You will love the beautiful and historical architecture of the home as well as the large private backyard perfect for grilling and entertaining

Located in the Bywater neighborhood of New Orleans, which is a short distance to Mississippi River & Minutes Away from the French Quarter, Bourbon Street, Downtown & More.

The home is very spacious, super comfortable beds, large yard with gazebo and grill, patio area, a cozy den, huge closets (perfect for storing luggage), laundry, FREE WIFI, and Private Off Street Parking. There is also 4 separate recliner sofas in the den which can be used for sleeping. There is also a portable crib available at your request and plenty of room for kids to run and play.

This historically landmarked property has been preserved to showcase quintessential Louisiana architecture and updated to include all the modern amenities and comforts of home and family life.

The lovely open living area, which includes high efficiency furniture & appliances, beautiful ceramic floors, central heating and air conditioner, high speed wifi, and off-street parking for multiple vehicles.
