Sorede: All the charm of a Catalan village at the foot of the Albères massif, 10 km from the beaches of Argelès-sur-mer and the vermeille coast. In residence with swimming pool, tennis. Private parking space, 50 m² villa for 4 people, very well equipped with 170 m² garden, south-facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Not overlooked and quiet.
Living room with US kitchen, (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, TV, filter coffee maker, espresso maker).
Cellar (freezer, washing machine, iron).
Separate WC.
Floor: 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 80 cm beds.

Hébergement idéalement situé

Accueil tres sympathique des propriétaires. Petite maison très bien agencée et idéalement située pour découvrir la région. Nombreuses randonnées à proximité et nombreuses activités (plages, détour en Espagne, visites historiques etc …). L’accès à la piscine de la copropriété est un plus.

Excellent séjour à Sorede

Résidence très bien située, très calme au pied du massif des Alberes. La piscine et le terrain de tennis sont un vrai plus. La proximité de la mer est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille

Bilder entsprechen nicht der Wirklichkeit

Nettes Objekt, renovierungsbedürftig. In der Küche sind die Fugen der Kacheln alt und verfärbt. In der Toilette ist die Tapete stark vergilbt und der Putz bröckelt hinter der Toilette durch die Tapete hindurch. 2 nicht ansehnliche Löcher in der Wand der Toilette -warum?. Die Dusche ist auf den 1. Blick ganz schön (auf dem Foto) aber in der Realität wackelt das ganze Dusch-Paneel so, als ob es gleich auseinanderfällt und die Fugen und Ritzen der Dusche sind eklig mit schwarzem Schmodder zugesetzt. Die Sauberkeit des Objekts ist oberflächig okay. In den Ecken und unter den Betten war alter Schmutz und Staub. Haben wir selbst sauber gemacht. Aufgrund der vielen Stechmücken sind Mückengitter an den Fenstern angebracht. Jedoch waren alle Mückengitter ausnahmslos kaputt. Wir haben sie alle geflickt. Wir wurden am Ankunftstag jeder ca. 20 Mal gestochen. Wunderbarer Einstieg in den Urlaub. Auf der Terrasse oder generell draussen aufhalten geht an diesem Objekt nur, wenn man mit Mückenschutzpräparaten eingeschmiert oder eingesprüht ist und zwar zu jeder Tageszeit. An anderen Orten wie z.B. am Schwimmbad über die Strasse ist das nicht notwendig. Den Schirmhalter für den Sonnenschirm haben wir mit Montageband repariert. Sonst hätten wir ihn nicht benutzen können für den Sonnenschirm. Bei dem Besen zum Auskehren habe ich mir die Hand verletzt. Der Stil war oben defekt, d.h. ausgefranst. Jener besteht aus Alu-Metall und ich zog mir beim Anfassen leichte Metallsplitter in die Hand. Man denkt ja nicht, dass man sich am Besenstil verletzt. Also haben wir auch diesen mit Montageband abgeklebt, damit wir unsere Hände nicht mehr verletzen. Bei uns in Deutschland hätten wir so etwas zum Müll gegeben. Das Foto vom Garten reicht soweit, dass es einen netten Eindruck macht. Das, was nicht abgebildet ist, ist, dass genau da, wo das Gartenbild aufhört ein Parkplatz angrenzt. Würde man sich im Garten auf dem Rasen aufhalten oder in der weissen Sitzgruppe sitzen, würde man immerzu auf die parkenden Autos und die kommenden und wegfahrenden Autos schauen und die Auto-Fahrer würden ihrerseits in den Garten schauen. Wir haben uns gefragt, warum ausgerechnet hier am Sichtschutz gespart wurde. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub. Wir sind die meiste Zeit weg gewesen und haben die Unterkunft nur zum Duschen und schlafen benutzt. Schade. Ein paar Mal haben wir gekocht, aber leider drinnen gegessen wegen dem großen Aufwand bzgl. Stechmücken-Abwehr.

