Parfait / Perfect

This beautiful apartment is ideal. Placed right in the heart of La Baule with a view across the entire bay. It is a great size with generous living space, kitchen, and bathroom. Super clean and with every amenity you could want. I strongly recommend this lovely place and I intend to return soon.

Excellent réveillon

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. l'appartement possède un très bon emplacement: plein centre avec parking et un accès à la plage en traversant la rue. Les gros plus sont la propreté et la vue sur mer exceptionnelle! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !!

Semaine à LA BAULE

La baule n’était pas une decouverte et nous y revenons avec plaisir.La situation de la location était parfaite et le temps qui s’annonçait déplorable a été assez Clément. Seul petit bémol l’étroitesse de la place de parking. Par chance la place d’à côté est restée vide mais a 2 voiture de bonne taille ça doit être galère. Chantal et alain

Logement vue sur mer

Logement très bien situé, près de la plage et des rues commerçantes . Petite terrasse très agréable face à la mer, le parking est un plus. Personnes très disponibles et arrangeantes pour l’entrée et la sortie de la location.Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Vue exceptionnelle

Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement très propre et fonctionnel très bien équipé. Un bow-window avec une vue exceptionnelle sur l'océan. Vraiment proche de tous les commerces donc pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture.

Beau logement propre très bien situé

Le logement est idéalement placé face à la mer, à proximite immédiate du centre et de ses commerces. Il est très propre (critère important pour nous), bien aménagé, complet en ce qui concerne le mobilier et les équipements ménagers. C'est le logement parfait pour un couple. A noter quand même qu'un boulevard passe devant l'immeuble, pouvant parfois occasionner un peu de bruit (ainsi que d'ailleurs les noctambules sur la plage), mais cest la contrepartie à accepter eu égard à l'emplacement !

Excellent séjour de deux semaines à la Baule

Appartement au top, confort, décoration et vue exceptionnelle sur la mer, commerces à proximité, pas besoin de prendre son véhicule, le parking sous la résidence est un + surtout à la Baule. Très bon accueil et remise des clefs par M. et Mme MERIGNAC.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Appartement vue sur l'océan et très bien entretenu. La situation géographique est idéale. Appartement très agréable et superbement placé face mer.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cet appartement meublé avec goût , très bien équipé et fonctionnel. La vue mer est splendide. Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de compétence par Cécilia. Cette location est idéalement située. Tout peut se faire à pieds. Nous la recommandons chaudement. Un bel appartement idéalement bien placé

Appartement très bien équipé avec un emplacement idéal. On pose la voiture….et ensuite, on peut profiter de La Baule, à pied , en vélo ou à cheval ! Tout est réuni pour passer de belles vacances.
