Two-room apartment totally renovated, in an elegant building of 9 units.
Located in a very quiet and strategic area as it is close to the Terme di Virgilio, which can also be reached on foot in 8 minutes and close to the center of Colombare di Sirmione and the Lugana di Sirmione.
Stop a few meters from the BUS which also leads to the historic center of Sirmione.
1 reserved parking space in the internal courtyard.
Communal swimming pool open from late May / early June to late September.
The apartment, very bright, is on the ground floor with a large private furnished space where you can eat and sunbathe. The interior is composed of:

Wohlfühlen am Gardasee
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt am Gardasee. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, mit einer schönen privaten Terasse. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was benötigt wird. Der Pool ist auch sehr sauber und gut zum Schwimmen geeignet. In der Nähe befindet sich ein sehr gut sortierter Supermarkt und eine sehr gut Pizzeria. Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen um den Süden des Gardasees zu erkunden. Der Kontakt zu Annapaola war sehr gut, wir wurden mit Karten und Tipps rund um den Aufenthalt bestens versorgt. Annapaola war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Kleine süße Wohnung in der Nähe vom See
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr saubere Wohnung und nette Vermieter. 10 zu Fuß bis zum See. Terrasse mit Sichtschutz durch Hecken. Bushaltestelle 12 Minuten zu Fuß.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Ruhig gelegene, sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Zum See sind es nur wenige Minuten. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Tolle Unterkunft
Wir haben 2 Wochen Urlaub in der Wohnung gemacht. Es war sehr sauber und ruhig und es war alles da was man brauchte, auch das Auto hatte einen sicheren Parkplatz. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Auf der Terrasse konnte man sich sehr gut aufhalten. Der Gemeinschaftspool war auch sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Wohnung liegt nahe an Lugana. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit, gerne wieder.

Perfekter Urlaub!
Wir haben 9 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbracht. Es war alles perfekt und wir haben selten so eine saubere Wohnung erlebt. Die Lage ist ruhig und nahe der Lugana Weinfelder. Ein ganz besonderer Geheimtipp! Danke Annapaola und Michaela!

Grazioso bilocale accogliente e pulito
L'appartamento è una piccola bomboniera, pulito e ben arredato, sembra fresco di ristrutturazione, i proprietari sono persone gentili e premurose. Grazie alle grate alle finestre ed al clima ventilato, abbiamo potuto dormire in tranquillità (visto il pianterreno) con le finestre aperte, evitando l'uso del condizionatore, sgradito alla mia consorte. Zanzare pressoché assenti grazie alla disinfestazione. I servizi, pur non sotto casa, sono a poche centinaia di metri, come il lago. La piscina è pulita e ben tenuta, e neanche molto frequentata. Siamo stati molto bene e speriamo in futuro di poterci tornare.

Superb apartment and location, modern, clean, comfortable, well equipped and tastefully decorated
Upon arrival Paolo and Anna gave us a friendly warm welcome and showed us around the apartment and how things worked. We really enjoyed using the patio for breakfast and evening meals. The pool was perfect, clean and well presented with sunbeds available. The kitchen was compact but everything was there that we needed for our stay using the local supermarket which is a short walk away. The apartment was air conditioned which was bliss. Pablo, Anna and Michela were great hosts and responded quickly to any questions we had. Thank you for a great week we would definitely stay here again. Kathryn and Tony

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit schöner Terrasse und toller Ausstattung
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem Vorort von Sirmione. Sie ist gemütlich-modern eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Selten haben wir eine so gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung erlebt. Die überdachte Terrasse lädt zum entspannen ein und ist den ganzen Tag sonnig. Den Gardasee erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Gut zu erreichen sind auch Supermärkte für den täglichen Bedarf und in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Imbiss der sehr leckere Pizzen zubereitet. Die Lage ist perfekt um die südliche Region am Gardasee zu erkunden oder einen Abstecher nach Verona zu machen. Auch einen Ausflug ins schöne Hinterland zum Beispiel nach Valeggio sul Minico zum bummeln und Tortellini kosten sollte man einplanen. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und jederzeit ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort.

