neighbor was complaining because we parked in the way and we was parked in a parking spot in front of the neighbors place. I have photos of the neighbor double parking vehicles and the other neighbor parked his pick and trailer in across the garage and took up a lot of space. Condo is locate in the middle of two other condos so you get the noise from both sides.

The complex was beautiful and the grounds were well maintained. Very dog friendly. Condo was as pictured. Communication from property manager was excellent. I would only suggest ceiling fans in the bedrooms, more wash cloths and an ice cream scoop! Otherwise, it had everything we needed. Great location for visiting the NPs and for enjoying the Jeep trails. We rented from Cliffhanger. We hope to be back soon!

The house was perfect for 6 adults and 4 children. There are hardwood floors throughout which I’m sure helps to maintain cleanliness, but they are noisy and squeaky. If you have early risers or night owls, you will hear every step. The pool is a short walk with a locked gate for safety. Plenty of sidewalks for the kids to ride their scooters around! The kitchen had basic supplies but we had what we needed. The grill was also convenient for a night of burgers and hot dogs.

Jeep Group from Wyoming

We very much enjoyed staying at this property. It was easy to access had good parking to fit all five of our Jeeps around the condo. We had a group of 10 adults and there was plenty of room for us. We loved the fireplace to take the chill off in the evening. The 3rd bathroom was excellent (especially first thing in the morning) :-). Well stocked kitchen with dishes, appliances and an open pantry to store our food items in. Pet friendly! We had three dogs with us and they enjoyed the trip as much as we did. Thank you!

House was great but floors were filthy. Under the couch was dirty and master bath floors were not clean. Lovely home!! If we didn’t have a 11 month old we wouldn’t have cared so much regarding the floors

This property was perfect for our stay. Good location for visiting the national parks, as well as nearby hiking and off-road trails. Nice, well maintained, pet friendly neighborhood. Off-roading friends

Met up with a group a friends from all over the USA for a week of off roading. This place was perfect for a bunch of friends hanging out after a long day on the trail. Really impressed with the capacity of hot water for showers with a big group.

Owned by Mike and Penny McDill from the Glenwood Springs, Colorado area. We love to bike and hike and have an active family of bikers and hikers as well. A total of four adult children and their spouses and seven grand children all enjoy our place.

Why they chose this property

Because this property is personally owned and managed we take extra care to make sure it is well kept and comfortable. It is very close to trails and Moab. Because we are a biking family we have things like bike racks in the garage and hoses for washing mud off. The pool is super close and a great place to hang out after a ride or hike.