Propriété agréable surtout l'extérieur car l'intérieur demanderai un petit coup de jeune ! (télé trop petite, micro-ondes à remplacer, petits ustensiles de cuisine à compléter, …) Et attention aux escaliers pour monter à l'étage !

Ein sehr liebevolles eingerichtes Haus, nette Vermieter, sauber und ruhig gelegen

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet. Es gibt überall in diesem Haus liebevolle Details, und es ist alles, aber auch wirklich alles vorhanden, Waschmaschine, moderer Induktionsherd, riesige Kühlkombination, Mikrowelle, eben alles, was man auch zu Hause im Haushalt hat. Schönes Geschirr und alle Utensilien in der Küche. Es fehlt an nichts! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, alles war sauber und das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, abseits von der Hauptstrasse, schön im Grünen. Auch der mediterrane Garten und die geräumige Terasse mit Mobiliar und Liegestühlen sind wunderschön. Man kann sich dort einfach nur wohlfühlen. Ein großer Glücksgriff!

Great place and location for our holiday

We had a great holiday at this property, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed, was very clean and had a nice garden to relax in. The area was fantastic and as we had the car, we were able to explore the coast and mountains nearby. It was a great family holiday.

Bonjour Nous avons été accueilli très aimablement par le couple de propriétaires qui nous a donné beaucoup d'informations sur la région. Malheureusement le séjour était trop court pour satisfaire tous nos projets. La maison était propre et la literie confortable. Rien ne manquait pour une installation immédiate et ce n'est pas le cas dans toutes les locations. Nous retournerons certainement dans la région.

MAISON AU CALME

Maison de vacances idéale car très bien située géographiquement pour les différentes visites touristiques et surtout au calme , loin de la foule. Tout est présent dans cette maison (tournevis,épices variées et diverses,prises à moustiques avec recharges...cabane en bambou dans le jardin pour les enfants) La piscine est commune à l'ensemble des résidences mais nous y avons été très bien ,elle est d ailleurs bien entretenue. Je recommande cette location ,elle est d un très bon rapport qualité prix. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et compréhensifs

Trés bon séjour dans cette location

La maison est trés bien pour une famille de 4 personnes. Elle est trés bien équipée, l'accès est facile, le parking trés pratique car à côté de la maison sans que le bruit ne gêne. Terrasse agreable et jardin entierement clôturé pour les enfants. Piscine à proximité et tres agreable. A proximité d'Argeles et donc des plages. Les propriétaires sont trés sympathiques et surtout trés disponibles et reactifs en cas de soucis.

Séjour agréable

Le village de Sorede est idéal pour des ballades entre Collioure - Argeles sur Mer - Banyuls et l'Espagne vers la Costa Brava (magnifique). Donc nous sommes très contents de ce séjour en Pyrénées Orientales. Le gîte est bien situé et proche du centre du village ce qui nous permet de nous y rendre à pieds tranquillement et les promenades aux alentours sont très agréables. Nous avons apprécié également la piscine qui en cette période n'était pas surchargée et nous a bien rafraichis. Petit bémol au niveau du logement : la salle de bains mérite une remise en état (notamment au niveau de la porte et fixation système douche) et peut-être à voir une amélioration à voir côté "télévision" et "wifi". Pour l'accueil, nous aurions aimé avoir les propriétaires sur place (pas d'état des lieux) ce qui aurait été aussi plus sympa, mais les contacts (téléphoniques et mails) ont été cependant bénéfiques et très cordiaux.

Location à Sorède domaine des Albères

Très joli logement, idéal pour deux personnes. Aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et à l'extérieur petit espace vert très appréciable. Très calme, jour et nuit, le parking est proche mais ne cause aucune nuisance. Il y a énormément de matériel dans la cuisine, rien ne manque, le four et les plaques à induction sont d'excellente qualité. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le lave-linge et le lave-vaisselle pourtant présents. Excellent accueil des propriétaires, très aimables ; nous y reviendrons volontiers !
