Ideal for 2 people. Romantic, the apartment at the end of the villa offers a peaceful retreat with garden terrace, véranda and a private pool during your stay.
Very comfortable and functional, the adjoining apartment includes a spacious 16m2 enclosed veranda for dining/relaxation adjacent to a large air-conditioned studio bedroom, fully equipped with a 27m2 area featuring a sofa bedof 160cm daily sleeping width, a desk/TV area, a kitchenette, and a shower/toilet.
8x4m double flat-bottomed pool. Close to all amenities on foot: supermarket, caterer, bakery, pharmacy, health center, restaurants, museums, firefighters, police, bus station.
The first sandy beaches are 3km away with buses and free shuttles in the summer, allowing access to any tourist location without dealing with the traffic of the coast. Pure pleasure.
Internet access via cable and WIFI, Smart TV (Freebox TV with international channels). Washing machine, dishwasher, electric awnings, BBQ, sun loungers.
Discreet adjacency with the owner on the west side.

Die Bilder des Objektes geben nicht den tatsächlichen Zustand wieder. Alles ist billig und teilweise auch schon sehr abgenutzt. Ebenso ist direkt an das Haus ein kleines Appartement angebaut, dass vermietet ist. Der Garten und der Pool standen zwar nur uns zur Nutzung zu, aber der Nachbar hat trotzdem Einsicht in das Grundstück. Dies war nicht der Anzeige zu entnehmen, sonst hätten wir dieses Objekt nicht gebucht. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut. Alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Eigentümer sind auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Après deux ans de pandémie nous avons enfin pu voyager de nouveau. Nous sommes parfaitement tombé en louant cette maison. Très centrale, près de toutes les commodités. Nous nous sommes également promenés dans la région (Cannes, Monaco, Gourdon, Italie etc ) Comme c’était la canicule, la piscine était plus que bienvenue! Isabelle et Angelo sont disponibles, prennent régulièrement des nouvelles pour s’assurer que tout se passe bien. Très beau séjour, merci!

Super séjour

Villa magnifique correspondant parfaitement aux photos, elle est très bien située nous avons pu visiter Grasse, Cannes, le Cap d’Antibes etc… sans difficultés. Merci encore Merci à Isabelle et Angelo pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité.

Best Tour de France ever

Am I right here, no kidding? The last 200 meters, a dusty path next to some half-ready apartment houses (no 4WD required, though) seem to suggest that you're lost your way. But once the gate opens, everything changes and you find yourself in a place you do not want to leave ever again - not even for the classical day trips to St. Tropez or Monaco. Well, for the nearby Cannes beaches or their film carnival, maybe. Better to go by car, as part of the curvy streets are a bit 'special experience' for pedestrians ;-) Very nice garden, big pool, two terraces, nice room with foldout and kitchenette. Just don't bring too many cubic meters of luggage per person if you are not travelling alone. Nearby Intermarché has everything on stock - even special adhesives for ... a small broken plastic item. Great surroundings, excellent operation base and - best of all - super friendly and discreet owners. For the less adventurous traveller, it could be a good idea to make an appointment with the landlord at Vallauris, to make sure you get to the studio smoothly and without shouting at your innocent TomTom. Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung

Wir haben diese kleine Ferienwohnung für einen geschäftlichen Aufenthalt in Monaco im Februar genutzt. Ausschlaggebend dabei war für uns die Möglichkeit ein großes Auto (Sprinter) parken zu können, da dies so gut wie unmöglich in Südfrankreich in Hotels ist. Des weiteren war für uns als Raucher auch die Angabe wichtig das "Rauchen erlaubt" ist. Dies vorab für unsere Entscheidungsfindung. Nach Buchung und sehr netten freundlichen Kontakt zu den Vermietern fuhren wir dann zu unserem Zielort. Mit Isabelle (Vermieterin) haben wir in Vallauris einen Treffpunkt vereinbart. Dort wurden wir dann pünktlich abgeholt weil die Zufahrt zu der Wohnung für Neuling nicht ganz ersichtlich ist. Die Einfahrt zum Grundstück erfolgt über ca. 100 m unasphaltierten Weg, stellt aber kein Problem dar. Das Appartement ist zwar sehr klein, enthält aber alles was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Wir persönlich könnten dort auch einen Langzeiturlaub verbringen. Geschlafen wird auf einem Klappsofa, die Küche befindet sich im selben Raum, Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten für Bekleidung ist etwas begrenzt ( in etwa wie in einem Hotel). Badezimmer dafür groß und mit Massagedusche. Draußen 2 kleine Terrassen und ein Pool, den wir natürlich im Februar nicht nutzen konnten. Sehr schön ist die Lage der 2 Terrassen, man hat wirklich von Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang die Möglichkeit in der Sonne zu sitzen. Ein Blick in den sehr schönen Garten mit Zitronen-, Orangenbäumen und Palmen ist schon alles wert. Die Wohnung ist sauber, Klimaanlage, Heizung, TV funktioniert. Es gibt auch so eine Art Wintergarten. Ob dieser auch den Mietern in der Saison zur Verfügung steht kann ich nicht sagen, sieht aber so aus. Etwas nachteilig fanden wir als deutsche Urlauber das es als TV-Programm anders als hier beschrieben leider nur einen deutschen TV-Sender (ARTE) gab. Der Internet-Zugang funktionierte leider auch nur sporadisch und ist sehr langsam, meist keine Verbindung und auf jeden Fall nicht ausreichend um z. B. per App deutsche Sender zu schauen. Rauchen erlaubt- bezieht sich nur aufs Freie. Nicht in der Wohnung. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich wohl. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Reisende ausreichend und sauber und die Terrassen, Garten sind sehr schön. Ich komme gerne wieder

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour des vacances de rêve !

On est presque seuls dans une villa et la propriété est super bien placée, au calme, proche de tout. Les propriétaires sont invisibles de discrétion. tout est propre et entretenu comme neuf ! Deux excellents restaurants autour, toutes commodités, près de tout... Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.