Excellent Stay - Would Recommend
Great central location for visiting the Lake. Apartment was spotlessly clean and well provisioned. Paolo, Annapaola and Michela were very friendly and helpful. We had a great 6 night stay and would recommend the apartment - it was good to have an outside area to sit and relax, it was also very close to the local supermarket and was walkable to historic Sirmione. Verona was 45 mins away by car and Venice was easily accessible by train from Peschiera Del Garda train station. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Klare Empfehlung!
Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und einem 12jährigen Kind zu Gast. Die Wohnung hat Stil, ist sehr gepflegt - auch der Pool, der von den anderen wenigen Mietern mitgenutzt wird. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert und kompetent - über Telefon und Whatsapp. Die Lage ist prima. Alles gut zu erreichen und weit genug vom Zentrum weg, sodass es nicht trubelig ist.

Traumwohnung am Gardasee
Wir waren Mitte September für 9 wunderschöne Tage in der Traumwohnung von Annapaola in der Villa Lucrezia in Lugana, einem Vorort von Sirmione. Die Wohnung ist genau so wie auf den Bildern und ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und wir hätten gar nichts für den "Haushalt" mitbringen müssen. Richtig klasse. Die Wohnung ist sauber und die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe wurden wir von der Tochter ganz herzlich empfangen und erhielten gleich die wichtigsten Infos (Supermarkt, Strand …). Nachdem die Wohnung in einem Wohngebiet liegt, ist es richtig ruhig. Die Altstadt von Sirmione ist bei Tag und Nacht ein Besuch wert. Entweder mit dem Auto auf dem Parkplatz vor den Toren von Simione parken oder in Columbare in den Bus einsteigen oder mit dem Fahrrad. Ein Fahrrad können wir empfehlen (Herzlichen Dank an Michela für das schnelle Besorgen der Fahrräder). Es gibt einen Parkplatz fürs Auto im Innenhof. Freizeitmöglichkeiten gibt es rund um den Gardasee jede Menge, die von Sirmione aus auch gut erreichbar sind: Die diversen Wochenmärkte in den umliegenden Orten (jeder Ort ist einen Besuch wert), den Sigurta Park mit dem malerischen Städtchen am Mincio ... Von uns gibt es glatte 5 Sterne und wir empfehlen die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter. Wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder. Superschöne Wohnung am Gardasee.
Ciao Annapaola e Paolo Wir waren zu Zweit in dieser schönen Wohnung in der Nähe von Sirmione und Desenzano. Von Anfang an haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Annapaola & Paolo haben uns sehr nett empfangen und alles herzlich und unkompliziert erklärt. Die Wohnung ist identisch mit den Bildern auf der Fewo-Seite. Sie ist perfekt eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe und Charme ( Annapaola ) dekoriert. Der Aussenbereich mit der grossen Terasse ist ideal ausgestattet. Der Pool ist schön gross und lässt erahnen, wie man sich in den warmen Sommermonaten verwöhnen lassen kann. Die ganze Gegend um den Lago di Garda ist ein Traum. Es gibt unzählige Gegenden die man besuchen kann. Wir möchten es unterlassen ins Detail zu gehen :-) Nochmals herzlichen an alle Christa & Roger

Great stay - 100% recommendation
Villa Lucrezia is a very nice and recommendable apartment. The lessors are really marvellous and we could ask them for help or insider leads at any time. Their flat is furnished with love, so after a few hours we felt at home. It is also useful to have the two bikes. We discovered Sirmione by bike and handled the traffic jam around the historic centre of Sirmione. The next supermarket is about five minutes by foot. We really enjoyed our holidays and are looking forward to come back again.

