Newly added central air and heat! Our two story condo is ideally situated within a short distance from Timberline, White Grass and Canaan Valley Resort. The charming towns of Davis and Thomas with great restaurants and brew pubs are just a few miles away. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail on the large deck with gorgeous park like views. The deck has seating for 6 and gas grill for your family cookout.

The open floor plan features everything you would need at your mountain get-away. Newly updated kitchen features granite countertops, and new stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Fiestaware dishes, plentiful silverware, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, blender and coffee maker. First floor half bath has a full size Fridgidaire washer and dryer set. The living room features a Vizio Smart TV with Dish service. On cool evenings, enjoy the wood burning fireplace with complimentary wood delivery. There is plenty of seating in the living room with a matching sofa and 2 comfy arm chairs.

The master bedroom features king bed and has a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo and double sink. The bedroom also includes a Hitachi TV with Dish TV. Bedroom # 2 is furnished with a queen bed, TV with Dish TV and has a small deck. Bedroom # 3 has 2 twin beds and TV with Dish TV.
There is a full bath on the second floor with a newly installed walk-in shower.

Complimentary wi-fi and end of stay housekeeping are included.

Deerfield Village has many family friendly amenities including tennis courts, picnic area, playground and a community pool. Enjoy a walk around "the circle"

Great place. 2nd time I have stayed in Deerfield Village. Very convenient location. 10 minutes to Timberline. Very quiet and peaceful. Love it there!

Perfect condo for our short but satisfying stay. Lower bathroom was not clean upon our arrival and the trash had not been taken out but that did not negatively impact our stay. Would not have any reservations about staying here again.

We had a very comfortable stay at the condo. The fireplace was a big bonus that we enjoyed. Perfect location to ski at the local ski resorts . I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Family Reunion

This was our second time staying at this condo. It has more than met our expectations each time. The host has always been very helpful and available for any questions or needs that we have had. This is our second time staying at this property, and we hope to make a return trip! It’s in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Canaan Valley BBQ, and a short drive to Timberline. The property was clean and cozy, with plenty of room for our family. It was easy to cook in the well-stocked kitchen. Great value and we plan to return soon!

My family and I stayed at this VRBO for a long weekend of skiing. Property was clean and well stocked with essential supplies. Property manager was attentive. Location was very convenient -- close to a BBQ restaurant, gas station, and two ski resorts. We would definitely stay again.

Great weekend getaway!

Our family had a wonderful ski weekend in no small part due to our selection of this property for our stay. The home is cozy, clean, well-stocked and in an awesome location just a short drive from both Canaan Valley and Timberline. Upon seeing such a wide selection of spices in the kitchen, I drove to the Shop N Save Express grocery in Davis and picked up some ribeyes for dinner which saved us some money and turned out great! The host was very gracious and flexible, working with us to switch our reservation date when something came up to throw a wrench in our original plans. Highly recommended!

Close to all the action

The property is located in a great place, near to all the stuff in Canaan Valley and a short drive to Davis. Since t was the off season, many things were closed, but we had a great time hiking around the area. There was an issue at the start with the wrong keys in the lock box and it was quickly corrected. Be aware that the unit does not have air conditioning, which is a can be stuffy in the middle of July heat.

Great getaway!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving - just wanting to get away and do something different. This was an excellent choice. The unit was very well maintained and very well appointed. We felt like guests in someone's home. Everything we could have needed was here for us to use including the firewood for the great fireplace. The neighbors we met were very friendly. The loop was a nice place for our daily walks. Davis has some unique shops and places to explore. All in all - this was just what we needed. If our plans bring us back to this area - we would stay here again!

Great Stay

Really enjoyed our stay - the entire property was as advertised, was extremely close to the ski slopes (less than 10 minutes away), close to Davis and was exactly what we needed. I will say that the only thing that turned us slightly off was the really large deposit required or needing to purchase separate travel insurance. We get this automatically through our credit card, so having to pay an extra fee on top of the booking rate was a little bit annoying. The listing also said there were not amenities like hair dryers, and that there are only paper products (toilet paper and paper towels) enough for one day but we found there to be more than enough. The kitchen is fully, fully stocked and there was more than enough to get us through our three nights. All in all, totally recommend and would stay there again without hesitation.

Great time in Davis....

The place is clean, well decorated, and has everything you could possibly need for a stay. We spent a great deal of time on the outside deck enjoying the weather. I had one small complaint. The listing lists air conditioning. There isn't air conditioning. We did not need it the first two days. We needed it the last two as it became pretty hot. If you run hot like I do, sleep may not come easy. Other than that, the place, property manager, and the location were great.