Un appartamento deliziosamente arredato a Sirmione
L'appartamento sembra una bomboniera... Tutto è perfetto e funzionale. Non manca nulla. Arredato in modo perfetto e tutto coordinato. Ho soggiornato in diversi appartamenti di vacanza ma non avevo mai trovato un appartamento così perfetto, pulito, preciso, completo. Complimenti alla signora Annapaola che lo ha arredato e grazie per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità. Ha un posto auto riservato interno alla palazzina. È' molto vicino alla Terme di Virgilio, noi andavamo a piedi. Vicinissimo c'è una pizzeria che fa delle pizze buonissime e vicino alle terme un supermercato. Una bella passeggiata sul lago pedonale e ciclabile è a 10 minuti di cammino. Consiglio a tutti questo appartamento.

Vacanze/soggiorno molto molto belle
Buongiorno Annapaola e Paolo, abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane nel vostro appartamento e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La posizione ottimale vicino alle Terme di Virgilio ci ha permesso di fare con comodità le inalazioni ed aerosol ai nostri due bambini sfruttando a pochi passi la pista ciclabile e le biciclette messe a disposizione. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort e la piscina esterna ci ha dato un po' di relax e svago a tutti noi. La fermata dell'autobus urbano a pochi passi e l'edicola, i supermercati a poche centinaia di metri dalle terme e i vari ristoranti/pizzerie/gelaterie nella vicinanze, rendono la zona di Colombare molto ben servita. Grazie anche alla vostra cortesia e disponibilità, abbiamo trascorso proprio delle bellissime vacanze e pensiamo sicuramente di ritornarci. A presto, Nicola, Laura, Alice e Giacomo

Une très bonne adresse !
Annapaola & Michela sont très attentionnées et donnent des conseils très utiles pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. L'appartement est joliment décoré et situé dans une rue calme et proche du Lac. Il est fonctionnel et de bon confort. La piscine est au top ! Le linge de maison est fourni et c'est vraiment un plus. la pizzeria du quartier fait les meilleures pizzas que nous ayons mangées ... Nous ne regrettons d'y être restés qu'une semaine et reviendrons sans hésiter car nous avons a-do-ré le lac de Garde ! Laurent, Nina & Sonia

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung in Sirmione ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und der dazugehörige Pool gefiel besonders unseren beiden Kindern. Annapaola und Michela sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Supermarkt und ein schöner Strand waren ganz in der Nähe. Am Strand konnten wir Liegen und Sonnenschirme mieten und so den Tag genießen. Der Ort Sirmione ist wunderschön und man kann abends nett bummeln und sehr schön essen gehen. Auch die umliegenden Orte sind sehr zu empfehlen. Der Urlaub war sehr erholsam und wir kommen gerne wieder!

gioillo di casa funzionale ed accogliente
Grazie di tutto cuore a Annapaola e Paolo per la gentile e cordiale ospitalita e anche per averci dato sotto un caldo infernale un passaggio alla stazione dei treni. Adorabile appartamento dove non mancava assolutamente nulla, pulitissimo a pochi passi dalle terme e della fermata del pulmino che portava al centro di Sirmione. Ci ritorneremo ben volentieri. Frühling am Gardasee
Sehr geschmackvolle kleine Wohnung, prima ausgestattet. (Auch die 3 Fahrräder) Bäckerei und Supermärkte in erreichbarer Nähe. Nahe am See aber auch guter Ausgangspunkt für Trips nach Venedig, Verona, Bologna etc.Nette Gastgeber. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Marcus /2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder

Très agréable appartement à proximité du lac
Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires Annapaola, Paolo et leur fille Michaela (merci à elle pour le français parfait). Situé dans un quartier résidentiel très calme mais aussi près des commerces et du bord du lac, l'appartement est très agréable, très bien équipé et superbement décoré. La présence d'un parking fermé est également très appréciable. Rien ne manque : - dans la salle de bain spacieuse, les serviettes sont de qualité et en grande quantité (il y a même des peignoirs) - dans la cuisine tout est fourni, les produits d'entretien mais aussi les compléments de base aux repas (sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre ...) ce qui est bien bienvenu pour un court séjour. Sur la grande terrasse bien exposée au sud, des vélos nous attendent pour parcourir les rives du lac et éviter ainsi les problèmes de stationnement à Sirmione, c'est un plus ! Encore merci pour ce séjour.
